Did he not know that when President Trump first came on the scene, our country was a mess. We had a boarder that was allowing tens of thousands of illegals to come in, drugs killing 100 thousand a year to come in, no federal budget in almost 20 years, federal spending out of control with $34T in debt, schools don’t work, medical cost soaring, crime in our cities soaring, etc.
I guess little Richard thought our country was working just fine after Obama.
Then Biden was installed. The boarder was opened wide and illegals encouraged to come in and 20M did. Sanctuary Cities were formed, crime increased, our country was basically shut down because of Covid, and government mandates, our judicial system became increasingly corrupted,
Education became worse and woke, children were being sexually confused in school, transgender movement accelerated and embraced, our out of control spending continued to soar, our federal institutions became more corrupt than ever, etc.
I guess Little Richard thought was as it should be.
The President Trump arrived in his second term and our country is going to hell because he is trying to fix the mess our country is in.

A few years back my husband and I were asked by a family member involved with a Catholic religious group to sponsor a mother and two children for green cards. We read the sponsorship agreement and realized we would be on the hook for any welfare or financial damages these three incurred. We respectfully declined to sign anything to that promised our funds, even if it was typically not enforced.
I’m mentioning it now because I think the Trump administration should start going after these sponsors for the food stamps, WIC, section 8, and Medicaid for green card holders. I think many future sponsorships would dry up pretty quickly.

The anti Israel movement has escalated beyond anything I have ever witnessed in my years as an American Jewish citizen. It’s alarming to me because as a Jewish mother and grandmother I am truly frightened for my family.

I have frequently commented on this site that they seem oblivious to the fact that their views ( which have become very hostile) have been perceived by some as permission to mock, harm, threaten and intimidate people like me.

I’m close to an Israeli who moved here when she was 12, and she remains surprised at the behavior of many secular Jews in this country and how they are happy warriors for the left despite a significant element of the left wanting them eliminated.

Islam has a growing problem that both its supporters and ironically detractors ignore, which is the inherent problem of claiming to be the final and ultimate revelation of God, when your recent record of progress on the planet is so dire and dismal. Although they are following the standard, camel nose under the tent strategy’ the problem is that the new young cohorts are slowly being attrited by Western 24/7 uncensored SM environment, a problem that even the Taliban struggle, as the recent 48 hour ban showed, and Imams are increasingly addressing this issue of cultural diffusion at Friday prayers.
Whilst the, ‘blame the Jews’ siren song is heard the loudest during times of historical uncertainty and rising global tensions, it’s also now being driven by a highly sophisticated campaign designed to achieve a sea change in attitudes regarding the Jewish state, especially amongst the younger generation. This ‘victory’, with the eventual disappearance of the Israeli nation would, they believe, prove to any waverers that Islam was indeed the path to eventual cultural victory, whilst further weakening their opponent’s faith in their beliefs.
So all those agitating for a severing of ties and support to Israel, whilst worrying about the growing influence of Islam in the West need to remember that the first outcome might very increase the second. Having worked in Israel I understand that their implementation of ‘never again’ as a strategy creates numerous problems, but I’d caution anyone who believes an alternative to the current status quo would lead to anything but more problems in the future.
In time the situation can, I believe, be resolved, but not as a result of pressure from a sophisticated international campaign that attempts to portray the Palestinians as anything other than the architects of their own misfortune. They could have had a viable, prosperous and functioning state, but decided they’d take it all in 1948, lost and have been blaming everyone, but themselves, since.
