Information from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as they conducted an operation from September 19th through September 28th in Minneapolis, St Paul. Stunning immigration fraud.
MINNEAPOLIS – U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, in coordination with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, conducted Operation Twin Shield, the first of its kind targeted surge of fraud detection and deterrence activities across Minneapolis-St. Paul and surrounding areas Sept. 19 to 28 —immigration officers discovered suspected fraud in 275 cases in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
The effort focused on site visits and targeted verifications for applicants and petitioners with pending immigration benefits who matched specified risk criteria. The operation aligns with Executive Order 14161, Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threat. The types of applications for immigration benefits investigated included marriage and family-based petitions, employment authorizations, and certain parole-related requests.
Operation Twin Shield was a resounding success: USCIS officers focused on more than 1,000 cases that had fraud or ineligibility indicators, conducted over 900 site visits and in-person interviews, and found evidence of fraud, non-compliance, or public safety or national security concerns in 275 cases—44 percent of cases interviewed. USCIS coordinated with our ICE and FBI partners, who provided valuable assistance during the operation. As of today, USCIS issued Notices to Appear (NTAs) or referred aliens to ICE in 42 cases, and 4 aliens were apprehended. USCIS expects data on NTAs, referrals to ICE, and adverse adjudicative actions to increase as more administrative investigations are completed.
Operation Twin Shield uncovered many lies. For example, one alien admitted to fabricating a death certificate from Kenya for $100 to falsely claim the termination of a marriage—the spouse in question is alive, residing in Minneapolis, and is the mother of five of his children. In another case, an alien is the son of a known or suspected terrorist, he also overstayed his visa, and was previously found to have engaged in marriage fraud that resulted in the denial of several immigration benefit requests. In another case, a petitioner admitted to officers with Operation Twin Shield that she commited marriage fraud; this was only a few hours after swearing that her marriage was bona fide during an interview at our Minneapolis office. In another case, an alien engaged in marriage fraud by taking advantage of an elderly U.S. citizen spouse, including subjecting the spouse to elder abuse and exploitation. This is a small sample of the immigration fraud USCIS officers across the nation combat every single day.
“USCIS is declaring an all-out war on immigration fraud. We will relentlessly pursue everyone involved in undermining the integrity of our immigration system and laws. With help from ICE and the FBI, USCIS’ Operation Twin Shield was a tremendous success—hundreds of bad actors will be held accountable,” said USCIS Director Joseph B. Edlow. “Immigration fraud undermines the integrity of our lawful immigration system, harms those who follow the law, and poses risks to national security and public safety. Under President Trump, we will leave no stone unturned.”
Operation Twin Shield is the first time USCIS dedicated resources on this scale in a single geographical area. Minnesota has enough of its own political vermin. It doesn’t need to import any. The “Scandinavians” of MN (MN actually has a higher population of German descent) are very liberal for the most part and they chose their own situation a long while back.
Originally, Minnesota’s scandianvian liberalism was coupled with a strong moral-sense and work ethic. It was about safety nets for neighbors who fell on hard times and briefly needed a hand. It was embarrassing if not shameful to need assistance and only viewed as a short term thing.
I remember and lived throughs times when that understanding was almost unversal.
The generous benefits eventually attracted people from Chicago who had a different entitlement mentality, then large foreign populations were moved in (Hmong from southeast asia, Somalians) — still not sure how that happened, it was a mystery — and eventually the original Christian morality was decoupled, leaving only liberalism with no bottom or moral constraint.
Minnesota was a wonderful place to grow up in the 60s-70s, top notch education, but not now. Textbook example of the deconstruction of civilization.
Ultimately, I do blame the church, ground-work being laid even in the 1800s. 3-4 generations were brought up miseducated in Christianity … being “nice” isn’t the same as being good. The modern Christian church is riddled with corrupt “God is love” theology that led to the modern mess.

Jobs are limited to mostly government work, working in stores or eateries, medical work, …. it used to be lumber, agriculture, fishing etc. The more they decimated our independence and citified us, the bluer the state became. ‘Progress’ seems to lead straight to dependence and servitude.

people 10 miles away from Clarkston have their middle and high school attendance figures
heavily influenced by the Clarkston core. But the school board gets Title 1 and ESOL funds,

I live in the Twin Cities. This is no surprise at all. The same people have defrauded the MN state government (and therefore all MN taxpayers) of billions. That is not a typo or hyperbole ; the US attorney for MN says now that the state government fraud losses total “$ Billions). It’s so big that even the all-powerful DFL (MN version of the democrat party) can’t hide it.
What is a very VERY pleasant surprise is that these things are getting some visibility, even in our totally corrupt local media. It makes me wonder if it’s so bad that the decision makers have decided to let Waltz (who is running for a 3rd term as governor) and some others (like Keith Ellison) take the fall. With this kind of stuff coming into the open who can doubt that we have had election fraud ?

This is going to be a rather long post. But I think others will get the point.
I noticed this particular fact literally 50 years ago. Someone that’s crooked, unethical,
slimy, immoral can walk into any given situation, and instantly gravitate to someone
that’s wired similarly.
In another life, I played in a band. The lead singer had a cousin from Louisiana that was
shall we say, a little rough around the edges. Pretty wiley. Had never done any actual jail time.
Anyway, the lead singer told me about the best paying gig the band ever had, and why they
would never think about repeating it. The band was booked at a large farm in a neighboring
county. I believe that the person hosting it was a judge. The cousin went along to set up speakers,
run sound.
As the night progressed, the cousin was seen having beers with an extremely well dressed individual.
They discussed things into the night between sets, then shook hands.
At the end of the night, the hosts gave the band a phenomenal tip. Around $500. Which in 1985 was
a whole lot of money. The lead singer was raving about what a great gig they’d had.
And his cousin said: “Cuz, you’ve just played for the mob.” He also told the singer one other thing:
He had gone up to the well dressed guy and said “We’re dressed different, but we speak the same
language”.
So… Minnesota has 5 billion missing. The state’s population is only 5.6 million. Metro Atlanta
alone has 6.2 million. That’s a lot of missing money in a comparatively unpopulated state ( 22nd
ranking in the union). That’s more money then just THEY could spend. Outsiders were in on the
scam. Promises were made to the knowledgeable outsiders. Blackmail occurred on both sides.
The rough cousin entered the room, and smelled money. And got a portion for keeping his mouth
shut. Kamela got stuck with an utterly incompetent, downright creepy VP candidate. Not because
of what he had to offer. More because of him maybe keeping quiet in exchange about all the spare
money that was stolen in Minnesota under his watch. So much that it lined a whole lot or knowledgeable
rough cousin’s pockets. Long timers in the DNC.
The “Feeding Our Future” fraud has been followed by a massive housing scandal, almost exclusively by somalians.
I has become clear that the so called “higher ups” in Minnesota have to not only be aware of but quite possibly benefiting from the fraud through campaign contributions etc. We really need further scrutiny into this.
Trump’s HUD should ring up Katherine Austin Fitts. Anonymously. She would have a whole lot to tell them about HUD fraud.
Really need to shift the role of DOJ to providing the Guidelines of prosecution and move function of decision to prosecute and prosecutors to the other agencies that do the investigation. For example, any DOJ department that today supports the prosecution of DHS cases then move the authority to the DHS Secretary.
My goal? Terminate DOJ resources and hire new attorneys at the other agencies and neuter the DOJ decision to prosecute power.
I am only proposing this as means to clean the DOJ house. In 2 years, I’d reconstitute the DOJ with the resources I hired in the other agencies.
It’s quite obvious that since these perps saw IIhan Omar get away with it, they could do the same.

These fraudsters are the tip of the iceberg. The vast majority of “legal” “refugees” also suck the taxpayer dry. And now we have this expensive, labor intensive process of teasing them apart, when really they should all get the boot.

46 apprehensions out of 900 visits is hardly a bombshell. The remaining cases will face the constipated Minneapolis court system and result in a hand slap at best.

Local news is downplaying the forcefulness and focus of the press conference. Edlow said they would also be going after attorneys, preparers, and sponsors who participated in fraud.

Big expensive investigation to find law-breakers, but the words used to describe the “penalties” were clauses like “adverse adjudicative actions” or “denial of several immigration benefit requests” and even “bad actors will be held accountable”. I’ll bet that has the illegal immigrant community quaking in fear! Why can’t there be penalties like JAIL, DEPORTATION, PROBATION or HOUSE ARREST? I’ll bet Governors Pritzker, Newsom and Walz could win any election for Chief in any Latin America country!

Just an FYI the Federal Government has been sending citizenship verified results to State welfare agencies for about 14 years for illegal immigrants. They would call their local welfare office and through an interpreter ask why their cash and food benefits increased so drastically. They were told because they were now U.S. citizens. They told the workers they never applied to be a citizen and didn’t want to be a citizen. The worker would change it back to undocumented and the benefits would get reduced and another federal interface file would come through and flip them back to citizen. The state then made a change to the system that once citizenship had a verification code of federally verified it couldn’t be changed by a worker.
