Meuller was made Director FBI and Congress actually passed legislation to extend his tenure past 10 years. Meuller served 2 additional years, then Comey. That set up Comey’s 10 year term to cover the next 2 presidential terms; either Clinton or Jeb Bush if the Uniparty got their preferred candidate in.
Obama and Holder my have just kicked the surveillance into high gear with the new tech and Patriot Act.
The Collyer Report puts the MOU between FBI and CIA for unsupervised contractor access to FBI’s NSA portal in 2012.

Today, Jefferies lied that Fed govt doesn’t pay for Medicaid. But, they do when states cheat by over-taxing medical providers (hospitals) and then they report that to Fed as state contributions.
The Fed uses those inflated amounts to determine the fed’s matching amount to send to the state for Medicaid. But, the state never contributed those amounts – they stole it from hospitals as a tax.
The BBB did something to prevent the states from arbitrarily assessing these medical provider taxes. They have to be based on real costs.
