Dr. Ryan Maue and Joe Bastard agree. Humberto will soon reach hurricane strength and with nearly perfect conditions before it, will most likely become a major hurricane. It will stay out to sea.
AL94 will eventually become Imelda and will most likely come ashore in the Carolinas but will remain weaker than Humberto.
However Joe thinks there is a chance that Imelda could get trapped when over land and move very slow over ground bringing massive flooding.

Maurene Comey is James Comey’s daughter. She worked at the DOJ, but she was recently fired on July 16, 2025. She was an assistant United States attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) from 2016 to 2025.
Maurene Comey is married to Lucas Issacharoff, the Assistant U.S. Attorney in SDNY, working in the Civil Division since 2019. He is STILL employed at the DOJ even though his wife just filed a lawsuit against the Trump DOJ last week, challenging her termination.
James Comey has 6 kids. One of his kids died as a baby, and so he has 5 living kids. Of those 5, he has 4 daughters and one son. He has a daughter named Katherine Comey and she is married to a man named Troy Edwards.
Today, Troy Edwards RESIGNED from the DOJ after his father in law James Comey was indicted. He was a federal prosecutor at the DOJ.
This means that James Comey has 3 family members who have been working inside the DOJ under the second Trump administration. One of those 3 is still employed at the Trump DOJ. Washington DC literally runs on Nepotism.
I wonder if his other kids and in laws still work inside the Trump admin as well
