As long as the government continues to make cash (fiat currency), there’s nothing wrong with crypto or stablecoins.
In the case of stablecoins, they are already in use throughout the world (especially in Africa where villages use them) and a providing an avenue for the sell of treasuries, which are most often used for backing the coins (i.e. Sell $100 in stable coin, get $100 in treasuries). Considering the reality that foreign governments have been continually reducing their treasury holdings, it’s a good thing.
There is a night and day difference between the public choosing to utilize various alternate methods and the government decreeing that the only choice is a digital currency.
Perhaps we should bring back the gold standard? Or some other tangible besides 0’s and 1’s that can disappear with the flick of a switch?🤔
A number of states in the Southeast have or are in the processing of passing laws that allow them to store precious metals, as well as make them a medium of currency at the state level. Tennessee and Texas were two of the first.
Their intention is to provide a method to circumvent CBDCs issued by the government in the place of legal tender. There are issues with precious metals themselves as legal tender – including divisibility and fraud (is it just coated plain metal or real).
In regards to the issue of 1’s and 0’s that can disappear – the same holds true for anything that isn’t a physical asset, such as precious metal. For example, money you have in a bank or a brokerage or other financial institution is all digital and can also disappear with the flick of a switch (or an EMP pulse – the issue records volatility is one of the reasons I still insist on paper statements)
There are also stablecoins that are backed by gold – and thus actually a better form of currency in that their value can’t be deflated like fiat can. (of course, the 1’s and 0’s issue remains).
If one were to use the flawed logic of Mike, then credit and debit cards, along with checks AND CASH, should be eliminated too, since they are not legal tender either by the definition of “gold and silver coins.”

The Establishment UniParty RINOs did indeed work with Biden as they quietly allowed his administration to almost destroy our Republic.
But, President Trump won again. He is more committed than ever to try to get our country back on track with our Republic Heritage. Another but…Our Republican Congress kinda supports his mission, but can’t seem to get it done. Establishment UniParty RINOs all- just let me at em in our Oversight Hearings-We’ll show them just make sure we are reelected.

Legal Documents Say Attempted Kavanaugh Assassin Identified As Transgender
According to legal documents, the biological male who tried to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh identifies as a transgender woman. Along with gender dysphoria, the suspect also suffers from other mental illnesses and was suicidal.
Nicholas Roske, 29, received a prison sentence of 30 years for trying to kill Kavanaugh in 2022, just before the overturning of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court the same year. A filing from the Justice Department released on Friday reveals that Roske, who pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him for the incident in April 2025, three years after his initial arrest outside of Kavanaugh’s home.
Law enforcement officials found him armed with a bag full of weapons and burglary tools. Another filing, this one from Roske’s attorneys, says that Roske now goes by the name “Sophie Roske” and that his legal representatives refer to him by female pronouns.
There seems to be some kind of correlation between leftist extremism and transgenderism. Just the simple fact they think they can be something that they are not or ever going to be, something that is the complete opposite of what they are, should be enough to establish that they have no real grasp on reality.
