Many people were thrilled with the nomination and eventual confirmation of Kash Patel to be Director of the FBI. However, with decades of researching the political weaponization of the FBI and against the known capabilities of the nominee, we were not part of the thrilled group.
The non-pretenders looked at the challenge, contrast the scope of work against the skillset of the person selected to confront the institutional corruption, and warned people there was more reason to be apprehensive than optimistic.
Do you remember us outlining how the various FBI field offices would be keeping Patel/Bongino tied up with busy work, and stuff to go on TV about.
That said, we don’t want him to fail, but Director Patel has walked himself into a gauntlet of consequence that will be difficult to exit given his lack of discernment – evidenced in the events surrounding the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
The people in control of FBI field operations (not Kash), set up their agency head by informing the boss a suspect was in custody.
The ever focused on public opinion, Director Kash Patel, then took to Twitter at 6:21 pm on September 10th to relay the news. According to media reports Patel was just about to eat dinner at a swanky New York City restaurant when he sent the text message.
We all watched it unfold.
[SOURCE]
After eating dinner at Rao’s, an embarrassed Kash Patel was then forced to retract his public statement, walking back his message that a suspect was in custody at 7:59 pm, a little over 1.5 hours later.
The FBI field operatives smiled. Egg applied as expected, it worked brilliantly.
Kash Patel couldn’t then turn to those who set him up with too much anger, because their defense was, “we were questioning a suspect, we didn’t tell you to go public with it – and as it turned out the suspect was cleared.”
It was a brilliant maneuver, likely intended to undermine his authority and position. It worked perfectly.
Did you see Kash Patel’s face the next day when he eventually did arrive in Utah and didn’t say a word at the microphone?
.
National media and DC political opposition now runs with the “incompetent” narrative, albeit rightly deserved but for other bigger matters, and the leadership structure of the FBI is weakened.
The institutional elements in control pulled off a great hit. Well played FBI bad guys. Well played.
Perhaps, just perhaps, Director Patel will shift his position and recognize the scale of opposition inside the institution he keeps praising. [Although I doubt his ego will allow him to reset.]
Kash Patel has essentially neutered himself by falling prey to the most transparently obvious ploy of the intel operatives within the institution.
Now, the media has a narrative to enhance, and Director Patel is scheduled to be questioned in the Senate later this week. What comes next will be entirely the result of his own self harm.
Those Machiavellian FBI guys are cruel.
Every adverse operative within the FBI will be back channeling specific investigative information to the Democrat inquisitors in advance, so questions can be specifically formatted.
Whether he can see it or not, FBI Director Kash Patel is being set up by his own agency in collaboration with the Senate guards in DC.
Unfortunately, Kash Patel is now in a defensive mode trying to promote his image over the past 24-hours by retweeting positive articles about him as written by the sources he uses to deliver information, John Solomon (Tick-Tock) and Brooke Singman (Fox).
It’s all quite transparent, and simultaneously a hot mess. “The more he spoke of his honor, the faster we counted the spoons.”
I’m not sure if President Trump can see it unfolding, or if President Trump is simply trying to support his FBI director and simultaneously avoid collateral embarrassment. Either way, given the fortunate situation where the father of the assassin secured his son and turned him into police, President Trump is supporting the successful outcome.
There is a sense of familiarity, a feeling similar to NSA Director Mike Waltz, about it:
.
Understand and accept this with great seriousness, there are no honorable “rank and file” inside this organization. Every member of the FBI is a participant in the weaponization of power and government. The members are jackboots recruited from ideological college campuses for exactly the purpose of supporting a Stasi-like police state.
Through the past several years, we have discovered how the FBI worked inside Twitter, Facebook and social media to control information, remove content and manipulate opinion on behalf of the U.S. government – all activity political. We have also learned the FBI took active measures to suppress information about the Hunter Biden laptop and control any negative consequences for the Biden regime – again, political.
These are not disputed realities.
The U.S. Dept of Justice and FBI are now political institutions that have abandoned their originating mission in order to become the domestic equivalent of the Soviet-era FSB. Their joint targeting mechanisms have been redesigned to support the interests of corrupt DC politicians, specifically the interests of DC.
Tangentially related: (1) What’s the status of the DC pipe bomber case? And (2) are the 40 FBI agents who worked on the Mueller investigation, still employed?

Sundance is right, but Bongino and Patel could both get smart quickly with the background that DJT has earned after going through his first 4 years. A lot has now been developed on what the challenges are, and both of them could manage this, if they do their homework, and start thinking tactically! This is my hope, with the help of God!
BonJovi will be out soon. His co-assistant director shows up this week and BonJovi may just have enough self-awareness to resign.
<BonJovi will be out soon.>
It was only a matter of time…
He was just living on a prayer 🙂
These guys are not fighters like Trump. They are really weak people. If PDJT does not fix this situation quickly he will be swimming in quicksand very quickly.
Podcasters
Did you see the look on Patels face in that video SD posted? He is out of his league and he knows it. I hate it for him and this country. But the sooner this hits bottom, likely the better.
Last year I met a cop from a western state who shared this story. He was assigned for a couple of years to joint terrorism task force which included responding to the San Bernardino shooting in 2015. Most cops are pro Trump since democrats are clearly anti police, but he found oddly that the rank and file FBI guys were all for Hillary in the 2016 election. They had no sense of humor and would get mad when he said things or had Hillary toilet paper on his desk. When Hillary lost multiple agents took off time to deal with their mental health. The FBI core is compromised and has been for awhile.
Government employees gonna government employee first last and always: paychecks, perks and pensions is what they really serve to protect.
And now political activists according to their own chosen ideology.
Look back in the past years and decades. Government has been a big hiring machine. If you cannot get a job in the real world the federal government has a job for you.
From its inception.
“Begin as you mean to continue”
The first director for 50 years collected blackmail on everyone, built files on peaceful protesters (yes I am old enough to know not all of them were peaceful), etc etc.
The agency is irredeemable.
This could be said of the CIA: at least an 80/20 ratio in sycophant favor of Obama (when I was there). That number has NOT decreased and likely is now 90/10.
Right about now, I’d take Efrem Zimbalist Jr. over Kash…..
You can bet the one thing the FBLie rank and file did not expect was dad turning him in and roommate apparently cooperating……if we can believe that sequence of events. You can be 100% sure if those had not happened they would still be “looking” for him. I do hope the roommate is in some protective custody…..even away from FBLie.
I’d like to know how they so openly coordinated on Discord with no one noticing the death threats.
Is this another Gretchen Whitman situation?
Are we supposed to just forget about the outrageous things we have read about the book, The Shooting of Charlie Kirk pre-published on Amazon, the song that Charlie is dead at 31, the Netanyahu early death notice, the guy who yelled shoot me, the guy giving hand signals that was supposedly also at Butler the bearded hippie guy and so much more? We’re those things not true?
How is it that all of that discussion was unnoticed on Discord???
Sigh.

Leftists have been busy. https://pjmedia.com/matt-margolis/2025/09/14/charlie-kirks-assassin-may-be-part-of-a-larger-left-wing-terror-effort-n4943701
Especially away from the FBI.
Sounds as if the room mate/lover was complicit in the assasination, so perhaps he was promised a plea deal on a lesser charge if he cooperated with law enforcement.
So maybe he’s in custody anyway.
I saw an early report that the roommate was cooperative, then more recently, not.
The father supposedly recognized the picture the FBI released. That would blow that conclusion out of the water.
I thought the dude would hit the ground running. Kash should have listened to Kyle Seraphin.
I loathe the Flash Bang Intimidators.
Fire their asses, put them under surveillance, apply their pensions to the Deficit(s).
Seriously? Kyle Seraphin lies when his lips move. He’s the absolute worst FBLie stooge out there atm.
Uh huh
I agree, Jinxy. Watching Seraphim on Tim Pool, my takeaway was, he’s a little suss.
Accept no wooden nickles.
I liked what I’ve seen of him on Info Wars. He is still a recent former Feeb.
I go at it like this, I would be at least 71.3% percent certain that if, I was forced to let Kyle watch one of my four cats for 48 hrs. After which, I would in fact pick up said feline in as good or better condition than when I dropped it off.
I cannot say that of any other current or former FBI I’ve ever seen speak publicly.
I can only triangulate what my gut mind axis says after I read whole bunch of different sources, analyzing the talking heads and using Discernment Of The Almighty to gain my perspective so make of it what you will.
Seraphin is one of the first I’ve seen to admit shenanigans at the Agency.
Something which concerns me…..we know they use social media……so we must assume they read here too. Now that their little game to make Kash look silly has been revealed, you think they won’t ultimately take it out on SD and us?
Targeted anymore than we were under The “Biden” Reign Of Terror?? Maybe..
Yes, because I don’t think they are keeping President Trump up to speed on what is going on. They keep things from him just like Kash’s fib kept him in the dark regarding what they knew about the hit on Charlie.
Sometimes you need to hit ‘rock bottom’ to understand and change the error of your ways. Perhaps this last experience of being set up by the ‘honorable’ rank and file has shown Patel the actual reality of the bureau he runs. We can only hope.
Until the media cuts him off, he hasn’t hit bottom yet. It will take the wrong kind of attention, so maybe next week.
My guess is that Patel, Bongino & Bondi have decided to play nice with FBI to try to get the FBI to behave better. Patel signalled this with the good people in the rank & file statement early on. It’s a statement Bongino made many times in his podcast.
There have been no high profile Russia gate arrests or charges let alone convictions. The FBI must know that they are now at the point where more than enough time has passed to investigate and charge people for obvious and almost impossible to argue against crimes like perjury for the signatories of each FISA warrant and those who made signed statements to those who signed the warrant requests. Simply put the bad people in the FBI, past and present, know they have gotten away with it.
If my guess is right, then I would assume that the FBI now knows there are going to be no consequences for its own Illegal activity. If so, the illegal behaviour will resume. Slowly at first, but with more urgency and consequence as the mid terms approach.
I now worry that there is about a year left of MAGA to run. The FBI & Deep State will help the Dems win the House next year and Trump and MAGA will be gridlocked for the last two years of Trump’s term. In the meantime everything will go through district courts and appeals to slow or stop anything from being done. All official statistics will be suspect, bureaucratic errors will multiply. The non MAGA people will assume the Trump administration is incompetent.
The Deep State will transition from defence to offence against MAGA unless something substantial happens in the next two or three months. Unfortunately the conclusion I come to is that the Deep State will win & the retribution against MAGA will be overwhelming. Unless something is done the USA is heading for fascism, but left wing fascism. Most of the rest of the West will follow the USA into woke fascism.
Over to you Pam, Kash & Dan. And by the way, the FBI will find something to investigate you with the minute you leave office. You will likely be the first victims of the anti MAGA purge they are undoubtedly planning. It’s a fight between good v evil & you failed to punish evil, remove evil or bring accountability. Soon you will reap that whirlwind.
PDJT played nice with Comey, Milley, Fauci, McConnell, so many others during Term One.
All that got him was getting shived in the back.
The money line:
“It’s a fight between good v evil & you failed to punish evil, remove evil or bring accountability. Soon you will reap that whirlwind.”
I really wanted Kash to succeed, but maybe he just reached peak “Peter”
“The Peter Principle states that in a hierarchy, employees tend to rise to their level of incompetence, meaning they are promoted until they reach a position where they can no longer perform effectively.”
Is Kash Patel In Trouble?
Yes, Kash Patel is facing significant trouble as FBI Director. He is under intense scrutiny for his handling of the investigation into the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, particularly due to a series of missteps and controversial actions.
One major issue arose when Patel prematurely announced on social media that a “subject” in the shooting was in custody, only to backtrack less than two hours later and confirm the individual had been released after questioning. This error drew criticism from both political allies and opponents, with some calling it an “amateur hour” and questioning his operational expertise. Far-right groups and influential conservative figures, including Christopher Rufo and Eric Erickson (see below), have expressed doubts about his ability to lead the FBI, with Rufo stating Patel “performed terribly in the last few days”.
Patel also faced backlash for an expletive-laden outburst during a virtual meeting with FBI agents, where he reportedly lashed out at personnel for not providing information quickly enough, including not waking him when suspect images were discovered. Additionally, his leadership has been criticized for potentially hampering the investigation by firing senior FBI officials earlier in August, some of whom have since filed a lawsuit alleging political retaliation.
Despite these controversies, President Donald Trump has publicly defended Patel, praising the FBI’s work and expressing satisfaction with the swift arrest of the suspect, Tyler Robinson. However, Patel is still scheduled to appear before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees for oversight hearings, where he will face questions about the Kirk investigation and his overall leadership of the FBI.
(Erick Erickson was a prominent figure in the #NeverTrump movement, describing Trump as “a racist” and “a fascist” and stating he would never vote for him. He uninvited Trump from a RedState gathering in 2015, citing concerns over Trump’s “character and rhetoric”.)
Oh, nooooooo. The liberals are attacking him, so we need to throw him under the bus.
Haven’t we learned anything?
Not a whole lot.
“Haven’t we learned anything?”
Nope.
I would like all of you who are saying Kash and Bongino need to go to please tell us who you believe can replace them. More competent, more capable, more intelligent, more loyal, and can get the FBI under control and in line. WHO. Please send list of recommendations to Trump, and please tell the senate they have to confirm them.
Sundance, you too please tell us who would be better.
Thank you
Bailey will be better. They MUST move him up immediately.
The public has forgiven this. They celebrate the 33 hour crime to capture far more.
Everyone knows there is confusion and missteps early in these incidents .But no one hide anything as the facts move forward. And they are totally forgotten now that the capture was made, after the video ground work was quickly laid.
The public says: “Forgiven what?”
What everyone is ganging up on right now – blame Kash. No blame. So this is really a waste of time right now over this incident and its two early missteps.
Weeding out the dross in the FBI will be a full time four year project .Carry on. The last thing you need is a revolving door of FBI leadership – which is even weaker than you claim Patel to be.
Understanding the set-up nature of these two “missteps” – how do you know he does not fully understand how this game is played?
” which is even weaker than you claim Patel to be.”
I don’t claim that Patel is weak. Were did you get that.
And wasn’t it Kash who insisted the photos of the suspect be released to the public against all advice from FBI and local LE?
They clamor for a new headquarters, so give them one.
Ship the whole stinking mess to Gitmo. Every last one of them.
How about Dugway Proving Ground, Utah?
Been there, done that. Great idea.
I think Kash will do just fine against these evil douchebags. Let’s not aid and abet them.
legitimate criticism and civil discussion are not aiding and abeting anything or anyone.
Ganging up, piling on, and bloviating about missteps as if they demand instant termination …. is aiding and abetting the downfall of the current director. I hope we move past this.
Well then… how can he possibly explain how he did not “VERIFY” what he was being fed? Thought that was in his “purvue”.
Why do you think this – what is your basis?
We have the same evidence of the facts as of most of those we act on, to wit, their own affirmations, and their reasonings in support of them.
“We have met the enemy and it is us”.
My dad taught me to read Pogo, about 1960 or so, third grade.
“I Go Pogo’! I read the election collection of the strips in 2nd grade, developed a lifelong interest in politics. Walt Kelly was brilliant.
Amen. I am so sick of the constant bitching by people who have absolutely no idea what goes on behind the scenes.
He hasn’t done “just fine” so far.
From Hoover on I do not recall a “good” FBI Director. I do not think we will ever get one.
Nature of the job perhaps and the “experience” it takes to get there? Many top administrative positions are toxic due to the entrenched entitlement of the personnel structure one inherits – snake pits of petty entitlements – borgs on steroids.
Tom Homan
The easy confirmation of Patel and Bongino made me realize there is a layer of the FBI Kash &Dan cannot see and they are going to be played.
Dan Bongino’s position did not require confirmation. Kash Patel’s confirmation was anything but “east”.
Why are you re-writing history? Curious.
Besides saving their own jobs and their own pensions, what it their pay off for betraying their original job description? They were not hired to conduct palace intrigue.
Have these FBI Agents been fired yet?
“An Arrest Per Day for Political Speech
During the biggest criminal investigation in U.S. history—a factoid Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray often bragged about—the feds arrested an average of at least one Jan 6 protester per day. Investigators, with the voluntary help of Big Tech, retrieved deleted social media accounts including private messages to look for anything that could be considered evidence of incriminating behavior. In many cases, memes mocking Democrats or questioning the 2020 election were included in arrest warrants even for nonviolent misdemeanants.
At trial, J6 prosecutors claimed any reference to the Founding Fathers, the American Revolution, and the Declaration of Independence in private group chats was proof of wrongdoing. Even repeating or posting the words of Thomas Jefferson—”the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants”—meant that particular J6er wanted war, according to the Biden DOJ.”
33 hours – crime to capture is pretty good in my book. Agents on the ground got the videos together pretty fast. Without those, Dad could not have turned his kid in.
The agents held on to the photos for 12 hours before letting both Kash and Dan Bongino know they had them to distribute. That may be considered obstruction by some.
Sessions 2.0
Stevie Wonder could have seen this coming.
I do not see how are Republic can recover, every department has been taken over, higher education has been irrevocably destroyed.
K – 12 is done as well.
Unity is now the call for peace; unfortunately, the media is just too strong to refute this message.
I pray for our youth…
Here is what you do, elect a bullet-proof Congress to back up the last two years of this presidency. Get working on this right now. Otherwise, you simply must accept …the people have spoken.. . and sometimes they also prefer total gridlock.
100% GOP would not be bulletproof.
Trump went way wrong with his appointments in the DOJ..starting with Bondi.
Oh good grief. Give this a rest. This Blondi trashing started on day one or day two? I can’t remember the details.
Pam Bondi is less popular here than Vladimir Putin is. Way less popular. Go figure.
I can. The trashing was the result of her handling of the Trayvon Martin case. No one here had any confidence that she would be a good AG. I wasn’t all that familiar with her history at the time, but now, after the last few months, I have to agree. She is not a good AG. And your mocking mis-spelling of her name indicates that you just might have the same opinion, no?
Ok, so tell us all what great work Blondie has done?
Ask President Trump. He obviously thinks she is doing great job.
She is probably a little busy batting down all these rulings by activist judges. I guess the peanut gallery overlooked that.
Ka$h DID strike back in anger when he sent out an internal email yelling at the staff and to stop their ‘mickey-mouse’ behavior.
Exactly the opposite of what a leader would do. I feel sorry for him now.
In the meantime, Bannon refuses to see reality with regard to Blondi and Ka$h, despite guest after guest dumping on them for months on Bannon’s War Room show.
And exactly what has Blondi been up to? Haven’t heard a peep from her in a month.
You have not been reading widely enough. Not her fault.
So what has she done?
Ask President Trump. He will tell you.
Yelling at your employees is immature and ineffective. And cursing even worse A calm voice delivering a statement that let them know that you know and that you will deal with them individually and the do it within 2 wks was needed.
Review the “for cause” provision that allows firing and denying FBI pensions.
Get everyone on the same page. Stat.
Perhaps retribution from the rank and file?
But https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15089759/Kash-Patel-Utah-FBI-leadership-Charlie-Kirk-assassination.html
Dining at the exclusive restaurant was certainly a terrible optic. How many of us treepers, indeed the millions who loved and respected Charlie, even remembered to eat that fateful evening? Other than plans to attend a prayer vigil tonight in his honor (in my deep blue state, where we’ve been warned not to engage with “counter protesters”), I’ve had zero interest in socializing, let alone fine dining.
Small things matter.
If this was the case then Kash Patel could have easily fixed it. Since he cannot fire people due to union rules a transfer to a FBI office somewhere obscure would do. Fairbanks?
Federal unions cannot prevent firings.
Yes that was the unforced error. I want him to prove he understands the gravity of his job
Kash Patel should have been having that dinner on an airplane while flying to the field office with some of his top aides. I’m sure he has some good points, he just doesn’t give me the impression of a tough, take charge type of leader we need right now.
Was he allowed any bathroom breaks or should he just have worked through it.
If this attempt had been successful, the media would have blamed MAGA. In fact, I’m sure that was the reason for the target they chose. Instead, they have been caught.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/09/feds-salt-lake-city-arrest-suspects-adeeb-nasir/
To say nothing about the performance of the Attorney General. Sigh …………………….
FBI Director job description: Swim upstream 24/7 against online wankers.
The operatives in intelligence tried the same thing on DNI Gabbard a few months ago. they tried to use her testimony to Congress on Iran to claim she was “out of ” and “in over her head”. They failed and now she knows how to treat any report she receives.
Perhaps and my sincere hope is that Director Patel has come to the same place.
Sundance, heads up, Margolis at PJMedia has also written a hagiography of Patel’s leadership of the Kirk assassination response.
“Hagiography.” Had to look that one up.
Agree, the FBI borgs can and will set up anyone to fail who gets in the way of their own deep state agenda and borg lassissitude.
But these early kerfuffles were not fatal to Patel at all. Nor even the “good guys” in the FBI- who put the videos together – FBI or local law enforcement. No videos would mean no early id by the father.
“Sorry you wound up with egg on your face, boss, but you should’ve kept your mouth shut.”
Where I’m from, that’s when the ass whippin’ starts.
Literally.
And it stops when the ass whipper is finished.
I was new to an organization and had a guy who did that to me and even sent an email with a “headslap” emogi as an “apology.” I fired him two weeks later. I know, I know, what took me so long. It was great though, he pled his case for half an hour non-stop to me and (target audience) HR during the termination. Everything from his wife’s health and childrens’ education, his ability to communicate with the world, foreign worker status, green card, no country to return to-no emotional stone unturned. That was a satisfying firing.
Sundance I thank you for the information you so diligently research and open my eyes to. You are such an inspiration to me and thank you for sharing.
Perhaps, if Director Patel is angry enough, the local field office would find themselves in the Juno, AK office.
But I doubt it.
Great point. This would mean Kash would have to be able to recognize the problem, and have the cajones to do something about it.
Juneau goofy is a spectacular place much better than any American city.
BETHEL then…
Kash, put your fork down, order a black coffee to go. AND, drop off the girlfriend, head to the office. Jackwagon
…and dude, no one wants to hear about your girlfriend. Either she is your wife or she is not. Just sayin’.
That’s just APT advice to anyone desires to do their job and not be called a j-wagon!
The kenyan’s shills running doj/fib are truly cruel but no geniuses. They force out a tepid, no-harm director clown. Forcing the fibbies to be moved under SOS Marco. YES! Why not? It’s “make your own rules” day. They have changed the rules to their own liking for too long.
Thank you, Sundance. As disconcerting as this is… it is important to admit it and understand.
C’mon, treepers……We are smarter than this.
Stop and think for a minute before you jump on the Bash Kash Express….
Kash has been the director for less than 8 months. Do we really beleive that in that short time he has been able to identify and remove the internal opposition to him, and to remove the cancer from the agency ?
I am so happy that he deep state operatives have embarrassed him. First off, it reveals who specifically is running the game to discredit Kash. I will watch with anticipation who and how these bad actors are dealt with. Obviously, the Salt Lake City toilet must be flushed.
Secondly, who give a flying crap what the senate thinks ? If the deepers are successful, and Kash resigns or is removed, do you really want to wait for the months and years before the impotent and compromised senate to confirm a new director ? Yes, Kash will probably get beat up this week, and the loyal to the deep state republicans will lend a baseball bat to help the demos.
What I beleive we should, and must do, is to rally behind Kash. We must embolden him with our support to take the necessary steps to take every action to clean up this cesspool known as the FBI. This fight is NOT a sprint, it is a marathon. Don’t allow those who want to run and control us to manipulate us into doing something rash.
I have faith that Kash knows who betrayed him, and will deal with this situation. Let’s give him room to work, and be supportive of the efforts. If Kash is removed, the deepers are the only ones who win…….
Here’s to hoping he enough insight to realize this
In any organization, you whack em when you see them. You do not wait around. There have been enough problems that Kash can follow the chain of command and participants and clear them out. Start with any one of the 100 failures and get rid of that branch. The FBI is completely broken. Get as many bad guys out of the building working on their own or someone else’s dime.
The bad ones still inside will know the justice will be swift. And will be more careful or stop the monkey business.
Kash will not be able to do it. He has not done it in 8 months and he won’t in 8 more.
He’s showing he’s in over his head. When you blow things that badly (“The shooter is in custody”), its best to just keep quiet. He looked completely cringe during that second news conference – the governor was completely in control of the optics.
And then the “Valhalla” quip. More cringe. Presumably he knew Charlie was a born again Christian, and had probably never even uttered the word.
The guy’s a lightweight. But I did enjoy how he’d shut down those DemonCrat women senators.
This was very kind of you Sundance, to spell all of this out for Mr. Patel before he enters the snake den this week.
I have to laugh at those asking to eliminate the usfsb. The whirlwind of chaos and lawlessness they are capable of fermenting is unfathomable to the average citizen.
They have amassed an army already to go. The terror of the likes we have never known. Isn’t that the point of all the posts in the last few days.
Maybe watching The Untouchables , would become inspirational for a lot of someones to grow a pair and go after the real gangsters of our time.
WOW
For a perfect example of what I am referring to as ‘an army’, here is one of the divisions in Sibyl’s post beneath this !

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set.
We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”
-Barack Obama
That is true!
Yes, but not the way hussein meant it.
This is what Patel should be focusing on.
Time to Kash in the chips
The fbi should have been shut down as soon as PDJT got into office.
FBI arrests two in SLC for planting an incendiary device. It “failed” to ignite. What do you want to bet it was supplied by the FBI?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/09/feds-salt-lake-city-arrest-suspects-adeeb-nasir/
Still no arrests of anyone lying to FISA judges; sitting on hunters laptop, spying on catholic parents at school board meetings, the list is endless. Trumps first real fumble so far in his cabinet picks INMHO.
The overall bigger problem is the FBI, like FEMA, is suppose to be supportive.
There are things that local, county and state law enforcement agencies lack that the FBI is there to fill in the gap: forsenic lab, out of jurisdiction warrant execution, money, etc.
The FBI likes to come in as the hero’s and still the stage of glory, but really is the local investigative authority that is lead.
UVU Police probably don’t have the resources so the Sheriff took over, that’s where all information should’ve flowed from, then use The FBI, Kash’s, Bongino’s, PDJT’s reach to disseminate information.
Sherriffs are the only locally elected constitutional officiers. Their power is very under-used. The sherriff in Utah appears to have done quite well.
He jumped the gun with the “capture” tweet, showing his political immaturity. He wanted to be the BMOC – the guy breaking the news. That apparently he did so while dining at a posh restaurant makes it even more cringe.
I get the feeling the SLC agents were working against him.
Sundance – urgent thought
You have more reach into the Capital District than anyone else here.
I suggest putting forward Riverside County (CA) Sheriff Chad Bianco’s name as a replacement should it come to that need.
A career LEO who stood up to the COVID Tyranny.
He would do great as Governor of California (he’s currently running, although if by some miracle he can overcome the ballot harvesting issues in CA, I still wouldn’t move back if he won). But I think he could make a huge difference in cutting through the BS in the FIB.
So they do not want him removed? They want him neutered? He has not done anything to hurt the Deep State at all?
Is this just thumbing their noses at the few that understand the corruption? What do they gain by making him look like a buffoon?
If he is removed, we might get someone good? Or is that impossible? If it is impossible, then it has to be shuttered.
Final thought on this thread: Harriet Hegeman…(Sp?)
I could actually see Harriet in the VP spot on Vance’s ticket in 2028. But WY has such a small population she’d deliver the state but not add a lot to the popular vote.
Harriet Hageman, smart lady
Clean house in all internal employee-focused departments first. HR, Employee relations, grievance, legal etc. All of them. Destroy the layer of “stinking-thinking” inside the teams which are supporting the agents etc.
So, given this unpleasant reality of the sorry state of affairs in the FBI (and other Government agencies), if Kash Patel should be replaced, would things be any different?
No?
The gymnast case bothers me a lot. Young girls that are targeted and the FBI sat on it at best and let it continue. That is pure evil.
If we cannot protect the kids, we have no country. The killing of babies is beyond the pale and now we are the sex trafficking capital of the world. It is sickening.
Unfortunately for MAGA this Kirk killing has catalysed both sides. Trump’s team (Bondi, Patel, Bongino) has failed to bring accountability for past government corruption due to Russia gate etc. Kirk’s killing has opened the eyes of many Americans to the evil reality of the modern Left. The Left also know that they are seen as being dangerous, bad or evil by many if not most Americans. The Dems need to change this narrative by ‘showing’ Americans of color that Trump and MAGA are the real danger.
My guess is that the FBI / DoJ know that enough time has passed to investigate, charge and start to try the most obvious and easy to prove Russia gate crimes – eg the people who lied in the FISA warrants. Failure to bring any accountability in this pivotal area will give the Deep State confidence to transition from defence to offence. The Left’s fear of likely retribution due to the outrage at the Dems / Left due to Kirk’s assassination and their response will give them the urgency to act.
2026 will most likely be the most dangerous year in the USA since 1860 For two key reasons:
My guess is that the Deep State will deliberately undermine key Trump programs. I expect to see black and Hispanic American citizens ‘accidentally’ detained by ICE to feed the ‘ICE / Trump / MAGA is racist narrative to provide a counter narrative to the obvious evil we have seen re Kirk and the aftermath. There will likely be more confusion with all statistics coming out of the bureaucracy with wild revisions. The Dems will likely try to ramp up crime and disorder probably in response to a black or hispanic American ‘accidentally’ detained by ICE. The Dems need to stop Trump’s successes with crime suppression. The counter narrative will be that Trump / MAGA is incompetent, dangerous and racist.
Concurrently the Dems will do their very best to help the Dems steal / win the mid terms in the House to create more chaos and gridlock the last two years of Trump and cement the incompetent and dangerous narrative.
The failure to bring any accountability for the anti Trump coups and associated illegalities from 2016 onwards means that this behaviour will almost certainly happen again. This time though, when the Dems next hold POTUS they will usher in a full woke fascist government and most of the West will follow suit.
2026 is the perhaps the pivot point of the USA and the broader West’s future. Bondi, Patel and Bongino’s failures will help usher that bleak future in. Time is running out and there appears to be no sense of urgency in the Bondi, Patel and Bongino team. I pray Trump finds a way through this valley of darkness the USA and the West is about to enter.
When it comes to human nature.
What has been will be again, and what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. (Ecclesiastes)
indeed. And that’s why the more things change the more they stay the same.
Or as Yogi Berra would say – deja vu all over again.
I could give < 1 *BLEEP* that Patel has to correct himself for providing info to WtP (We The People) prematurely. This is the kind of government I support. We that have followed CTH know that the FBI is primarily scum & in need of deep cleaning. I do agree w/Sundance about knowing about JAN 6 and why are some FBI still in it's employment. I really wanna know how a tranny-lover can jump off a 10'+ roof with a Mauser 98 30-06, that he supposedly later ditched in the woods, as I didn't see a rifle on him in the video when he jumped.
I'd also like clarification on the military-style hand signals his so-called security team were giving right before he was murdered.
