Chopper pressers are the best pressers. A very deliberate and stern President Trump gives remarks to the assembled press pool as he departs the White House, heading to the U.S. Open tennis tournament in New York.
President Trump was not suffering fools in this short presser. WATCH:
.

To sum it up. RU is going to deservedly be hit by harsh real Bessent devised sanctions because Putin is dicking Trump around.
Hamas is going to get utterly destroyed unless they stop dicking around with the hostages.
If any new sanctions are put on Putin, he may have to pay his ally North Korea to send another 15,000 troops.
Hamas, yes. Russia, no. I imagine President Trump actually agrees with President Putin’s last speech.
I think Putin has been playing too cute for trump. I suspect they agree on a lot especially regarding the European globalists.
That’s the point that’s why sanctions I think are justified. Putin could have wrapped this up but has chosen not to. While Trump is trying to get peace negotiations Putin decides to bomb ukr govt buildings
I think its Zelensky and NATO that doesnt want peace. The oligarchs are drooling over oceans of American, Russian and European blood spilled in an unwinnable nuclear war.
No more genocidal European Wars!!!
That’s an extremely black and white view of things. Putting sanctions on Russia is completely justified at this point. Real sanctions and economic isolation won’t “bring Russia and the us into war with each other”
Putin very obviously doesn’t want peace he wants domination. Zelensky doesn’t want it either. But Putin and much of the RU narrative are completely full of it
BS
What’s bs? Btw I’m going into this conversation as someone against Zelensky and the eu/ American neocons
Different names and exactly the same talking points every time.
You can almost set your watch to it.
Frank…..it’s war now not SMO anymore… VVP will Stalingrad-ized (gov./military/military factories bldgs ) in the Kyiv if he have to force Z to stop war…. Frank……
But Trump can force z to stop the war. Putin just has to meet him
Halfway. If he’s unwilling to compromise fine he shouldn’t have issues with a tougher stance from Trump
How do we know for sure that that Zelinsky and company did not do the damage themselves? This is the Reddit war after all.
the ukie defense missles that miss their targets cause a lot of self-inflicted damage
“I shot an arrow into the air, it came down I know not where”
From what I’ve been reading, it appears that Putin is losing favor with Russians due to the high numbers of Russians getting killed in the Ukraine war. There are things I admire about Russia and the Russian people but my opinion of Putin is changing. Recently I learned that his estimated net worth is 70 to 200 billion dollars. That makes him one of the wealthiest people in the world. It doesn’t look good on him especially being president of a poorer country. It shows corruption. I also didn’t care for the hot mike comments between him and Jinping. Achieving longer life through transplants is an unspeakable, horrible murderous act. Even showing up at that meeting with the China, India and North Korean leaders speaks volumes. 😡👎
Reliable sources?
99% of what is published is likely garbage.
1 % is the garbage bag.
I give it creedance because it makes sense to me.
“From what I’ve been reading, it appears that Putin is losing favor with Russians due to the high numbers of Russians getting killed”
Really?
What happened next?
Did you wake from your dream , just to be reminded that Ukraine is still losing badly?
Ridiculous answer. If you disagree then state your reasons. Sarcastic responses is no way to argue. Of course Ukraine is losing. That doesn’t mean thousands of Russians were not killed.
What’s your point?
Both are losing men, and Ukraine is losing vastly more, and will run out of personnel much much sooner.
It’s what happens in war, particularly in large scale combined arms warfare, with a frontline that’s 1400+ km long.
Your main assertion on Putins unpopularity is based on wishful thinking, with no credible sources to corroborate it. There is however, a lot of evidence of Putin being viewed favorably in general, by the broader Russian public.
Unless proven otherwise it belongs with other beauties such as Russia is,
Running out of missiles.
Running out of tanks.
Running out of APCs.
Running out of Arty.
Running out of officers.
Repurposing washing machine chips.
Definitely NOT out of artillery shells — unlike the West.
Systems not ordinance.
Specifically rocket artillery.
My point is simple. It appears that Russian support for Putin’s war against Ukraine is beginning to decline and that makes sense to me because the deaths of Russian soldiers must have an impact on Russian citizenry. That was it. You seem to have extrapolated from my comment that I am saying Russia is losing the war against Ukraine. I never said that at all.
I can’t prove this assertion. I have read several articles that indicate this is happening. Nothing I have read says that Putin doesn’t still have majority support. It just said that support may be declining. It just makes sense to me and that is why I am judging it is probably true. Russian sentiment is hard to gage because they can’t speak freely if they are opposed to government policy.
These sanctions on Russian oil are going to backfire like a faulty Roman Candle. If you haven’t noticed the Sanctions already in place have made Russia stronger..
the Groceries in Florida are higher than they were under Joketato. Insurances, rents and especially electric bills are going up. Wages are stagnant as ever in the Sunshine State.
The Protected Illegals have a lock down on Labor Jobs. We don’t manufacture anything except Convicted Felons and mattresses.
It won’t matter what President Trump says when many of his Floridian Supporters are living in their cars or one of the numerous Tent Cities tucked neatly away behind Strip Malls or State Forests because no one will have a phone or tv to watch him say it.
FPL just got a huge rate increase approval from the state power commission, its all “green energy”, and it’s 30%. Corrupt DeSantis.
There is such a disconnect going on between Everyday Trump Supporters and Brave New MAGA it’s unbelievable.
The GloboCorp. Republican’ts like Rick Scott say “Florida is open for business” AND ”it’s the land of opportunity” to NYC deep pockets, now that the Mandani Communist may be sElected for Mayor.
Another wave of a million or more New Floridians will cause a Grapes Of Wrath type exit from this State of young Natives and Long Time Resident Retirees, Old Crackers and Black Seasoned Citizens that just cannot make it here anymore.
Basically another FAFO situation.
More sanctions will do precisely nothing it is intended to do.
I see the sanctions imposition in a different light:
For Trump, Putin is the only “reasonable” adult at the table. When Putin reacts harshly to an aggresive move on the part of Zelinskyy’s Ukraine, Trump get more frustrated at the collapse of his peace initiatives.
The sanctions being imposed by Trump should not be viewed in the context of post-coldwar American hegemony, but rather in the sense of a cat-herder trying to contain errant cats. Putin understands what needs to be done, i.e., stop reacting so forcefully to the weak slaps made by Ukraine. Remember, Lucas Jackson fighting Dragline in Cool Hand Luke? Zelinskyy is playing Lucas in order to garner world sympathy for his totalitarian regime (remember, Zelinskyy halted Ukraine’s national elections just before he suspended them.)
Trump is trying to get Putin to realize that he (Putin) should not respond to Zelinskyy’s aggression.
To end the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine, it is not necessary to hash out the terms of a ceasefire, it is to stop shooting.
Retired Magistrate here: Ask stupid questions and get no nonsense, non bs answers back. President Trump certainly has more patience than I have.
Dear Marcia,
You are the perfect person to ask this question that has bugged me since January 20th, 2025:
How is it possible that the separation of powers is not enforced by the judicial body itself when it comes to respecting the enumerated powers of the president? Is it possible that the only occupants of today’s judicial seats are insane liberals who care nothing for justice? Can they not be removed for malfeasance for allowing criminals to become repeat offenders?
Thank you for your time and thank you for your service.
Federal District Court Judges can ONLY be removed by impeachment by majority vote of the House, followed by conviction by 2/3 vote of the Senate. JD Vance would presumably preside over the senate trial as president of the Senate.
That is not completely clear.
Judges can only serve during “good behavior” which is a different, and arguably lesser standard than that for Presidential impeachment. The congressional impeachment practice has been used for the few removals of judges. But this is not set in the Constitution.
What if the Supreme Court found that a federal judge was exhibiting “bad behavior”? Shouldn’t that be effective under the separtion of powers concept? What better way to obtain compliance from rogue judges disregarding Supreme Court decisions? The SC can only handle a small number of cases, functioning as ‘one Justice’ beause they all participate in each case they take up. Risk beyond mere ‘reversal” would be effective to overcome multiple rogue judges overwhelming the SC, which cannot take all cases ignoring their decisions.
While some of us have been scratching our heads for the last 50 years wondering how the Founding Fathers could have possibly left the Constitution exposed to Judicial Tyranny – Of course the answer is the geniuses didn’t, a paragraph of the Federalist Papers was posted on the internet a few months ago explaining how the Court’s opinion was only considered a final decision because they have no enforcement mechanisms – that’s the check on them, they really can’t do squat.
The Executive has the Power, and the Legislative has the Money – the two major enforcement levers in life.
Do you see that perfect balance of separated power: a neutered decision maker, with the enforcement mechanisms distributed to the other 2 branches of government. So what the Court will do (very appropriately) is align itself with either of the other 2 institutions that it judges to be correct. And if the other 2 institutions (directly controlled by the people) align against the Court, then the Court has made themselves irrelevant.
How brilliant is that!
It’s common knowledge that for long periods of time in U.S. History the Courts have been toothless – it’s the effect of arrogant people stepping out of their bounds and dissipating the power they wield which is entirely dependent on their prestige. This is exactly the kind of disintegration we need to have happen to the Activist Court system in the United States.
President Trump could easily ignore the court (just like Biden) and see if Congress is going to give him a problem. If they do, you know Trump – he’ll make a deal with them, MAGA!
Retired Magistrate here: This is not a new problem with the judiciary. There have been activist judges for years. However, before their actions were more subtle, not anymore. Most of these judges feel that they are untouchable and in a way they are. It would take a vote by the house and senate for this to occur. Most of the individuals in the House and Senate are not fans of President Trump so they don’t really have any incentive to do anything against these judges.
It is very discouraging to witness what much of the judiciary has become; a rouge entity answerable to no one, including GOD because many of them view themselves as a god.
Remember, the law is what a judge/magistrate says it is in any given courtroom on any given day. It is then up to the person who doesn’t agree with the ruling to appeal; that takes time and money. Many of the criminals that are being set free having the backing of certain legal groups that make sure these perpetrators are well represented.
The average person who is brought before the Court who doesn’t have funds to obtain private legal representation gets court appointed counsel. Now there is nothing wrong with court appointed counsel; before I became a magistrate I did some court appointed work. However, there are so many cases that it is difficult to give the time needed to do the best possible job. You try your best but there just isn’t the time or the resources available as compared to someone with private counsel.
Unfortunately, justice is usually only available for the ones who can pay for it. The best example is President Trump. Look at all the court cases which were brought against him; most of which had no merit. However, he still had to defend or the Plaintiff in a civil case, or prosecution in a criminal case would have won. That is something else that people need to be aware of: anyone can sue anyone and you still have to defend. Otherwise in a civil case there is a default judgment and the Plaintiff gets everything they ask for and in a criminal case, fines and possible jail time.
Am I somewhat disillusioned with the legal system, yes.
Just a reminder while the Constitution infers the Judicial branch role to determine whether laws are constitutional, it does not provide that only the third branch has that authority. If for example a la Andrew Jackson a President decided a Supreme Court ruling was wrong and chose to ignore it. The Founders figured the electorate could vote the President out, or Congress could impeach him. Checks and balances
The average person cannot afford to fight for their rights when the rights are violated.
And THAT should be unconstitutional…
Retired Magistrate here: I agree; I am just telling people the way the system really works for the average person; it doesn’t benefit them.
I cannot thank you enough for this education. You have distilled the exact answer for which I was longing into five paragraphs. It is a powerful expose’ of ‘justice’ without balance.
I am with you in the disillusion category. Much gratitude and admiration.
Disillusioned? — a shared sentiment here. It’s going to get much worse becaus law schools are filled with activist law profs — judge material to become activistwoke/SJW ammo. Only a purge or an uprising if outraged cultural power can stop it.
God I love him. I also saw Bessent handed Kristin Welker her ass. 😂
President Trump doesn’t suffer fools AT ALL.
Ever notice that President Trump is always accompanied by very attractive women?
I’ve noticed he is always accompanied by intelligent and accomplished women.
There are no attractive women in the Democrat sewer.
Plenty of purple haired women
What do you mean? Rosa DeLauro is a babe!!
(Major league sarc.)
Hate and jealousy make you ugly. LOL 😆 🤣 😂
The age old questioned has already been answered.
Q: Are leftists ugly because they are hateful? Or are they hateful because they are ugly?
A: BOTH
Beauty may be only skin deep, but ugly goes right through to the bone!
That’s probably because the unattractive ones appear to mostly be mentally deranged (TDS) Leftwing Democrats.
Women who are spending a lot of money on designer bags and clothes as well as expensive hair salons.
That’s Lindsey Halligan – one of his lawyers.
Transparency in action
Shut your pie hole and listen. You never listen, that’s why you’re second rate. lol
Doesn’t suffer fools gladly.
Takes no prisoners.
Shows little mercy to morons who are being paid to be professional journalists.
(Yes I voted for this. 😎)
Daddy’s still home. When they act like spoiled brats, he lets them know he’s not having any of it!
No allowance or great sound bite for you, just a verbal chomp on your butt in front of the world!
I found it ‘interesting’ that President Trump avoided the question about second phase sanctions on Russia. I have my theory, others can have theirs.
He didn’t avoid it. He said we’ll find out later.
6 of 1; 5.9 of the other.
Avoiding something is different than speaking at the appropriate time.
But like most adults even you know that. You just wanted to make a tasty comment in hopes you could drum up enthusiasm for your bent way of thinking.
My advice? Get lost.
Oh my! I think I have made you angry, very angry. Please, do not go and kick your dog since you can’t reach me.
I think you wish this was England, as if this was England, and you were high up in its ruling class, you could send the police to arrest me in the middle of the night.
Here in America, free speech is not a privilege, it’s a right.
“I think you wish this was England,”
Quite a strawman you’ve got going there.
The MSM mandarins can read about it on Truth Social.
Well done Mr. President. Treat these cretins like the low IQ, unruly children that they are.
Whoa. Trump was not a happy camper. He is pissed. I would not want to be on the receiving end of his ire.
Fine with me. Sometimes arrogant btards need a big slap for abusing his good nature. That includes all the world’s leaders, big whatever (pharma, corp, health, ins), all elected officials, the fed govt works, lobbyists, and mostly the MEDIA. Hammer time.
ESPECIALLY the lame stream media!
I love when President Trump whips “The Hyena’s” back into their pen. Beautiful!!!
He doesn’t suffer liberal, female reporters well. There. I fixed it!
It’s almost like he thinks that affluent white female liberals (AWFL) are the enemy of the people.
I wonder why he would think that?
The press is beyond pitiful… they must be difficult to live with!
It is vomit inducing just seeing them from afar. 🤮
No one and I mean no one, can cut somebody off at the knees faster and more effectively than my GLORIOUS President.
I don’t know why he doesn’t flip the civil rights thing on its head by a response that points out the black community is systematically being denied rights of life, liberty and property and that just like JFK sent in the Fed Marshalls to escort black students seeking an education in Alabama, he’s sending in the Nat Guard to protect their right to life in Chicago. Then, to further cause the Demon Cult’s collective heads to explode, invite the ‘Rev.’ Al Sharpton, et. al. to organize a civil rights march. What about those Black Lives Matter people, huh???
Trump is doing more to save black lives than all the black lives matter rallies combined.
The fuzzy microphones were getting awfully close to grazing POTUS… again!
Trump said ” that’s why your second rate” lol !! I love that guy covid warts and all !!
A knowledgeable and in control. I love it.
Okay…https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/31/travel/video/tennis-ball-crew-us-open-cprog-js-origOT

Too pricey at $23 a cocktail, (ya think they would hand out the drinks for free given the cost of the tickets)….and too labor intensive…I won’t make melon balls to eat, let a lone make my drink, pretty.
Although, I do have a “”rusty nail” in my kitchen junk drawer….LOL…and cannot afford top shelf whiskey….also LOL
And in tennis…even the ball crew is a highly trained for and competitive ‘job’…

AND for our POTUS and his ‘big beautiful hair’, right there in Queens, for two weeks a year…all y’all know how I love Queensborough…

“ARE YOU GOING TO WAR WITH CHICAGO?!” Gotta be Welker.
I find it admirable that President Trump will condescend to their level to try and help the losers within the MSM to understand reality. IMESHO, both President Trump and Vlad are two world leaders working for their nations, and both know the real threats to the world are in the East. What downside is there to Vlad to continue a war where he can get what he wants? However, it is an extremely such a sad and worthless sacrifice of life.
I’ll say one thing, after President Trump leaves office, news conferences will necessarily be snooze fests. lol
No one puts the media in its place like Trump does. He’s set the tone for how to deal with a hostile media and the First Amendment couldn’t be more proud. 😉
J
Wow. He just scorched these jokers!
Well deserved, and well done VSGPOTUS.
I agree about these chopper pressers. It’s an uplifting thing to see him in action.
This is what I voted for.
That was a Masterclass.
