I’m also wondering if these recent cases are partly being brought so that the corrupt DC court system inadvertently keeps providing evidence of their bias, therefore strengthening the case that any of the ‘big fish’ cases that may, or may not, be heading down the pike, cannot be held in their jurisdiction.

I pay real-estate tax on my primary residence. I was thinking the tax scam was to not claim all the rent she’s collecting on the other 2 homes that she is calling primary residences, but collecting rent from.

Usually, property taxes are paid on a primary residence, but many jurisdictions allow a homestead exemption for a portion of the the tax.

Perhaps worrisome, given the current corruption evident in the lower courts…however, the spotlight is on the situation and the evidence is pretty straight-forward, so a judge will have to really step over the line to find fault with the action against her.
Starting to “leak” her other issues of academic plagiarism, poor interactions with staff, excessive luxury travel, etc, to paint her less than stellar character will also help in the Public Court of opinion, and perhaps cause her to throw in the towel. She certainly had a nice gig!

We should expect a nationwide injunction on mortgage fraud prosecutions then.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions.  He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others.  His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass.  This term, he is weeding them out faster.  No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump

The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent:  He is for the benefit  first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world.   It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.

The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.

He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.

He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.

He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.

He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.

He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.

He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse,  and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.

He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.

He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.

He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.

The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation. 

Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles.  They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people.  President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.

These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 222 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

It will be ‘Yah’ when they fire all of the people illegally hired and recover the money to give to a worthy charity.

Perhaps the Obamas might be choosing a low profile themselves right now. After all, what would they gain by helping her? From what I’ve concluded the lovely former White House occupiers rarely do anything out of the goodness of their hearts.

Agree; the fresh produce here in northern Nevada is both plentiful and in great quality.

Rotten produce is a “store” issue. It has nothing to do with anything at the farm, packing house or trucking.

Before the “store” accepts the produce the store can “reject the load”. It is called, “Red-tagged”.

There may have been a problem starting at the packing house and perhaps trucking, but in any event, the store accepts or “red-tags”.

Yeah everything from Cali like peaches, pears and oranges look ripe at the grocery but are barely edible this year.

If we could actually get our sh!t together in Florida we could easily give Califas a run for its money on vegetable and fruit production a we have 4 distinct growing seasons and our water and sunshine make sweeter citrus.

Don’t forget Florida produced more cattle than Texas at one point.

There isn’t going to be much local relief this harvest season, I’m assured of that much. The produce supermarket issues went from bad-to-worse around June, which predates our local woes.

Canadian wildfires seem to have been a cause of bad weather most of the year in blueMA. Too much rain alternating with none. The few veggies I grow did badly and flowering plants barely did so.

Wildfires are at least partially the fault of bad forest management. Canada and California are two peas in a pod on that, I’m guessing.

That said, my yearly raspberries are thankfully abundant yet again – just smaller than usual.

Supermarket produce is a bit substandard, some items not always available, but local sources are improving here all the time. Haven’t noticed rot on shelves at store but some things go over pretty quickly once home.
