The social media conversation was triggered by an article in the Wall Street Journal {SEE HERE} which claimed Elon Musk was reconsidering, actually setting aside the third-party option, and was likely to back JD Vance as his 2028 presidential nominee instead.
Factually, for those in the minority who are intellectually honest non-pretenders, the framework of the subsequent online discussion from that WSJ article was laughable. Personally, I wanted to ridicule anyone who was buying into the nonsense that Musk and the Tech alliance (Ellison, Thiel, Sacks, Andreesen, et al) had another option in mind other than Vance.
Silicon Valley is a singular organism when it comes to their collective interests. Palantir founder Peter Thiel has invested in JD Vance since 2013, and the PayPal mafia which includes Elon Musk have never diverged. There is no way Thiel, Musk and the Tech alliance are going to support anyone other than Vance. By the time we get to 2028 they will have a total investment of money and time that spans 15 years in Vance. JD Vance will be the Silicon Valley candidate.

While I find the points made above valid, I also recognize that AI is a primary focus of President Trump also. So I am in “wait and see what happens/is said as time goes on. Vance has impressed me several times during his short tenure as our Senator even though I was not a supporter (did not vote for him in the primary). I am not yet sure he is bought and paid for.
Likewise, I have been awed by Gabbard’s tenacity, fearlessness and insight into the enemies’ strategies and strongholds.
I want to see and hear more from both on a wide variety of topics.

Just an opinion, that said – Neither Byrne or that other lawyer (Lyn something – and purposefully not naming him because he loves suing people, even though retired) can be trusted.
I have been listening to Byrne for 4.5 years now. I think he has been very straight about what he has and hasn’t been involved with. Read his book “Danger Close”; it explains a lot. I can’t think of anything he’s said that hasn’t turned out, except that almost everything comes out later than Byrne says to expect it, because he is an entrepreneur and the government wants to slow walk things even beyond their naturally glacial speed.
Also he is involved with making things happen long before anyone else notices there was anything there, and he tells his supporters whatever he can at the time, but it doesn’t make the rest of the news till much later. so for instance by the time anyone else noticed what happened with Jack Smith I practically forgot Byrne had said who he was and why he was there, months previously.
I’m not sure what there is to not trust him about. He helped Obama get dirt on Hillary, as he helped the government in general over the years, but he believed he was doing good things until he realized Obama wasn’t using the dirt to indict Hillary but to control her, and that Obama was the one who signed off on having Byrne rape and murder an innocent woman, Maria Butina. (Spoiler alert, Maria Butina is alive and unraped; Byrne temporarily convinced his handlers he was going to do it, to find out what level had okayed it.)

I highly recommend listening to the Alex Fridman interview I’ll link at the end. It’s a great discussion of the AI landscape and what’s involved.
At the end of the day, “AI” is just a next letter/word prediction system. Yes, it can do some really interesting things but it’s only as good as what it was trained on.
Lex also interviewed Balaji Srinivasan a few years ago who had a great point about “truth”. He suggested that facts should categorized based on who believes them to be the “truth”. some facts are going to split on ideological lines and it’s best just to know so you can make your own determination based on where the sources of truth lie.
Balaji also discussed how all material in papers should be available on the block-chain so anyone can reproduce the results if they are valid. A lot of these papers have “proprietary” sources that can’t be verified. Balaji noted that in the medical community (can’t remember if it was NE JAMA or not) the cohort of authors increased the average age by exactly 1 year, year over year — meaning the same people were being published in a circle of peer review.
Balaji’s points are critical when looking at the future of AI. What facts are going to be used to train these models?
The second video is one Steve Lehto did the other day discussing how police department are using an AI tool to write their reports based on uploaded body cam footage: problem is that a review has found that the reports contain information that wasn’t in the footage. I concur with Steve’s conclusion, well intentioned (AI writes draft and Officer reviews/corrects, but they get busy and the review part doesn’t happen).

Let me tell you about what AI is doing in emergency services. It is diagnosing physical medical problems as mental illness and forcing people into mental health facilities where they are surrounded by the really actually insane without enough bodies to prevent assault should it occur plus the drug addicts. In my state a mental hospital is not required to give a patient their pharmaceuticals or medical equipment that they need to survive. Your first indicator that this is about to happen to you will be that the EMTs that arrive at your door will not be doing emt things. Also none of the employees will make eye contact with you because they know that what they are doing is wrong. Upon arrival to the hospital you will be placed in a locked room with a guard. Eventually you will be tortured by a police officer with no name. Yes literally tortured and when you see the glee on his face you will know that this is a dangerous psychopath that enjoys his job too much and probably gets a nice bonus for filling beds in these facilities which as far as I can determine is funded by federal taxpayer grift but people like me that have insurance are a bonus for them. Not too many seniors or sick people can survive a week without their Rx or medical equipment. I did but just barely. If you are a senior whose doctors are requiring you to fill out a psychosocial questionnaire prior to your appointment I would advise to scribble all over it so that nobody can fill in blanks after it leaves your hands and write across it in large letters “I will not comply.” This is one avenue they can use to append mental illness to your medical file. (One of many that unfortunately aren’t in our power to protect ourselves from). (In my state any doctor can create a mental health profile on you without your consent.) A cancer doctor did that to me. Along with that crime the doctor added a bunch of diagnoses to my file that I don’t have and refused to correct the file. I totally believe that this was done to try to kill me. Next visit to the ER those false diagnosis would mandate that I only receive palliative care. After hell week I was too weak to care for my dying husband as well as I would have liked. It’s been more than 2 months and I still have not recovered plus I am still suffering from the original condition which I believe to be either pheochromocytoma or something with similar symptoms. Nobody is looking. Nobody cares. Murder is on the menu.
Also I have been bleeding from my privates since last year and the only thing that doctors will do is a UTI test and that’s not where it’s coming from but they simply refuse to investigate.

After I returned home from the loony bin I was too weak to care for my husband properly plus the hospice nurse ignoring my diagnosis of bladder infection pushed my husband so far into dementia that he took another fall (his last) and being unable to lift him I had to call for help again and it was the same EMTs that accepted the AI command to put me in a mental hospital. I gently told them that I didn’t appreciate having a life threatening physical illness diagnosed as a mental health condition to which I received roaring laughter.
I wrote a few weeks ago that medical records are full of lies and I am not kidding. The mad dash in recent years to tag everyone with mental illness has multiple wins for the oligarchs, plausible deniability among them. My crystal ball says alot of seniors and sick people are going to be murdered in this manner. Make no mistake that I consider what was done to me and my husband is nothing less than attempted murder of two useless eaters. The best medical care on earth is full of corruption and the good people trying to survive in their jobs afraid to say anything. After this experience I no longer back the blue and those laughing EMTs won’t be laughing anymore when they realize that they have been made obsolete because any robot can lift bodies and transport them in self driving vehicles. This is the full story on why come open enrollment I am choosing no more insurance. The EMTs down the street don’t have to worry about seeing me again because I will never call on my own behalf. I am dying due to lack of proper medical care despite paying for insurance all these years. I really hoped to write a book about my nightmare and expose some unpleasant truths but I am too incapacitated to think that is even remotely
possible in my condition. The decades of disgusting medical care and the inhumane and unprofessional treatment by so many medical practitioners is the reason I chose the name that I use here.
PS In the loony bin staff intentionally try to create upset including repeated racial slurs. They get paid for that. They were too stupid to see that I was too physically ill to respond to their attempts to get a reaction out of me.

I’m literally dying from too high blood pressure and I know not to call for help and just waiting to stroke out. Too sick to do anything and this is the truth of the best medical care on the planet. I really don’t care about my future at this point because I’m done. But murder and torture are moral crimes and the fact that they are occurring means to me that we aren’t going in the right direction at all.

Having come from a background as a Democrat and then genuinely fighting the graft and corrupt in which she must stand knee deep instead of simply taking a spot at the trough is quite stunning. She has made decisions that clearly align her with MAGA. She seems not afraid at all of pounding stakes in the ground. An ordinary democrat would never take such stands. Vance, on the other hand, seems to be acting like a typical guv-a-crat. Making strategic noises and showing up at good photo ops but never really doing much . We had another VP that comported himself likewise with strategic pithy sound bites. Actually I can think of two more. Stephen Miller is on a trajectory that distinctly reminds me of Dan Bongino. As Trump says, “We’ll see what happens”. Eyes wide open.

I can think of many potential uniparty candidates and supporters of candidates much worse for us than JD Vance and the silicon valley group and Elon. At least they are not career DC scum tax paying teat sucking professional politicians who have never accomplished anything. The fact that they are outsider billionaires means they are less prone to be corrupted and bought off with money. Much like Trump’s background.
