President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 211 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

At 10.40pm, Zelensky took to X to instead insist ‘Russia must end this war, which it itself started,’ railing against Trump’s suggestion that he was solely responsible for ending the conflict.

Zelensky also indicated he would not acquiesce with Trump on Crimea, territory which Russia annexed in 2014 and has been furiously defending during the three-year war.

Thanks for the full post of his! So, in essence he’s fine with losing “parts” of Donbas and Crimea. Well, that is something. But in the end he can’t leave it: “Forcing Russia…” Still delusional. Starting with December 1, 2025, FinCEN will require a full real estate report for all the purchases for residential real estate in US that are connected to trust, LLCs or corporations. No it’s the properties being bought by llc and not showing the true owners. Just cash deals with only the corp being on the sale papers, but not who the corp is representing. Not individual buyers.
This is a “new reporting relationship” for realtors, banks and buyers when trusts are involved.
What is the *process* of collecting data? How many names must be collected? What gov form number? Does the form even exist? How does it get into the realtor software that generates the legal forms at sale? Does a notary have to sign off on it? Where does the data go / who receives it in gov? What PII cyber requirements will be involved, if any?
These are the kinds of concerns that will take until December to pin down and transition to requirements.
Why wait until December 1st?
Timing.
1. You do not want to impair current contracts. A contract signed yesterday will typically not close until October to mid October. If there are delays due to inspection or appraisal issues, that could go out to November.
2. If this actually works to close off money laundered in by the CCP, the Cartels, and the Ukrainians, the sudden cessation of demand will shock the market. That shock would be felt by October, when perhaps it is the straw that breaks the camel’s back in the magically levitated real estate market.
Rip off the bandaid. Maybe, a short, sharp, shock.
I’m sure Bill Pulte, of all people, wants there to be an affordable real estate market sufficient to encourage the next generation to get married and have lots of babies in the kinds of housing that create real communities.
What’s up with the Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae => Great American Mortgage Corp plan? There is a lot there, and Tom Luongo may be correct that the plan is for the US and the world to thrive by, in part, exporting the 30 year mortgage, a financial instrument unknown to the rest of the world that frees up tremendous amounts of cash flow by making housing affordable to the middle class.
3. It is private banking cartel (excuse me, Federal Reserve) meeting week at Jackson Hole.
The real estate sector is 20 percent of the US economy.
And if you don’t think the major banks don’t understand the amount of money laundered into the US every month, I have a bridge to sell you.
Add in that the US struck a deal with the Guzman family (17 of them (cough cough) granted entry into the US in return for protection and testimony), the sources, methods, bankers, companies, and beneficiaries of that whole network are toast.
Which gives everyone in Jackson Hole a lot to think over, doesn’t it?
The goal is to crack down on money laundering, fraud, and hidden ownership in the housing market.

and parts of the U.S. too often does make sense.
Property taxes, maintenance costs, government regulations, potential capital gains on properties, and maybe most significantly respective governments now see the middle/working class homeowner as a “ cash cow”
For context, we are homeowners and owners of rental properties. We have been in “the market” for 45 years and always thought property ownership was important, we have are in a position to buy, yet like several of our friends and acquaintances in similar have no interest in property.
Governments here in Canada “ by design?” are killing the golden goose.
A quote attributed to an individual goes something like “ A man without land, is no man at all.”
Things really are different though..at least at a gut level.
One need just look at the law in the U.S. as regards imminent domain.
Owning a home here in Greater Vancouver is nearly impossible for all but the wealthy.

House flippers put the property into their business name. I’ve done it. I’ve also paid cash for properties. Not many banks will give you a loan for the property that’s distressed. Who’s going to refurbish properties? Most of these kids today have a hard time operating a cordless drill let alone doing major repairs on a house. All the houses i’ve owned were cheap and needed repairs. If I had to hire a contractor to do the work, I wouldn’t have bought them because of the expense. What next? Start investigating properties held in trusts?

I understand the push for election reform – yes, we need it – but I don’t quite understand the push to get rid of mail-in ballots.
They are the only way military people overseas can vote – they are not just for the disabled, elderly, or busy people.
Some states like Oregon, Washington, and Maryland have a heavy reliance on mail-in ballots.
A lot of folks (including me) love that mail-in ballots can be tracked by voters.
President Trump tried dozens of time in court to prove that mass tampering with mail-in ballots occurs on a wide scale, but his team could never bring any evidence. 🤷🏻♂️

Secondly, it is persistent because the records are kept for several weeks at the very least. They allow retroactive surveillance. Not only does the technology track citizens through space, it tracks them through time.
What does that mean?
Former NSA dude: So, think of how police used to do surveillance. You have to have a suspicion of someone and they go get a warrant for a cop. They may follow somebody on the street, but it starts with a suspicion and then there has to be action taken to follow that person going forward. That is traditional and that is a check upon power because you have to articulate a suspicion. You have to have men or women following the person. You’re expending resources to have that surveillance and when you feel it’s not worth it, you stop. That’s not what’s happening here. We have a surveillance system that is just there. And anytime you come across a suspicion. “I don’t like what he said at this meeting. What has he been doing for the past 30 days? What has he been doing for the past 90 days?” You can actually go and into the database and look for stuff to see if you can tag that person with a crime. Police officers know if you follow someone in a car for a couple of miles, the likelihood is you’ll be able to pull them over for something. What we’re doing here is we’re creating that database so that we can always do that for anyone. That you’re constantly tracking people’s movements. You have that system in place so that you don’t need to articulate the suspicion before you’re gathering data on someone, before you’re actually trying to tag someone with wrongdoing. When you have that system there, all someone has to do is say, “I don’t like that person.” And then you’ve got that surveillance already established.

Each weekday, dozens of U.S. government aircraft take to the skies and slowly circle over American cities. Piloted by agents of the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the planes are fitted with high-resolution video cameras, often working with “augmented reality” software that can superimpose onto the video images everything from street and business names to the owners of individual homes. At least a few planes have carried devices that can track the cell phones of people below. Most of the aircraft are small, flying a mile or so above ground, and many use exhaust mufflers to mute their engines — making them hard to detect by the people they’re spying on.
The government’s airborne surveillance has received little public scrutiny — until now. BuzzFeed News has assembled an unprecedented picture of the operation’s scale and sweep by analyzing aircraft location data collected by the flight-tracking website Flightradar24 from mid-August to the end of December last year, identifying about 200 federal aircraft. Day after day, dozens of these planes circled above cities across the nation.
