The discovered Durham annex is now being declassified by the CIA and others and transferred to Senator Chuck Grassley’s staff who will release it to the public momentarily. I think we are getting closer to a truth about hrc and WHY Comey essentially doomed her election in 2016. I’ve raised this questions several times for a reason. If you look at it from a purely political view, you miss the trees. There was something so dangerous about hrc that Comey was out on TV to basically dematerialize the voters for her.

Whatever the true reason it was unlikely to be that Comey viewed Hillary as being bad for the country. Nowhere in the mountains of other evidence do I see any indication that Comey gave a crap about what was best for the country. Comey cared about what was good for Comey and for his empire at the FBI.
So the reason is most likely that Comey discovered Hillary would become a danger to Comey personally or to his corrupt empire at the FBI.
As your analysis lays out, the Comey televised statement was sloppy and violated multiple policies. That suggests it was hastily pulled together. He may not have thought out the full repercussions. He almost certainly did not pull a bunch of talented staff together to develop the perfect airtight briefing. The sloppiness shouts out that he must have slapped it together himself with no input from anyone else and did so at the last minute.
So, most likely Comey discovered at the last minute he was about to be shivved by Hillary and decided to shiv her first. But whatever it was, it was obviously not bad enough that it deterred Comey from being fully onboard with the campaign to undermine and frame Donald Trump.

But it gets confusing because there are also retention periods for documents that show the documents were destroyed — I believe (not 100% sure) some documents can be destroyed immediately as long as a record of that destruction is retained for a specific time period.
The other issue here is there are all kinds of governmental nuances and exceptions to “normal” classified document retention, destruction, etc. With the clear politicization of intel and the widespread use of electronic document storage (pretty much mandated by Obama era EO’s), there should be some focus on changes here IMO. There’s no reason that a full record of all document movements shouldn’t be required, and also be required to be kept for a long period of time (not necessarily the documents themselves but a full audit trail of their life span). Probably even some retention period in electronic backup form of the documents themselves in secure offsite locations.
At a minimum, it should not be possible to destroy anything classified within the time span of a single party holding executive branch power. We can see pretty clearly that the real plan here was to misuse intel however needed to get HRC elected, then she’d just continue to keep it all hidden.
This bureaucracy is too big, has too many layers is too inefficient to survive. It will drag the entire country down.

Timing? The bag was in a classified Secret room so until it’s hauled away to the incinerator it’s considered still protected. Fortuitous that it hadn’t yet been taken, but we don’t know how frequently their internal procedures require bags to be hauled away.
Where I worked for just shy of 40 years we didn’t submit burn bags for removal and destruction until they were full. And they were about three feet high and held a LOT of shredded paper. We didn’t put whole sheets of paper directly into the bags. We shredded them first using high speed crosscut shredders which dumped the tiny pieces into burn bags.

But in this case it’s just bloody sloppy to have that material in a burn bag, still in a room after 5-7 years . Bad security protocol just as a general practice. If you want to get rid of it, you get it down to the incinerator. Make it go away forever.

Burn bags are not normally used for classified material unless the material is just working papers, conference notes, etc. Classified documents are controlled and when destroyed, the record shows the destruction date. Someone cleaned out these documents in a hurry, stuffed them in a burn bag, stuffed the burn bag in a room. That room was probably a shredder room. They probably never dreamed that they would be discovered. Someone was supposed to shred the contents of those bags and since that is a real pain in the arse job, it didn’t happen. God works in mysterious ways.
If it was just a shredder room, its existence would not have been secret. Comey might have had a shredder in his office, and the shreds sent for burning, but this room was a secret SCIF. (sensitive compartmented information facility).
We had a shredder room under digital lock inside our SCIF. Burn bags were only used for low level papers. The shredder was a large cross cut that turned the paper to dust which could be hauled off in the garbage truck.

There is a procedure, changed in 2004, for burn bags for classified documents pertaining to closed cases. They have control numbers. They apparently are kept for at least two years but there doesn’t seem to be an end time.

The Dutch IC was getting information (the Hags emails etc ?) from Cozy Bear, unclear if Cozy Bear was sharing it with the dutch or the Dutch were somehow stealing it.
Brennan phoned Russia and told them to stop messing with the election and in doing so deliberately exposed the Cozy Bear / Dutch connection, and thereafter the Dutch got nothing else from Cozy Bear.
So, I think the Dutch found out that Hillary was trying to set up Russia, in order to frame Trump, and told that to our CIA. Brennan then outed the Dutch informant to Russia so the informant became useless. This allowed the “Hillary” plan to continue to frame Trump. The Dutch must’ve thought our CIA was clueless about the plan but Russia must’ve seen it from the beginning.
I wonder what is on those hard drives on Hillary that no one examined The Clintons are amazingly corrupt.

I would like to know who the FBI employee was who placed/stuffed these documents inside a burn bag and who instructed him or her to do so. I would also like to know everything about burn bag control policy. Today is July 31, 2025. These documents go back almost ten years.
Questions abound:
I still recall the large number of “damaged” drives and documents claimed by the FBI during the “midterm examination” (the polite term for HRC’s server scandal. I guess what they didn’t redact, they destroyed, and what they didn’t destroy, they hid.
I continue to say that the FBI MUST be dismantled, brick by brick and a reputable agency formed or the Marshall Service augmented with the additional mandates of the FBI.

There is much information to be gained by watching them in motion: Both white and black and grey hats, but only if the time taken yields results. But it is also imperative to stop the processes toxic to us ASAP.
The faster it is made safe for whistle blowers to come out, and beneficial for people to turn back to good, we could see some exponential acceleration in the process of transformation.
With cancer, some times you can cut it out, sometimes you can have effective processes to cure it with medication and irradiation but with toxicity. There are many treatments possible. Side effects, the aggressiveness of the cancer, the location and degree of spread all have to be considered. There are immunotherapies that attached the agents toxic to cancer and take them one cell at a time straight to the cancer cells with minimal toxicity.
But if you have cancer in the heart or the brain, you can’t just “Burn it all down”. It is debatable whether the FBI or CIA is analagous to a heart or brain. What can we really burn down: Congress? Judiciary? FBI? CIA? California? Maine? If we want to preserve the good function of our country, we must be wise.
Thanks be to God, there are spiritual processes that we can all be involved in that strengthen and make wise the good, and convert good cells to bad, and destroy bad cells when necessary.
