You know, it is really something to be able to see things revealed in one’s lifetime –
with a grandfather, my Dad and his brother all in WWII, it irked the hell out of me to read in the “Weekly Reader” about the Berlin Wall and people being shot trying to get over to the West – the war had been over about fifteen years but there were still people separated from their families – I would pray that wall would come down in my lifetime and it was so wonderful when President Reagan really got the ball rolling – and then it really happened!
Also, to see the John Birch Society being vindicated – remembering reading all those books and booklets from a JBS bookstore that was next to where I worked in high school – this is really something.

For about 6 months about 10 years back did a bit of research on the birthright citizenship and 14th.
Seems that there has been quite a debate on it from many learned people of the law, arguing both sides as to referring to illegals or not. What did come up often in the papers was that most of them felt the 14th needed SCOTUS to look at for correct interpretation.

So, this is a long story but I will attempt to condense it down. Almost 40 years ago, I worked for a large bank in the Seattle area and every year they would do a fundraising drive for Untied Way and encourage all employees to make a monthly donation equal one hour of pay per week. I think I signed up the first few years that I worked at the bank as it was strongly encouraged by management.
However, in 1988 or ’89, Mary Maxwell Gates (mother of Bill Gates) became the first female head of the King County United Way and one of her first acts was to add Planned Parenthood as a recipient of United Way funds. (The Gates family involvement with, and support of, Planned Parenthood was longstanding – Bill didn’t just come up with his eugenicist views out of thin air!)
When that happened, I refused to sign up to contribute ANY amount in the next campaign, as did numerous other people who worked for the bank. Our new female VP was the “co-chair” of the campaign that year and they were NOT happy with people pushing back and making the bank “look bad”. They tried to come up with a workaround by saying that we could “specify” that our donation not go to PP, and quite a few people went for that option.
However, contrarian that I am, I read through the paperwork and realized it was a shell game. Each agency that received funds was promised a certain percentage of ALL amounts donated during the year. I think Planned Parenthood was set to receive 3% so if I gave $100 overall, they were going to get $3, regardless of what I put on my contribution authorization. I pointed that out and said that I was NOT going to donate anything! I said that I gave money to a local Crisis Pregnancy Center and was happy with that decision. They offered to let me designate my UW contribution specifically to that agency, to which I asked why I would want to do that when United Way would take 12% off the top before it even got there?
Then, I got a visit from the District Manager and the Regional Manager – they said that I was the ONLY person in the entire state that hadn’t signed up to give something and it was reflecting badly on MY manager, to which I said, politely, of course, “Too bad, so sad!”
A few days later, I saw an article in the local paper congratulating our bank and our VP for their 100% participation rate in that years’ United Way campaign! No idea if I just got left off the rolls by “accident” or if one of the district managers slipped in something under my name, but either way, my conscience was clear!
If most people had any idea how absolutely SLIMY and underhanded many “charitable” organizations really are, I think donations would dry up completely, but the dopamine hit from “doing good” keeps them from asking exactly how much “good” their money is doing, and what percentage of it is actually going to the people they THINK they are helping!
Love the story – we might be related (mindset). There was a period of time that many companies and the military pushed hard for people to donate to United Way. Never gave a dime for several reasons – including how much they consume in “administrative fees” and the causes they support. You’re absolutely right regarding your last paragraph, particularly regarding “umbrella” groups.

The Trump MO has more often than not been to make the Davis crowd and their domestic operatives eat the whole darned chocolate cake. So I would not be the least bit surprised to see him give the Europeans the attack on Russia they so desperately want, only to have that same attack boomerang around to take them all down, as the preparatory step to a later clean up operation here.

And, whether you know it or not, this new stablecoin regulatory regime is going to transform your life and the entire global monetary order. Here today to fill us in on all the details is Mark Goodwin, co-author with Whitney Webb on a series of articles about this new blockchain regime and the powers-that-shouldn’t-be who are behind it.
Intro: “Well, stablecoins are just as programmable as CBDCs in every single way. You’re – instead of trusting the government to not restrict the spending conditions, you’re trusting a private company, some of which, many of which aren’t even domiciled in the United States, don’t even have constitutional protections of free speech or whatever have you. And it’s every bit as dangerous as the government having programmability over your money. It’s just a private company.”
Later, and this isn’t even the worst part: “CBDCs are bad, but stablecoins are kind of the worst of both worlds. They’re private in name only. They are backed by government debt, so it’s still extending dollar hedgemen, dollar empire, buying Uncle Sam’s bags. They are still beholden to the public sector because if you want to hold $150 billion of treasuries, you damn well better do whatever the government wants you to do. You can’t just hold that and say, I’m not giving you my customer information. No, they’ll seize your treasuries, and then there goes by $150 billion. So let’s look at this. A good example, Tether is the biggest stablecoin provider in the world. They have over $160 billion of treasuries. They have been forced to onboard the FBI, the Secret Service, Chain Analysis, which is an In-Q-Tel-funded private blockchain analysis company. All of these law enforcement arms, private or public, are on their system. They’ve seized and blacklisted billions of dollars of tethers at the behest of the public sector, and that is sort of the – it’s the new iteration of the private-public relationship that has been capital creation. And in many ways, it’s being sold to us as this convenient, wonderful thing, cheap fees, dollar access for everybody. But we’re creating an environment and a petri dish right now for global mass surveillance for all of our financial transactions and still the seesability and programmability at the behest of the public sector. So what’s really the benefit here? What is so genius about this for the people? Oh, no, it’s actually a really good way to build the Panopticon and buy Uncle Sam’s bags and enrich all of the donor class that we have seen support Donald Trump’s current administration. And to do it through a cutout so that gives the plausible deniability to the government itself in the exact same way Operation Chokepoint worked. Don’t worry. It’s not the government that’s debanking people. It’s the government that’s leaning on the DOJ to lean on the FDIC to lean on the private banks to debank you.”
“And you can really, at this very high level of computational analysis, really break down a lot of stuff that happens on these blockchains just through pretty basic human behavior. So in reality, it’s created an asymmetric advantage for intelligence-level communities and industries to be able to analyze the blockchain without any need of getting a warrant and going to that Wells Fargo server room or that Bank of America server room that they would have needed to do 10 years ago. Now they can go right to the blockchain and they can find exactly the transaction and use heuristic analysis and find your wallet. It’s really worse than CBDCs in this way because rather than it just being the government, which is very bad, I’m not saying CBDCs are good, publishing it in a closed box where you are willingly, knowingly giving your information to, you know, 10 to 13 branches of government and law enforcement and respective people that would be in charge of a CBDC. Instead, you’re actually publishing all of your transactional data to everybody in the world.”

That’s terrible. I think I’ve heard of something like that in the past, but it was a 4-year old boy.
