Obama’s office said in a statement, “Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response. But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.”

The wording has no bearing on which court has jurisdiction. The charge of treason is always tried in a federal district court, with a couple of exceptions. He is not subject to the UCMJ. Unless they are in the military, it is tried in federal court, U.S. District courts. If it was military it would be tried in a General Court Martial, NOT a military tribunal which is used in times of war for war crimes. The Supremes could claim original jurisdiction if it involves public officials. It could be tried in a state court as well depending on the laws of the state but generally it is tried in federal district courts.
Only using words to define the “scope of issues [conflict, waging war, actions in violation of oath/duty to the people and constitution, etc…]

The title of the president is “Commander in Chief” so I imagine even though he was and is a civilian now, he was in office when the deal went down. He made decisions that were treasonous and did so by choice, with intention to destroy the future commander in chief. He was, head of all the branches of the armed forces. He wasn’t commissioned but he held that position. He fired Admirals and Generals to fill his forces with questionable officers. He was building an army within, and those who went along are traitors as well.
