Any bets on the source of the Epstein birthday card? Maybe a recently fired associate US attorney from SDNY Comey?
Anyone could have drawn that. It’s a comically crude attempt to try to blackmail Trump.
Fact is, private-citizen Trump was an early whistleblower – a man who immediately recognized what Epstein actually was, and took action to expose him.
The fake letter is fake.
Fake or not, the long knives are coming after President Trump.
There are a bunch of postings on X about this trying to make President Trump out as a liar or some other negative charge.

Interesting… Because it was Kadeeja Safsr who also wrote this article (5/3/23) claiming “(WSJ) reviewed thousands of emails and schedules from 2013-2017”…. ‘Provided new details about nature and frequency of Epsteins contacts with array of powerful people long after he was registered sex offender.’
Curious if WSJ ever released those emails and schedules?….

Mary Daly, Barr’s oldest daughter and the director of Opioid Enforcement and Prevention Efforts in the deputy attorney general’s office, is leaving for a position at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the Treasury Department’s financial crimes unit, a Justice official said.
Tyler McGaughey, the husband of Barr’s youngest daughter, has been detailed from the powerful US attorney’s office in Alexandria, Virginia, to the White House counsel’s office, two officials said.
It’s not clear if McGaughey’s switch is a result of Barr’s pending new role, and the kind of work he’ll be handling at the White House is not public knowledge.
Daly’s husband will remain in his position in the Justice Department’s National Security Division for now.
The moves were by choice and are not required under federal nepotism laws…
As attorney general, Barr will oversee the special counsel’s investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 US presidential election and whether there was a conspiracy with the Trump campaign.
Barr, who himself had a storied career at the Justice Department, capped off by his first stint as attorney general under George H.W. Bush, joked about his family of government lawyers at his confirmation hearing last month.

Well … it seems Ms Bondi was ordered, by the President, to release to the Grand Jury files related to Epstein. That means parts of SDNY Lawyer Comey’s work may become public record if Ms Bondi actually releases the files …. hmmm … Comey fired a few days ago … WSJ Birthday Card story and …. now the release order.
The release order had to have been issued to SDNY at least a few days prior to Comey’s firing … want to bet we are about to see why she was fired??
She Refused the order and then there is the content of the file.
She would not be the first US DAG fired by President Trump for disobeying an order … aside from Sessions …. President Trump fired 2 x DAG’s in 2017-18. One was from SDNY.

We the people are not doing enough to provide help. A difference can be made if undertake the duty.
For example, three states have achieved change that has mattered. Consider, these senate elections:
Missouri — In 2018 Hawley defeated lefty dem Claire McCaskill; In 2022 Schmitt replaced RINO Roy Blunt.
Tennessee — In 2018 Blackburn replaced hard nasty RINO Bob Corker; In 2020 Hagerty replaced RINO Lamar Alexnder.
Ohio — In 2022 Vance replaced as-bad-as-any-other-RINO Rob Portman; In 2024 Moreno defeated far far left Sherrod Brown.
This is +6. We would not have the victories on the PDJT agenda without these victories. Two farthest left dems were defeated, and four of the most detestable backstabbing RINOs are gone. Takes time, but the task is immense. We need other states to step up. So far, for 2026 McConnell will be gone, and Tillis is headed out. Cornyn, Graham, Cassidy, Capito are further inviting targets for facing defeat. Think ahead for 2028 — Moran, Lankford, Murkowski, etc.
There are obviously other factors surrounding the field of play. Vance has been replaced by Husted – yet to truly know how he will engage, but not a likely target for 2026. Others are not as obvious, so target the obvious.
For those who whine about “nothing matters” or “not good enough,” go back into your closet, stick your thumb back in your mouth, and resume whimpering. If the RINOs feel vulnerable, that will also help the process.

This post describes exactly what I was thinking when I read the WSJ article. I hadn’t seen any commenters’ views or anything else on it, it was the first thing I read this morning. And I said to myself “this is pathetic” while reading, especially the language of the letter he supposedly wrote.
Of course you should believe it. The faux MAGA outrage crowd sez so…
I read the WSJ article this morning and it was truly pathetic. Just a desperate, desperate attempt by the establishment to take Trump down. They’ve tried everything, and I suspect the source for this was the fired daughter of Comey. I think she just got fired on Wednesday then this article appears on Friday. It reads like a story that was hastily put together. The language in the letter is not at all like President Trump talks. If you read it, your first reaction will be no way did he write this.
Maybe Jeffrey Epstein liked Donald Trump?
Epstein may have had his own reasons for doing what he did – what his goals were.
So maybe he had very specific targets he was after..
Just a guess- maybe he was not interested in going after Donald Trump because of his goals in what he was trying to do.
Aside from all this drama about what he did, we really know little else about the man to give us the insight as to who and what he was after in the grand scheme of things.
Or, more likely, Epstein didn’t have anything on President Trump. Trump didn’t need Epstein to meet beautiful women like the rest of those awkward dorks Epstein associated with.

I’ve been thinking about President Trump’s swollen ankles.
Last year, the year before, and the couple of years before both the 2016 election and the 2020 stolen election we watched as day after day after day after day Candidate Trump stood for hours without stop, one rally, one speech after another, several in a day (up to five in one day right before the election) I marveled at his incredible strength, though I knew that couldn’t have been good for him.
I am not as old as President Trump, but I do have varicose veins, and I find standing for long periods of time much harder than walking.
Still, we continue to watch as this man stands giving press conferences, graduation and other speeches, visiting with victims of natural disasters, and more. He never stops!
Given his physical outlay it’s amazing this edema isn’t a lot worse than it is.
I’ve been wondering if this doesn’t also account for the significant puffiness under his eyes we’ve been seeing lately?
I really hope a dietician is enlisted to cut out the salt, the McDonald’s crap, and really provide him with clean nutrition.

Many years ago, before my knees said enough, I used to fence and because this was a niche sport in the UK, even though you could be competing at quite high levels, you’d meet the same teams, plus minus replacements, repeatedly. Now, because it was the 70’s-80’s and sport was not awash with the cash from TV you could only use the expensive electronic scoring kit that you see at the Olympics when you qualified for the knock-out rounds (quarter-finals). The problem was that some teams cheated when the scoring was manual (again due to tight budgets the competing teams also supplied the umpires), especially if the judge was biased. Invariably these teams would sail through the early rounds and be comprehensively demolished when they reached the automated judging rounds, the trick though was to get through, because if two of these cheating teams fought their inadequacy would cancel itself out and their reputation was kept intact.
Fast forward today and the super-ninjas are found out to be barely competent at practicing the dark arts, whether it’s a Supreme Court justice taking about feels over wordy legal mumbo-jumbo, a judge who declares an action illegal, when it’s hypothetical, or an obvious smear, it’s becoming obvious that the only way the 6 ways to Sunday crowd could wrack up any wins was when the playing field was so tilted in their favour it resembled a wall. Shorn of the gate-keepers and force multipliers of the MSM an actively complicit Republican Party and weaponised establishment they are having their decades of decline revealed to all as they struggle to lay a punch on Trump.
All they really have left in their shot locker is the shadow of their reputation, bolstered by articles like the one in Revolver which fashion a beware the DS sign, harking back to their ‘glory’ days, as the USS Trump starts to double-shot its guns and prepares to cross the USS Derp’s T.

This is a story I have followed for years now. It was never a secret that Trump and Epstein knew each other, lived in close proximity to each other, and ran businesses in the same business districts of New York City, attending many of the same Gala events.

Use Federal prisoners to rebuild Alcatraz Prison.
There is a US Government Run Company called Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR). They actually have a catalogue of stuff they make and sell. My old employer used to actually by Mil-Standard cables and wiring harnesses from them. Their products were actually OK.
The purpose is to provide skills training to Convicts…wink wink.

Do believe that the use of inmates is way under used.
Not sue if its just Oregon, but for some reason Oregon Correctional Institutions have to use outside contractors in order to use inmates for out side services such as laundry of hospital linens.
Do realize that decades ago, many correctional institutions have used inmates for menial labor jobs in abusive ways. After 12 years as a correctional Teacher i do know that many of the inmates could do many of the jobs that are needed within the institution and in surrounding communities besides just trash Yes some are being used by state fire agencies for forest fires, but do believe that there are probably many inmates in the minimum & medium facilities that could be trusted to do other types of work that correctional institutions and communities contract out.
Build more prisons. Use more correctional inmates for suitable work like construction, painting, furniture manufacturing, plumbing, landscape maintenance on all federal government properties. Use professional security services for work supervision. Provide On The Job Training (OJT) for inmates to qualify for journeyman credentials and severely limit private contracts for federal government remodel work…bill
Great idea, or make it part of a trade school curriculum or an on the jobs training program for some of our unemployed youth.
But really, the problem with using incarcerated to do construction is that they would have way too much access to all manner of shiv-building and other potentially dangerous materials.

But you really can’t “rebuild” Alcatraz. The structure is much too far gone. The fog and the sea has destroyed the concrete and the steel. Some areas are now unsafe for the public tours, and the rest of it doesn’t look any better. In a few years, the whole thing (except for the lighthouse) will have to be torn down. For safety reasons, “history or no.”
I took the tour many years ago, and, even then, I thought to myself: “How much longer can we safely continue doing these public tours?” It was bad, then.
The government abandoned Alcatraz for good reasons in 1963. It was too expensive and inconvenient to operate, and the structure was seriously degrading even then. While it might have been “symbolic,” it is no place to put a maximum-security prison. And we should not consider doing so today.
I think that you’d have to raze the existing prison structures and build something altogether from scratch. And, if so, “this is not the right place on earth to do that.” Wanna build a new prison? Great. Don’t do it there [again].

Clearly, the possible adverse events associated with just one of the drugs allowed by the FAA would lead one to wonder if the federal agency is appropriately tracking drug use among pilots and drug use associated with airline accidents. The last publicly available toxicology report only covered data up to 2017.
With increased use of mind-altering drugs among pilots, air traffic controllers and aircraft crew, it seems imperative that the Secretary of Homeland Security may want to work with her colleagues at the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) to not only collect yearly data but make it publicly available.

Any pilots that have ADD I wouldn’t want them flying without their medication and I don’t care about pilots being on SSRI’s . Just about every medication known to man has a endless list of side effects .
The # 1 issue these days is how many pilots are dropping dead while flying due to the Mrna jabs.
