According to Politico, Maurene Comey has been fired from the DOJ office.
NEW YORK – Maurene Comey, who prosecuted Jeffrey Epstein and is former FBI Director James Comey’s daughter, was fired Wednesday from her job in the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office, according to two people familiar with the matter who were granted anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
The reason for her firing was not immediately clear. She did not immediately respond to phone calls and an email seeking comment. Spokespeople for the Justice Department and the U.S. attorney’s office declined to comment.

I am curious and I would like to see these people prosecuted if they indeed committed a crime, but them again if there was actionable information (grand jury) would they have not been brought to justice by now, unless there was a cover-up.

I believe he said there is evidence that was admitted at trial in 2 cases that is under seal per court order. Those court orders prohibit disclosure by the parties including the DOJ. I did not hear Dershowitz ever say there is a list.

Not a list. They’ve blocked the release of testimony of the accusers (victims). Their reason is to protect the accusers (common in cases like this).
Other lawyers have said that the DOJ is still sitting on a lot of information, including information from Epstein’s computers and financial information.
From the testimony of accusers we’d likely get some names. But the legal side of that is if those people were never charged then you have potential issues just releasing accusations — one of the same reasons grand jury testimony is, by default, secret and kept sealed unless release is granted by a judge.
The Epstein client list is out there on the internet.

Dershowitz is legally barred from sharing information because the file is under seal and was redacted by a judge. However, Dershowitz’ copy of the file was given to him unredacted during discovery as counsel to Epstein years before it was SEALED and redacted.
THERE IS NO WAY TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE SEALED AND REDACTED FILE WITHOUT FILING A MOTION IN COURT TO UNSEAL, AND UNREDACT.

This is something you parents should try when you kids are teens — a family trip to your home villages. When we went, we took a quick 2 days by flying from Prague to Brussels to see Charlemagne’s cathedral in nearby Aachen, Germany, then drove to the Battle of the Bulge museum in Bastogne, Belgium, two hours SW of Aachen, then drove 3 more hours south to Domremy in Lorraine, France and just in time to attend vigil Mass for All Saints Day in the humble little parish church where Joan of Arc worshipped and received the sacraments as a girl. It was eerie and great being in the presence of a saint! Then we saw her house the next day, drove back to Brussels by way of Verdun and St. Mihiel (American offensive in WWI) and hopped on the plane to Ireland.
All that extra greatness in a two-day jaunt. And the rural people of western Europe are much friendlier and down to earth than their city counterparts. We did it in late October – early November 2001, right after 9-11, I wore a patrol cap, and they knew we were Americans. We were greeted like welcome guests for traveling.
Tip — pack along several CDs or MP3s or equivalent of American music from the 1960s, classic soul music, and country music like Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, and Connie Smith. Euros like our pop culture, and it is a fun gift for them. We stayed at a B&B in County Mayo over a weekend, and when we left Monday morning, we gave Mom a couple of CDs … just as her 3 teen kids and grade school girl came in for breakfast and to help before going to school. Someone posted an excellent piece about all the discrepancies surrounding his death and I have not seen any resolution or explanation. Who killed him or paid to have him killed ?

As I may have mentioned before, as a retired CBP officer, I sometimes pulled the overnight duty of minding detainees (passengers off international flights that were denied admission, and either getting on a ‘turnaround’ flight back to their initial point of departure (paid for by the airline that flew them here)…
… or other pax that were to be held in a longer-term facility before an appearance in front of an immigration judge.
We had 2 separate camera angles on each detainee. We were required to remain Alert and Awake(!) at all times – we had a time-stamped computer log that had to be entered every 15 minutes, as to the person’s current status.
Before going into the cell – the following were searched for and removed:
Shoes
Belts
Any sharp objects,
Pens/pencils/pins/keys
Ties
Matches/lighters
Head-to-toe search, including hairpieces.
All personal property and bags right in front of cell, within sight of detainee. List made of personal property, cash, IDs, etc.
In the cell:
No pillows
A blanket
No bedsheets
Objects in cell:
Bed/bench to sleep on
Toilet/sink
Never had any issues, other than some detainees pacing back-and-forth, mumbling, or yelling… or asking for water, etc.
Any time the cell door was opened, there were at least 2 officers present.
Nothing to hang yourself from.
Other than slamming your head into the door, wall, or toilet/sink, it was difficult to hurt yourself.
Any such disturbance would be immediately responded to.
I may have left something out of my description… but in summing up:
officers were held to a standard – no one was asleep… logs HAD to be entered… and a cell without a camera was not used.
The setup with epstein was designed to fail.
Just as the ss protection in Butler was designed to fail.

As AG she reported vis a vis legal matters to a skilled, experienced, and strategically astute lawyer, Rick Scott. She’s now floundering publicly because she reports to Donald Trump, who, brilliant as he is, is not a lawyer, and so if it’s not law related to real estate in some way, that isn’t his milieu. Rather, he expects the advice to flow in the other direction. His orders consequently are those of a client, not a managing lawyer. You don’t kill a venomous snake by cutting a quarter inch off its tail. All you would be doing is pissing it off so that the first chance it gets its going to sink those fangs in even deeper, and make certain the next venom injection is lethal.
Habitats must have enforced boundaries, if they are to stay habitable. No one would tolerate a nest of scorpions in their bedroom. Scorpions are fine OUTSIDE, but you cannot have them inside your living space or they WILL eventually attack you, because they do not (cannot) respect your notion of boundaries. The internationalists are the same way, communist or crony cartel corporatist (globalist). They have no respect for anyone else’s standards of propriety. Either they are removed from our collective habitat, or it will cease to become habitable for us.
This is why the entire rest of humanity is coalescing against us. Once I heard that Comey was the attorney for the Diddy trial it was clear this was a malicious prosecution which would fail on the major charges. It was a show trial.
I think it was the Epstein uproar and that the Diddy trial was completed in failure. She should have been fired day 1 of the President Trumps term.
