If Dershowitz says his client kept a list and showed his defense attorney, which Dershowitz was one, that list then it IS Epstein’s list. Dershowitz saw a list. If he saw a list given him by Epstein, the FBI had the list. Those are the two places it would be in that file.

What is the bottom line here legally? Evidence. Does evidence exist or not? Without evidence of a crime, a prosecutor cannot convict. Suspicions are there, innuendo is there, common sense is there, but is there sufficient evidence that would award a conviction at trial and does it exist?
The DOJ and FBI are saying based on what they’ve seen, it does not. Okay, then. One must presume evidence was gathered by the Feds when they raided Epstein’s properties. That was years ago under Wray. So, what happened to the incriminating evidence? Was the evidence that would lead to federal charges and incrimination destroyed? If so, by whom?
Maurene Comey is prosecuting a case in the SD NY with ties to Epstein. Reportedly, Ms. Comey is holding onto over 11,000 documents that are being withheld so as to not tamper with the case she is working on.

I heard Alan Dershowitz this week remind us that he was both a lawyer for Epstein and an Accused Defendant by an Epstein honeypot. He said the honeypot ultimately recanted her accusations because ‘she admitted to maybe accusing the wrong guy’.
Regardless, Dershowitz said he knows and has seen documents implicating high level, elites associated with Epstein. Dershowitz contends there is absolutely a coverup for said elites.

Whoever leaked the first predicate to the New York Times in April, leaked PAPADOPOULOS in December to replace PAGE. Of all the Twitter Sleuths about Trump-Russia, none brought up the TWO PREDICATES. Sessions was the campaign supervisor of BOTH PREDICATES, so Sessions thought he had to recuse himself as he had a conflict as the supervisor of both individuals. Again, no one wondered about the two predicates or much of anything else. On paper, Sessions had to recuse.
