The Epstein FUBAR is just one of the many recent investigations that went / are going nowhere in the DOJ / FBI team house.
Congress, individual citizens and other Administrative Agencies, to name a few, all send criminal charges to the DOJ / FBI only to see them dropped into the “under investigation” black hole …….. you know the ol’ wives tale: “investigations go to the DOJ / FBI to die.”
Those ol’ wives are pretty smart.
But, if you really think about it, since bondi / patel / bongo never fired the 5,000+ weaponizing, disloyal, treasonous, thugs from the biden DOJ and the 3-letter departments ……… why would anyone expect anything to change?

But, once a politician has drank/ drugged themselves to a ‘black-out’ state, they are unable to remember all the sordid details which occurred, and are thus susceptible to the suggestion that it is them in the child sex tape.
What reaction is available to them?
1) They could vehemently deny same, and be subject to threats that the ‘child sex tape’ will be revealed, so they either play along or remove themselves from public life;
2) They could believe they were capable of what is shown in the ‘child sex tape’, and know tow to whatever demands were made of them — including perhaps moving on to even further depravity, thinking it will bolster their prospects;
3) They could assert that they absolutely know they had nothing to do with the ‘child sex tape’ and be told the truth — ‘no you were not, but imagine how effective this tool is to control the whole political landscape’ — and believe that using that tool is a powerful form of control, and run with it;
4) They could, without a doubt, KNOW they did not participate in any ‘child sex tape’ and promise that they will expose those manipulating same, only to be up against a whole legion of people who came from the 3) scenario.
Why does AIPAC have such a stranglehold on elected Congresspeople?
Why has Epstein been more or less exonerated as a blackmailer, sex trafficker, pedophile?

There has never been effective oversight of the NSA’s bulk collections programs, or indeed, intelligence agencies in general. There’s been a lot of noise made about this vaunted oversight in defense of programs revealed by leaked documents, but this is nothing more than a talking point.
At The Big Picture, a clip of Sen. John D. Rockefeller (then Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) discussing how oversight actually works has been posted. It’s from an interview given in 2007, about the time the FISA Amendments Act was being put together to replace the expiring Protect America Act. The amendments act, among other things, extended the length of warrantless surveillance and gave telecoms retroactive immunity for their participation in the NSA’s bulk collections.
Here’s Sen. John D. Rockefeller explaining why, even back in 2007, intelligence agency oversight was a joke.
DAVIS: Reports quote administration officials as saying this is going on and it’s being done in a way to avoid oversight of the Intelligence Committee. Is there any way—
ROCKEFELLER: They’ll go to any lengths to do that, as we’ve seen in the last two days [during hearings on FISA].

Retired Magistrate here: With regard to the Epstein “list”: For arguments sake let’s assume there is a list and that list is released to the public. Everyone on that list is going to deny being on that list; i.e., the list is fake, there is no proof other than the manufactured list and so forth.
Then the defamation suits will be filed by everyone on that list and these cases will be tied up in courts for years. In the meantime, the forward motion of what President Trump is trying to accomplish in the next 16 months will be thwarted. Why do I mention 16 months, because that is when the midterms will take place. If the Democrats take back the House then the rest of President Trump’s time in office will be spent defending himself against one impeachment charge after another.
So, in my opinion, we need to look at the big picture and support President Trump in his getting accomplished as much as possible in the next 16 months.

Epstein and the Intelligence Trap: What They Know and Can’t Say
That brings us back to the core of the matter: Epstein was not a lone predator. He was not merely a billionaire with an inexplicable passion for teenage masseuses. His operations were not accidental, nor could they have persisted without protection at the highest levels of intelligence and government.
Consider his early trajectory. In the late 1970s, Epstein was hired at the Dalton School by Donald Barr, an ex-OSS officer and the father of future Attorney General Bill Barr. This is not coincidence. Epstein didn’t even possess a college degree. His placement at an elite school known for educating the children of the Manhattan elite set the stage for everything to come. He gained access to power, and more importantly, to the children of power.
From there, Epstein transitioned into finance with a swift rise at Bear Stearns, where he managed sensitive accounts and was involved in insider trading schemes tied to prominent families. He exited the firm just ahead of an SEC investigation, unscathed, protected. In the 1980s, he partnered with Steven Hoffenberg in a massive Ponzi scheme at Towers Financial. Hoffenberg went to prison. Epstein did not.
In a court filing in 2019, Hoffenberg stated under oath that Epstein was the “architect” of the fraud. The US government never charged him. Again, protected.
In the 1990s, Epstein became deeply enmeshed with Leslie Wexner, the billionaire founder of L Brands and co-founder of the secretive Mega Group. Epstein was given full control of Wexner’s fortune, deeded Wexner’s New York mansion, and placed into direct financial and operational contact with Israeli intelligence. His closest confidante, Ghislaine Maxwell, is the daughter of Robert Maxwell, an Israeli asset who helped disseminate surveillance software to foreign governments was clearly put in Epstein’s orbit by MI6.
These are not happenstances. This is recruitment and operational integration.

As per Gateway Pundit, the jail house camera was not even looking at the correct Tier (Tier L) where Epstein was housed last and not Tier M. Also the door to each tier is not the direct door to his cell but a hallway in which opens into a pod 6-8 more cells. So a killer could have been in one of the other cells, their door opens into the unseen corridor behind the tier door, goes into Epstein’s room, whacks him, the walks back to his cell. Also, why the 1 minute gap??? Amateur hour. Who is John Doe who had his lawyer quash the TGP FOIA to open the List to the public in the first place if there is no list? Who was that judge who okayed it?

If there is a national security reason for not coming clean about Epstein….
I think they should have just said so. It is also possible that the deep state destroyed much of the evidence.
However, where are the girls who were victims? They seem awfully quiet with this DOJ announcement.
Someone said in an interview months ago that it is likely the victims were offered and agreed to non disclosure settlement payments by their abusers (especially high profile names).
There really may not be anyone for DOJ to prosecute. If you aren’t going to prosecute…then you wouldn’t release their name would you?
I don’t think Trump is blackmailing world leaders or congressmen. If he were blackmailing …then he would not have his Adm say there is nothing there. He would have said it is classified and can’t be released for national security reasons right now…and then hung that over their heads.
Trump Adm seems to want to just move on from this. What their reasons are, and whether it is justified in any measure or not, I can’t say.
Biden Adm did not release it, Trump Adm does not plan to release it either. Whatever is there must be truly horrible.

Went to go check on the latest news on “X” and this was there, I watched it and it made me feel happy – so darn cute – they are sheep but they also remind me of Mom’s and Dad’s Old English Sheepdog, Lord Cleaver, that they had at their ranch in Santa Ynez (a place inland from Santa Barbara). As you would head up the hilly road to the driveway and Cleaver spotted your arrival, he would be bounding across the lawn, so joyously and then he was so smart, too, he knew to stop and wait as your car pulled in to the driveway.
When Mom and Dad first moved up there, Dad still went into downtown Los Angeles on Monday to his office and also on sales trips, then would usually come back on Thursday afternoons. Their first week apart, when Mom was there with Cleaver and it was just the two of them, he happily greeted her that Monday afternoon when she came back from El Rancho market. As she fiddled with her car and house key while holding a bag of groceries, as she was getting ready to go through the front door, she absent-mindedly told Cleaver, “go around to the kitchen door, I’ll meet you there”.
As she walked around through the house to the kitchen, sure enough, there was Cleaver, standing by the sliding glass door, wagging his tail. Hmm, pretty smart!
Old English Sheepdogs, is it something from the sheep that gets grafted into their personalities, the way they seem to bounce around and float and seem so joyful? Or is it vice versa?
