Living where we live is so very different from, say, driving in to LA from the desert each day. Thank you, dear Patience. Lunch with my friends was most pleasant. Two of us had their wonderful chicken fajita tacos—YUM!! This little taqueria is the second of my customary lunch choices. Eating there contributed significantly to my current 55lb weight loss. It’s a quite small, family owned, very local kind of place where everybody knows everyone else.

It’s been years since having the pleasure of excellent food (and kick but margaritas and or Modelo negro) at my almost weekly frequented small Mexican restaurant.

There was always a friendly and joyful welcome from the three men working. Always the same table; without asking. No menu required;, as I would be asked which beverage and which of my three or four dinners… And they’d special make me huevos con chorizo; which was not on their menu.
I’d get updates on their families’, etc.
The two guitarists / mariachis who were sometimes there; who were fabulous (!), knew my favorite songs -and even learned a couple at my suggestion.

The US was fighting a two ocean war. Virtually everything but aircraft, and even most of them, got to where the fighting was by sea.
The big 4 engine bombers and many of the two engine bombers and transports like the C-47(DC-3) could be flown to their theaters of war in Europe and N. Africa, Pacific, and CBI. But many of the two engine aircraft were also transported on ships. Almost all of the fighters were shipped. Most were shipped partially assembled but others were shipped fully disassembled. Many were shipped either partially or fully assembled on the decks of tankers.
The old saying goes that amateurs talk tactics while professionals talk logistics.
Allow me to give you all an idea of just one aspect the logistics in the Pacific theater. The following statistics are extracted from:

By the end of the war there were a total of 21 Army Infantry Divisions and 6 Marine Divisions in the Pacific Theater that had seen combat. If an invasion of Japan was required there it was planned to have 50 Divisions available in theater with some of them being Armored Divisions. Marine Division need were similar to those of the Army. There were roughly 14,000 troops and 2,000 vehicles in a Division (Some variance between Marine and Army). That’s 378,000 troops. Then add in support, replacements, etc and those 27 Divisions required about 2 million troops.
As a rule every soldier, Marine, and airman sent overseas required 12 tons of shipping initially just to arrive with what they needed to go to war. Thereafter 1 ton of shipping was required per each individual in combat.
In total it took 20 million tons of shipping to get them there and then as much as 1.5 million tons of shipping per month to keep everyone supplied. As the fighting moved further west the round trip for a supply ship could be 12,000 miles!

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. About the cloud seeding stuff

Cloud seeding 2 days before had nothing to do with this and any meteorologist knows that. The modeling 4 days before had very heavy rains developing in that area ( we have clients in Texas) and the models did not know about seeding experiments. I still dont understand tho why cloud seeding is being done in areas that are wetter than normal, because it does not prove anything to a potential client, since you can assume it would have rained anyway ( which it did and still is)
