As I recall, Justice Alito warned the Court that they did NOT go far enough in explaining a “class-action”; he predicted this could happen.

I think we all knew this would happen sooner than later. Hopefully the Trump legal team, who also knew it would happen, has plenty planned to take care of it quickly.

That will immediately be struck down by the Supreme Court. No judge has such powers, not even all the Supreme Court Justices combined. Trump might wait for the ruling but he doesn’t have to, the Supreme Court already ruled they can only rule on individuals and in their district. No US District judge has worldwide jurisdiction. E ruling is laughable.
This would have to be a class action suit anyway. These radical judges aren’t doing the Democrat party any favors.

It is a class action suit. The judge ruled that every foreigner worldwide seeking asylum is a member of the class. Again, this only proves that the SCROTUS is not our friend, certainly Chief Richard Cabeza Roberts. He keeps leaving openings for the lawfare types and imperial judges to exploit. It’s usually Alito that will point this out. I hope the entire court has to spend their ‘vacation’ in Washington, DC. (BTW, what’s with this three-month vacation siht anyway?)

What’s honest pain? There’s nothing honest about the drivers of this attempted revolution, in fact the exact opposite. It’s not that society largely doesn’t work for them (note the socialist framing of the expectation of society giving passive rewards, irrespective of the output or its utility) but that the society does not reward the work they do, to their expected level of renumeration.
It’s the cry of the entitled demanding that society conforms to their expectations, not vice-versa, and threatening to violently change the society so that it does. They’re called revolutions for a reason, and the middle-class have traditionally been the exploiters of any legitimate grievances of the working-class, so they can gain the money and power they think they deserve.
If there was so much ‘pain’ out there, and Mamdani was a real articulator of it he’d have done a damn sight better in the election with minorities and poorer sections of NYC, not entitled liberal trust-fund revolutionaries and the obligatory members of the Ummah.
Finally note the, ‘don’t just oppose his ideology’, why not, it’s obviously weak otherwise you wouldn’t need to try and protect it from examination.

WASHINGTON — House Republicans launched an investigation Wednesday into New York Gov. Kathy Hochul purportedly withholding Medicaid funding — including from hospitals serving the most vulnerable — in order to plug a billion-dollar hole in the state’s budget, The Post can reveal.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), DOGE Subcommittee Chairwoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and New York GOP Reps. Mike Lawler and Nick Langworthy asked Hochul in a Wednesday letter to hand over records about the alleged “abuse of federal taxpayer funds.”
“New York is one of the last states that still forces county governments to pick up a portion of the Medicaid program. Adding insult to injury, New York’s program is the most bloated and expensive, per capita, in the nation and is filled with waste fraud and abuse,” Borello added. “Countless organizations and elected officials have called this out, including myself and state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli.”
“Now to make things even worse,” Borello added, “the state has been confiscating federal money that should be going to counties in order to cover for their bloated, wasteful program.
“The abuse of federal taxpayer funds intended to ensure health care coverage for the most vulnerable to cover up your state’s budget shortfall is unacceptable,” the House Republicans told Hochul in the letter.

Come on Cal shed the Con. None of them are trying to increase our taxes. They all want to make the tax cuts permanent. They just also want no tax on social security added back in as it originally was, they want taxpayer funding for transgender surgeries removed like it originally was. They want funding for the green new deal taken out and they don’t want any funding for Medicaid for certain illegal slipped in like it was.
