Israel Update:
This is long because my last update was more of a Thank You than an update. I got over 60 likes for my Thank You Update. I should be more thankful I guess. LOL
Attention to my words from the last update because it seems to be happening quite precisely:
“Do not be afraid. They will bark and lie. They will recruit their Hoothies and Hezbollah who is already on its knees. They may fire some missiles at American bases. Their lower levels will declare all Hell on the US. But once they will be able to show something for their pride they will fold. If not, they will lose everything and very fast. In weeks. There will not be boots on the ground. There will not be a long war. I don’t know if you understand how much power Israel and the US have when it’s combined. Do not fear and do not worry. Trump did what is right”.
-As I mentioned, the lower levels are all into “the barking phase”:
Revolutionary Guard: “US bases are spread in a weak way and are easy targets. Expect a response.”
Iran’s Foreign Minister: “We have to properly respond to the aggression, after we can talk.”
Iranian Parliament approved the closure of the Straights of Hormuz. It goes to a higher level for approval.
A report that the Houthis are about to close the Strait of Bab Al Mandab (Red Sea). It is not so bad, only extends the trip for oil exports. But Hormuz is a serious damage for the World’s oil supplies if they will follow their words. They got themselves into a Catch 22, closing the Straits will also close their oil supplies to China. Their main income. Not to mention that their Navy could be all sunk in the sea. Houthi Chief of Staff says that “they are now in war and threatens to stay away from shipping routes around them.”
There is a long list of expressions about how they will continue to eliminate Israel and hurt the US. It’s all the “barking phase”. We are used to it.
The US called it “Operation Midnight Hammer”. Here are the important facts:
-General Dan Caine who was over the operation said that 14 MOBs (huge bunker buster bombs) were used. 12 at Fordo and 2 at Nantaz. A total of 75 munitions were used. 125 airplanes were used. Also in this number there were 30 missiles from submarines.
-Nantaz was destroyed.
-Heavy damage to Fordo and Isfahan. It will take more time to know specifics but I doubt that anything is left operational in Fordo considering what hit it.
-Clarification: The GBU-57 series MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator) is a 30,000-pound (13,600 kg) -class precision-guided “bunker buster” bomb. Can penetrate 200 Feet in regular surface and 120 feet in moderately hard rock. 12 were used at Fordo that is 300 feet deep.
-Six B-2 bombers, 12 MOBs bombs on Fordo, 2 MOBs on Nantaz, 160 Ton explosives.
30 Tomahawk missiles to Nantaz and Isfahan.
-Conflicting reports about the possibility that Iran managed to take away a lot of their enriched uranium before the attack in Fordo. The Iranians are echoing it. NYT is echoing it.
Another High Official in Israel said that they had it stashed in the mountain at Isfahan and it was attacked (destroyed or hurried). Then Bibi suggested that “he has a very interesting Intel about the location of the uranium”. If they have it then they will have to have centrifuges that can be years to rebuild. Time will tell. I am sure that if there is a problem the Mossad is all over it. Very interesting Intel of where? Maybe at Mossad’s hands?
–What the Leaders have to say:
Trump: “We had a great success yesterday. We took the nuke right out of their hands. They would have used it if they could.”
“It’s not politically correct to use the term, “Regime Change,” but if the current Iranian
Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change??? MIGA!!!”
Note: This is what I love about Trump. He is not fixated on anything. He states the obvious when others are too restricted by preconceived ideas. Why not remove a Nazi regime?
It’s not something I would go to war for, but I would help the Iranians.
I suspect that there is something coordinated here with Bibi. Take Iran away from China and Russia and move them to the pro USA block. The Iranians will do it with a bit of help.
Israel is quietly killing figures who are related to suppressing the population in a case of revolt. I heard its will also go after symbols of the regime. If Iran gets free then it’s the ultimate victory. I know “Regime Change” has a bad reputation but I wish someone would have done a regime change in Nazi Germany and prevented the WW2.
Iran’s Foreign Minister: “The door for diplomacy is no longer open.”
JC Vance about Israel taking out Khamenei: “That’s up to the Israelis, but we don’t want a regime change.”
“We’re not at war with Iran. We’re at war with Iran’s nuclear program”.
“The Iranian regime’s harm to the ability of ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz would be tantamount to a suicide of them”.
Note: I have a whole long explanation of what this means. If it get serious I will share. But the passage there is essential to the oil trade from the Middle East to everywhere. They can cause an oil crisis.
Netanyahu: “We’re very close to completing our goals. As to Fordo, we should remove the hat for Trump (an expression of respect and thanks) for the great job they have done. They did a great damage to Fordo, we will make sure that those sites will not pose a threat.”
“With God’s help, days of peace”.
“We are heading to days of unity and power. Days of peace”.
About expansion of Abraham Accord peace deals: “ I think that yes, I think that some exceptional opportunities will open up. I can imagine the expansion of the Abraham Accord and peace treaties and cooperations that may look imaginary in present time. “
Secretary of State Rubio: Iran had enough enriched uranium to make 9-10 bombs. They had it all in one place. Now not so much.
“If Iran responds it would be the greatest mistake they ever made”.
Note: After the assassination of Salemani the Iranians fired missiles at a US base. But it was designed as to not cause too much death. Some got brain injuries from the shaking and noice but no one died. That was enough for the regime to show their people that they responded. Remember at the beginning I said that they need to have something to show.
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth: “Israel has had a resounding success in its operation to thwart Iranian capabilities. It’s amazing to see what our alliance is able to do.”
“We give glory to God”.
Senior Israeli official: “The operation is not over. In the coming days we will attack government targets.”
-At the time of the American attack the IDF cleared the area to give the US Air Superiority.
Before it the IDF bombed a few radars and installations to blind the Iranians even more.
Before and after the IDF is continuing the Rising Lion Operation and is destroying the Iranian missile capabilities and yesterday they hunted 20 of 40 missile launchers just before they used it. The Iranians are using their largest missiles now because we pushed them all the way to the farthest areas of Iran so they need really long distance capability. Today there are a lot of solidarity with the US. The Tel Aviv municipality had the windows in the colors of American Flag and American flags in Jerusalem on the Old Walls. And Israeli Knesset (Parliament) with American Flags and more…
Bibi received a special prayer written by the Rabbis of the Western Wall. A prayer for the peace and protection of Donald Trump and a thankful prayer. Bibi with the two Rabbis prayed and read it. I wish I could translate but it’s biblical difficult language. Someone else will do it and I will present it for you. It is awesome. Bibi was never religious but he prayed and the Western Wall before going to war with Iran and after the success of the US strikes.
Before the big news I had a long and detailed update that I skipped. I will now dig out some key points.
-A Senior Iranian from Unit 840 was assassinated. The unit responsible to suppress hostile elements to the regime.
-The Cyber Police center in Teheran was attacked. Pretty much ruined. A large building.

-In the past week they launched more than 1000 drones to Israel. Most were intercepted before they arrived to Israel. It’s an unprecedented achievement. We also hit 950 drones before they were launched.” Note that one made it yesterday and hit a civilian building. The residents were in the basement and no one was injured.
-Mossad helped to thwart an Iranian terror attack in the Island Cyprus. Terrorists were arrested. The plan was to attack an El-Al civilian airline flight.
-Defense Minister: “Saaid Izidi, the Commander of the Palestine Corp in the revolutionary Guard, the one who financed and armed Hamas for the 10/7 massacre, was assasinated in an apartment in Qom.
A huge achievement to Israeli Intelligence. Justice for the murdered. The long arm of Israel will reach all its enemies.”
The Chief of Staff also said that this is one of the turning points in the overall war.
This man was involved in the planning of 10/7. He was also over other terror organizations and was financing and helping all of Iran’s proxies in the Middle East. A big one.
-Gas prices per barrel are rising. Go fill your tank sooner than later.
-The IAF eliminated 15 key players in the Iranian air defense. Revolutionary Guard. I have a list of names and positions. High command. Colonels, Battalion commanders, etc…
-Israel has 24 killed and 1,217 injured in this Operation. All the killed are civilians. 25,040 incidents related to Buildings and 5,629 related to cars. A lot of damage.
-Assasination in Lebanon – The Body guard of Nasrallah . A very loved figure in Hezbollah and the Shia in Lebanon. A survivor of the deadly attack on Nasrallha. A lot of whining on Social media.
He came to South Lebanon, the area where we don’t allow Hezbollah.
-IAF (Air Force): The IDF destroyed more than 200 missile launchers. It’s about a half. Also tens of soldiers who were near the launchers were killed and it makes a hunted feeling with the Iranian soldiers. Many seem to run away from the trucks.
-The Israeli stock market is at highest ever. The Israeli currency is also at a high.
Post Six Days War the Israeli economy rocketed. People are sensing a victory and a breakage of the ring of enemies. If you’re in investor check out Israeli Military Industries like “Elbit”. Europe is arming because of Russia and Israel is selling them. Even the US is buying from Israeli industries. Like the active defense for many American tanks are now coming from Israel. The system that blows up RPG rickets before it hits the tanks. Etc…
Summary: The ball is at the hands of the Supreme Leader of Iran. He has been fed illusions of victory on one hand and he is usually measured sly and cruel, so it’s hard to tell what he will decide. In Israel there is a worry of Iran taking a line of long attrition, months of messing with the life of the population with a couple missiles per day. In such case Khamenei will get on the kill list of the Mossad if he is not already there. Overall situations are caused by individuals, it is not a generality. One has to identify the individual who is behind things that are going wrong and remove them. So you get my opinion of what I wish.
But Iran is in a deep trouble. All their assets are at the mercy of the IDF. They will have to choose between Ego and Survival. Some say that the last thoughts of many people before they die is “I was right and they were wrong”. Survival is not always the prime motivation. Specially with psychotic personalities like Hitler, they tend to make a suicidal curve and take others with them. It was just reported that Khemnei appointed three candidates to replace him if he dies. At the moment his direction is death but it can change.
But Israel has aims for about a week and then it will want a deal. If Israel just wants a ceasefire, it can be quick. If Israel wants commitment to never rebuild the nuclear program and not produce long range missiles, then it can be long and arduous.
I sense an intention to bring about the conditions for the Iranians to revolt. Even Trump now states this objective. It is not a stated objective for the war but it would be the ultimate victory over evil if the Iranians will rise.
Poetically the name of the Operation is taken from a biblical chapter and is “Rising Lion” and the old flag of Iran is The Proud Lion with the sun behind him.
May God Protect the soldiers of Israel and the US and give us victory and peace.

I must admit that I considered recently creating my own platform after I saw the direction that Sundance is taking it in relation to Israel recently including today. I have not made up my mind but antisemitism is my red line and I want to believe that this is not the case even when I sense the flavor.
It’s not that hard to make a thread but I never intended to make a job out of it. I only started after 10/7 and hopefully the war will end and I won’t see it as a duty no more.
I joined this platform around the first Trump elections because I am a big Trump’s fan and all his footage was here. After he was not elected again I was not here on the platform for a long time. At the last elections I would sometimes watch a Trump rally here and there. Then after 10/7 it became a kind of a duty and a hobby to update for my friends here. What do you think I should do?

This seems like a good place for me to refute a statement I see in comments here, that is, “Israel started this war.”
Are these commenters out of their minds? How has their reasoning ability been warped to even think that? There sits tiny Israel with fewer than 10 million people surrounded by huge enemy nations! In which of the past wars of Israel was she ever the aggressor? Sure, one day, Israel says Hey, let’s go start a war!
Who started this war? Hint: think October 7, which if it had happened in America would have been the equivalent of 50 9-11s.

In my opinion, if you find the resource and community valuable, stay. If/when peace breaks out in earnest, the content of the reporting might change but it’s still valuable to have local reporting not only from Israel but from all parts of the world.

As someone mentioned here last night about staying here… it’s not like I am going anywhere as a reader but I am used to using a computer to post these sorts of things so I may just be a reader or a quick comment on something as I learn to do so from a now 3/4 lb!!! smart phone.
I went back to an old unused phone that I got for a specific purpose but since my favorite phone brand quit making phones <LG> I was forced to migrate to Samsung & their way of laying out Android.
Oh, old unused Samsung is 6 oz… much easier to deal with in my front breast pocket so I can hear it ring. Carrying a 3/4 LB phone on a neck lanyard is not very …. comfortable & just NO to the front pocket ideas & I don’t want to have to buy a belt “holster” for a dang phone, I’ll just go back to a flip phone before doing that as I will not need a “smart phone” to do a credit card acceptance @ a delivery front door.

Posting this late so not sure will be seen, will probably flesh out more & post again but, every step out of some place was definitely a step up from before, opening restaurant was not really a step up & not necessarily down either.
This tourist town was a known random business going into it, first 6 months were great and promising until weather stepped in, next summer we had forest fires followed by a half ski snow season followed by another summer of fires followed with yet another half season of snow, was not a good start and barely survived. (just started into my 15th year when closing)
We shall see what happens from here, I plan to build a food truck (pizza & so I can eat real food that I fix).
While doing that will go back to my roots of fixing cars… forklifts…. computers… etc. See how much interest is in those things as the mark up rate for my personal labor is a high percentage unlike real food, not that TVP 💩 that is in everything now. (and what made me sick in my 30’s & all fake food & still does)
Been out of the fixing business for ~15 years now so I can go back to it if my body can take it tho I am in a very small class of people that can fix things thru the electronic diagnosis business… or just plain diagnostic method that has been forgotten with the advent of the (on board) computer says it is this but that didn’t fix it crowd. (most of you have probably been a victim of that & know you have too as they send you down the road to another dealer or repair facility)

As the product expands and becomes more electronic, I find myself in more demand because, like you, there is a method to troubleshooting that younger mechanics have never learned. I have tried to steer all the graduating kids near my orbit into without much success tho. One of them might look into the forklift biz as reality hit him in the face but no feedback from his mom about it yet, he was going to school to work on “toys” 4 wheelers/atv / snow mobiles & such. He got whacked in the wallet & was asking mom for more money to support him…. she said NO … told her again cause I told her when he was graduating to hit up forklift dealers…. if you have a brain to fix stuff they will train you as avg age of a forklift guy last I knew was late 50’s early 60’s. Tried to get nephew to go to dealer in Indy that former co-workers are at (mostly my age) 1500 head hunter fee paid to them if he lasts 90 days.
He currently has a local gvt job mowing / grounds keeping, he races his honda? (I think) competitively & fixes it himself but what do I know /s
I may have to add generators to my list of fixable items too, should be lots of those installed around here, talked to one guy buying pizza from me that it was what he was doing here but did not go into detail for obvious reasons when talking to me.
My business serviced, among other industries, the material handling industry so I spent a lot of time in forklift dealerships over the decades. I was mostly there to provide machine shop services and invent new parts and systems for them.
Automation came to my area about 40-45 years ago in the form of robotic parts picking and rackshelf systems, increasing the need for electronics skills.
It’s all stuff. Humans with aptitude can figure it out. My motto was, if man can build it, I can fix it, and pretty much did for nearly 40 years under my own shingle.
Yo, Magic . . . Read your comments with interest. You are absolutely correct in looking at your skills-set relative to other ways of making a living. Knowing how to fix things has literally become a lost art. I had a similar conversation with the guy who fixed my chain saws a couple of weeks ago. (Several “fix it” shops said they didn’t work on chair-saws!!) He’d recently closed his small engine repair shop (one-man operation with confiscation-high rent factor) and was instead operating out of his garage.
I suggested that he contact his local community college’s “dean of occupational technology” and discuss how his skills set might be useful in their shop courses. There is an evolving recognition that current 20 somethings simply don’t know how to problem solve or even use tools (High-schools long ago stopped offering shop courses.) I suggest that you talk to an Occ-Tech Dean. An observant dean might very well offer you a job.
Finally, I’d like to recommend a very good book. “Shop Class As Soulcraft” is an interesting celebration of shop culture. Since I’m an anthropologist who studied shop culture I of course found it fascinating. The author, a Phd. In political philosophy, writes about what I was studying . . . And, btw, he left university work and now runs a BMW restoration shop! You can buy Shop Class on Amazon for about $10 bucks. Highly recommended. 🙂
Thanks Garrison, I already had the teaching possibility in mind as most of my renamed tech school instructors <UTI> all of those guys were my age or older teaching classes tho I know of none anywhere near here & certainly the public school here has or had lots of theatre type stuff for the higher brow students that reside here. Fixed my fathers chainsaw many times tho I fully understand why they do not work on them… to cheap to buy another one…. my brother suffered this in fixing TVs in the late 70’s early 80’s, when Best Buy & the like opened were selling them for less than his repair bill even if it was a wood cabinet one, tho he started renting those fixed TVs 10 bucks a week for most of them, he made lemonade out of the lemons extended his survival by 5ish years tho.
I had hired a guy from the “left coast” that his version of “fixing” anything was throw it away & buy a new one. (which is what I did to him 6-8 weeks after hiring, he @45+ liked my just graduated 17 yo servers too much tho… they complained about it)
We have had a few “restoration” shops come & go here… I “interviewed” one of them, all he really wanted was to hand me items to overhaul ie alternators starters & the like which was not a problem for me but he was a know nothing “moneyman or salesman” & I had already been there and didn’t work out well the first time he didn’t last another year here.
That is something I could fall into here tho, lots of people with money & restored cars, my buddy did just that for a guy in Indianapolis just building hot rods.
Confiscatory rent is a real issue here as well, one of the reasons for closing, no meat left on the bone for me that & the dang insurance companies dictating my not being open past midnight for those getting the munchies & still adding 400% (900 in 2011 to now just shy of 4K with pre-pay discounts to boot) to the insurance that I assume is for making back the money they have to pay out for all of the flash mobs ripping off high end stores.
That would be the consequences today of those laws made back during hurricane Andrew that the insurance companies could not just pass on the hurricane bills for the hurricane zones properties >>>>> everybody was deemed to pay for it by law back then …. now we (customers) pay for free blue light specials @ Gucci, Apple and the like & for what chinese made gucci talk about a scam.

I was thinking about Ray yesterday, my grandfather was the sound engineer for several of his shows and kept the tapes (with permission, otherwise they were re-used or trashed), I had the ones I could digitized after his death (long story – really old lacquer ones have been a challenge). Time for jazz!

My 18″ Poulan Chainsaw is still not running. After hours of cleaning and working on it Steve loaned me a little tester and I finally figured out it’s getting no spark from coil to plug and the wire appears to be fine. Not worth repairing.
So I went out and bought a 20″ Husqvarna, storage case, extra chain, and premixed gas. I’ll put some gas and bar oil in it today and see how it works. But based on the forecast I doubt I will do a whole lot with it and probably won’t mow again today.
Husky makes the best chain saws. Mine is also a 20”. Perfect size. The bigger ones get awfully tiresome on a hot humid day.
Crazy hot. About the only thing I did this weekend was get my dad to torch old bearing out of the baler.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
