The OP’s post is why I wish members would delineate, clearly, their own viewpoints and opinions from the text of articles or documents they grab text from. Some do, yes, but I run across plenty of posts with very long text passages that I truly don’t know if they are a member’s words or someone else’s.
I have seen a lot of propaganda about the waste of taxpayer money on the military parade this weekend.
Then I remember viewing the preparations for Victory Day last month in a country which is actually in a war with attacks and casualties inside their own borders and think, yeah, moral priorities. Everything which identifies the enemy to me is good information. This parade thing has been a wonderful source of intel. God bless PDJT for his efforts.
I expect a similar effort, and propaganda about waste, to occur next year for the festivities surrounding July 4th. Why? Because Trump. Is it time for MAGA to make another forceful showing in D.C.? Last decent action was the convoy in ’22. Shall we test the health of the Republic and the moral imperative of the Praetorians? I think it’s time.

Retired Magistrate here: With regard to Israel’s attack on Iran, 40 years ago Israel destroyed a nuclear research center in Osirak, Iran. In subsequent years Israel has also eliminated Iran’s nuclear scientists along with their computer programs.
So, Israel does have a history of monitoring and when necessary doing whatever it can to prevent Iran from manufacturing nuclear weapons.
Of course the most recent attack by Israel is more broad based and for the United States could not come at a worse time. President Trump has his hands full with Ukraine/Russia, Big Beautiful Bill, illegals, rouge judges, tariffs, riots, back stabbing by the GOP, the economy and numerous other issues left by the Biden administration.
President Trump needs our prayers for wisdom, strength, courage and protection. He is one man who is doing the best he can with the intentional mess left behind by the previous administration.

A single Mom who says she went on food stamps with her first child 21 years ago. Yet, continued breeding and now has 4 children, 3 dead end jobs, 0 husbands, and needs those food stamps to survive. Alot wrong with this picture and her life choices.
By the way, if she qualifies for food stamps, I’m going to bet she gets assistance in other ways as well. I suspect any school aged children of hers are getting two free meals a day at school including, possibly, over the summer break. Her adult children, if living at home, should be paying her room and board.
I really hate to say this, but MANY (not all) of these folks who are on assistance know how to play the system. They all talk to each other about how to do so, what to say, where to go, etc. to get the most “benefits” possible with the least amount of accountability. Frankly, as a taxpayer, I’m sick of paying for this.
The system needs to track down the fathers and hold them accountable before the State doles out any $$$. Maybe then, these sperm doners would think twice about unprotected sex.

I saw the video of President Trump addressing the need for Farm Workers and, as I recall, he said something needs to be worked out. He didn’t say they can stay, he said something needs to be worked out.

If they are here illegally they need to self deport. We will help them with air travel home and give them $1K. Then they can apply to come back through the legal process and we can help them. Those that have to be deported by ICE will not be allowed back in the country.
