Your problem, and the problem with many like you, is that you saw Trump winning the election as being something like VJ Day. After which all that remained was to be the cleanup and the punishing of the vanquished.

Analogy: “They opened the doors to a MASSIVE warehouse, and it was stacked floor to ceiling with case boxes. Many of those dirty agents are still there and are shielding the slimy files.” OK, where do B &P start? Give them time. This DOJ/FBI leadership is the major disappointment I have with President Trump this time around. And don’t blame it on anyone but he and his staff. There are people still on board that went after J6, Trump, Navarro, Bannon, Rudy, Clark, Eastman who are STILL on staff in the DOJ and FBI.
This is why they are not serious.
Just the opposite for me: I did listen to the interview, but never cared for Bongino’s show.
Bongino just isn’t my style, but I think he’s honest and wish him well in this job. It’s ugly, and was probably never designed to be a winning endeavor.
It did take some stones to come out and basically say that the bad actors involved in Crossfire Hurricane were so skillful in covering their misdeeds that they may never meet justice. For a guy who had a MAGA base to come out and tell that MAGA base exactly the opposite of what they want to hear, must be excruciating.
You can’t always get what you want. At least the terrorists and cartel illegals that 0Biden poured in are being rounded up and taken off the streets. They are a massive, present physical threat.
Can’t tell me those people involved didn’t continue their criminality throughout the years….I don’t care if the only thing you get them on is perjury.
Do not look away. Allow yourself the gift of seeing, and hearing, what is going on. Acknowledge the disappointment, use it as a learning tool so when the next new hot talking grifter comes along the signs are immediate and can be easily sidestepped.
Looking away, not listening, is what the Democrats, GOPe, and lettered agencies are counting on. Remain being a participant in the battered conservative syndrome, they promised they have our interests at heart, they won’t screw us next time, they promise!

I have only listened to bits and pieces so far and it sounds like the same old tripe, agreed, but … it is hard for me to come up with a reason for Bongino to lie or be forced to ” go along ” He has his own fame, fortune and notoriety from his podcasting and businesses. He wins nothing from this charade and has a ton to lose. I don’t think he would have accepted the position if he was personally compromised or even had some skeletons they could use to compromise him. He knew and knows how the swamp works. If he saw it was BS or impossible to fix/ change/ expose why not just step down and go back to his wife and family. Do they have a gun to his head and threatening to kill everyine he loves unless he plays the game?
Forced to go along is simple when the note left on the table explains, in detail, what will happen if he doesn’t go along.

I was a long time listener to Bongino. starting in 2017.
Hannity (who I truly have issues with) did cover a swath of issues.
That being said, I do think that we will see results from the FBI.

I may be in the minority but that’s fine. I believe and like Dan. I remember when he told his listeners he took the 2 jabs and that was because his cancer diagnosis. Praise God so far he has been clean and doing well. I do believe him being pi$$$d about the jabs and looking into the lies spewed to people to take them. Dan is doing well financially he did not need this crap in DC, but he cares about the country and has respect for PDJT. Thanks to Sundance telling us the snakes in DC are all intertwined i.e Nellie Ohr and her unfortunate looking spouse, Comey and his peder daughter a lawyer in the swamp. My retired doctor always used to tell me, “anyone that can’t make it in the outside world, goes into politics”. Truer words have not been spoken, all can see that if interested. Honestly painful to watch. Hannity is very friendly territory and this felt like Bongino was working hard to hit every talking point on his list. Great PR. And that is all it was. Sadly disappointed in Bongino, Patel and Bondi so far – very performative but no real demonstrable performance.
You have no idea what is going on at the FBI & Justice. Just a “feeling”. Crime and safety is number one at this time. Arresting all the criminals and liars from the prior administration is a nice thought and would make MAGA people very happy, but probably not going to happen.
How about indicting and investigating *some* of them?

No administration will be able to peel back the onion of corruption which exists within our government in what is now a short time frame of peeling the onion. We all want arrests and convictions for treasonous activity and corruption but it takes time. I am willing to give them that time.

This is as a controlled media narrative interview as anything on the left mainstream. I guess you may take note of what’s between the lines, or what isn’t said, but that’s about it. Why is the MAGA sphere angry? Because they already got burned by “Trust the plan” and “Tik Tok”. Time got ran out in term 1, and the clock is ticking down on term 2. Will there be any retribution for us? Probably not.
I think it boils down to this, if they don’t root out the corruption and bad actors now, after this term is done or even as soon as the mid terms, they are going to have a target on their back including prison time. Or maybe they are part of the DS and they won’t go after them like the other admin members in term 1. I’ll happily be proven wrong on any of my assessments.

Why is nobody taking into consideration that between the November 5th election and the time Kash and Bongino took office there was an alleged expedited rush at FBI to destroy, cover up and hide all criminal evidence. Lots of shredding going on.
It was leaked, it was commented on that Wray was ordering this. I cannot recall where I actually read about it, but I did.
Dan and Kash can only work with the remaining records. Case in point, the extensive records of Comey’s period that were hidden in an unused office. Obviously someone overlooked that package for destruction.
It takes time to recover digital data. Anyone that works with digital data would know this. Technology can only work so fast.

All I see, time and again over the course of Trump coming down the escalator and exposing truth with a MASSIVE ray of sunshine are bureaucrats (like these hostages, Hannity&Bongino) scrambling to polish big comfy cozy rubber pacifiers for the American People. I’m amazed with that really. If I were offered a job like that by POTUS, *IF* I were to accept it, there would be conditions which included my family being relocated under witness protection programs and an elaborate will. It’s the kind of calling where I would fully expect to die. I’m amazed because Bongino clearly did not seem aware of this despite ALL of the experience and knowledge he has as a Secret Service agent. You take that job and you should be prepared to die and to face it bravely. And if your family isn’t prepared to face similar risks (because they do!) then don’t take the flipping JOB!!!!
And I’m serious. This is a war of the kind which happened during feudal Japan! At all times during the feudal times, ALL were loyal to the emperor. Yet somehow there was no peace because within that construct people found ways of waging bloody war while remaining completely loyal to the emperor and would happily die if called to do so whether by that emperor or any of his representatives or by anyone they report to directly or as public views of honor dictate.
This situation is nowhere near as complex, however. But the notion of entering this arena without being prepared to die? It seems like only Trump understands this.
I cannot watch anything Hannity, period. But I give some grace to Bongino and even Patel, for now. As stated, it’s only been 4 months. Have no doubt the cabal built in massive blockages, covers and trap doors to slow or stop their digging. They had lots of time. Hell, they were using the double secret prohibited access tag on tons of crap for years. So, whether they get to the bottom of the well or not, it’s gonna take a lot of time.
We got a little drunk on our early winning, Remember? Trump and his team had a great plan; move fast, blitz the cabal with so much, so fast, it made their head spin. The critters in CONgress were especially flabbergasted, along with the media.
The BLOB was a bit taken aback, but not much. THEY also had a plan, on three fronts in no particular order:
Lawfare had their attorneys, judges and support staff in uniform, with jump gear and aircraft on alert. Every angle of executive order attacked. Every proposal opposed, with lawsuits tying down even Federal resources. Diffuse, delay, destroy. SCOTUS has been very little help.
Intel Dominators are working hard behind the scenes to continue their schemes mostly unimpeded. They keep using their compromised CONgressional assets to drag legislation slowly, mostly for show, while their minions will only deliver tater tots as consolidation. Globally they’ve ignored Trump and his team, continuing to foist help to the Uke dirty deed players, determined to poke and bleed Russia toward a global war. Their minions in the EU are certainly kissing butt as well.
Lastly, the Fed is determined to sabotage early efforts toward economic strength under Trump by maintaining absurdly high interest rates, even as it DAMAGES ongoing hideous Fed borrowing to finance the obscene debt. I have no doubt this is a running strategy, although the Fed has been horribly slow on the trigger in most situations (other than their timed reductions ahead of the 2024 election to help pump Biden).
Massive elements of the entrenched deep state are realistically too much for any President. It would require a full majority in CONgress via unstained representatives, determined and carrying torches, to storm the gates of these hellions with support for burning it down. We sit here today with a pittance of majorities, with a great many on both sides, in both houses sold out.
