You can easily see the Ram Island Ledge Lighthouse from Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth (Portland Head Light).Last time I was there,a couple of years ago,the park was empty and my wife & I sat there gazing at it until the fog came in at twilight.A very beautiful place.Thanks Annie!

Oh my Annie,you are so sweet.I inherently understood you the first time.Yes,it’s always together,and as she can’t remember stuff that well anymore (early onset of dementia),I need to be around to protect her from…well…any and everything.She still functions well and works,but under situations that I have set up for her,and all very close to home(1 mile).I have her call me when she arrives at work(with a friend of mine- a good young kid…hell,kid…he’s in his thirties now),and when she gets home,so I know she safe and can then take care of the pushycats,etc…and just be happy…as that,along with cooking is what she likes to do.That’s why I’m 20 lbs. overweight…at least that’s MY story!

Head,looking west (onshore) to Portland Headlight,as the only other possibility would be looking east to Halfway Rock Lighthouse,which is quite a bit a ways away.But I’m not exactly sure.It’s been many,many years now.
We explored those islands throughout Casco Bay lots of times in our old wooden flat bottom lobster boat(late 60’s to mid 70’s) and there is quite an amount of history there.If I recall correctly,there was an Army bunker on Cow Island,or maybe Cliff Island and a 5-6 story tower on Jewell Island that the used as a coastal watch observatory during WW II.Supposedly there is a German sub sunk about 600 yards east of it.We used to visit Robert E. Peary’s summer home on Eagle Island.
My grandfather was stationed on Chebeague Island at the end of WWII,and he loved Maine so much,he moved there after the war.
The other side of the family has been on Casco Bay forever.Old time seamen (Old sailing schooners,Merchant Marine,etc)Heck,my great grandfather was head of the Coast Guard out of Cape Elizabeth.
This was all many lifetimes ago for me,but it’s nice to remember and reminisce.Sorry for being such a chatty cathy.Got rained out of work here in Pompano Beach with a couple of wicked squalls.

Thhree senior” DHS sources said Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, the terrorist, is “an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally,” and has overstayed his visa after entering the United States under the Biden administration.
I put together a video with the available footage. you can see the attacker and how he hates “the Zionists” and blames the peaceful protesters for “murder”. He shouted “Free Palestine” according to the Police.
I will post here the video because watching the perpetrator will give you most of what you need to know.
This follows yesterday’s “blood libel”. Yesterday Hamas said that the IDF opened fire in an aid distribution center and killed over 30 people and wounded many. They also had a press conference with a British medical person giving a false testimony.
We investigated it for many hours and there was absolutely no fire opened at anyone at or need the centers. We identify recycled name in their list of casualties. The local American teams report that nothing happened and all is normal. I see a video with running Palestinians, maybe some employee did something that caused them to run. But I also identify a runner smiling. Must be a fake video of Hamas. The IDF released a video of Hamas opens fire at people who looted a truck with aid.
CNN, BBC, NBC, AP, NYT everyone reported it with headlines. I am mentioning it here as in history blood libels were used against jews in order to incite to massacre them.
I actually contacted a well known Lawyer in the US to ask if they can be sued.
As a note if you have any confusion, “A Zionist” is :
“A political movement that originally begun in order to establish an independent state for Jewish people, and now supports the development and protection of the state of Israel”. Oxford Dictionary.
But the word “Zion” in Hebrew refers to a certain mount in Jerusalem, now it is called “Mount David”. Later it referred to all of Jerusalem and later even to all of Israel.
Jews for thousands of years express their deepest thrive to return to Jerusalem and Zion in their daily prayers and special holidays. So the matter is not only new and political as some haters will present it but it is as old as the Bible and is based on religion.

COMMENTARY FOR 1 TIMOTHY 2
“Prayer to be made for all persons, since the grace of the gospel makes no difference of ranks or stations. (1-7) How men and women ought to behave, both in their religious and common life. (8-15)1-7 The disciples of Christ must be praying people; all, without distinction of nation, sect, rank, or party. Our duty as Christians, is summed up in two words; godliness, that is, the right worshipping of God; and honesty, that is, good conduct toward all men. These must go together: we are not truly honest, if we are not godly, and do not render to God his due; and we are not truly godly, if not honest. What is acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, we should abound in. There is one Mediator, and that Mediator gave himself a ransom for all. And this appointment has been made for the benefit of the Jews and the Gentiles of every nation; that all who are willing may come in this way, to the mercy-seat of a pardoning God, to seek reconciliation with him. WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Sad that most people don’t ever think of the significance of this day, (6th Sivan) – seven weeks (50th day) dafter the Exodus, G-d revealed Himself on Mount Sinai. The entire people of Israel (600,000 heads of households and their families) heard G-d declare the first two of the Ten Commandments and witnessed G-d’s communication of the other eight through Moses. It is believed that celebration/observation of this day opens the soul to “receive” the word of God – afresh. (new insight).
For all intent and purpose it was day 1 – a world completely changed, forever.
The voice of the Ten Commandments permeates every object and reality in the universe. At Sinai, G‑d revoked the decree which had confined matter and spirit to two distinct realms. G‑d came down on Mount Sinai, bringing the spirituality of the heavens down to earth. He summoned Moses to the top of the mountain, empowering physical man to raise his physical self and world to a higher state of existence. The Word (Torah) could now sanctify physical life. So any resistance we may possibly meet in implementing them (The Commandments) is superficial and temporary. For at Sinai, the essence of every created being was made consistent with, and wholly receptive to, the goodness and perfection which G‑d desires of it.
And just because it makes me feel mellow – and I need it.
Only Three Nations made a Covenant with God.:
-the Israelites.
-the Americans
-the Boers from South Africa
It will do the world good, including those who attack these nations, to remember that.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness
Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance
Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.
And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Heavenly Father, as the day is drawing to its close I ask that Your continued love and presence be with me and with all that are Your children in Christ. Guard us through the long hours of darkness this night I pray, and keep us safe from all harm and dangers that may try to cross our threshold.
Give us, I pray, an untroubled night of rest and quietness of heart. May we be refreshed and renewed in body, soul and spirit as we rest our weary hearts in You through the hours of the night.
Lord, I pray that by Your great grace and mercy, You would grant us untroubled sleep so that we may rise up in the morning strong to do Your bidding. May we all rejoice for the dawn of a new day, knowing that Your mercies are new every morning. In Jesus’ name,
