There are many gas-lighting reports about how wonderful the Colony Ridge development is. I am sure there are legitimate US citizens who are hardworking and need affordable housing. And some areas do have that housing.
However, it does not take long to find the sub-standard housing that is spread out in the development. It’s really a Colonia. The developer says it is not a Colonia, yet he uses the word Colony.
Just query Plum Groove, Texas on Google Earth Pro. Slip back in time to visualize how fast this development has spread. Liberty County will double in size within a few years. You can see the development started sometime in 2015.

A short(ish) story…
My sister in law in Wales who is 81 and lives on a small rural property in Wales where she ran a riding and carriage establishment for decades with her friend, also 81, passed on this horrific tale.
Her friend fell while attempting to hang out a heavy curtain to dry. She couldn’t get up and accurately diagnosed that she had broken something. My SiS phoned for an ambulance. It didn’t arrive for 5 hours, and so her friend lay in the small gutter where she had fallen waiting, waiting. Thankfully the weather was fine.
When she finally arrived at the hospital, she had to lie in the ambulance for another three hours before she could be seen in the ER, and then it was back to lie once again in the ambulance for another three hours before a room became available.
That’s not an atypical experience.
That’s the state of the National “Health” Service throughout Blighty.
All of the aforementioned to say that THIS below is the priority for a degenerate, decayed Brit government…it doesn’t matter, “Conservative” or the current amoral, authoritarian Labour one.

Wife collapsed at work, had to make her own way to hospital to go to A&E. I arrived shortly after she was coming out of her initial examination, at 14:00, only an hour after she arrived. They determined she should be sent to the ‘Rapid recovery unit’, where they decided she should stay overnight for observation, the time was now 15:30. We went to the unit and she was found a bed at…….1:30 the next day!
We’d spent 10 hours waiting, whilst she had an X-ray and another examination afterwards, where they pulled the curtains round the bed and we prepared for the worst. Turns out the foreign doctor had no bedside manner and just wanted a bit of privacy! We spent the remainder of the time joking that at least we were in the ‘rapid’ recovery room and listened to the hardworking staff (most were excellent, but it seemed as though we’d walked into the last outpost of the British Empire, as all the minor roles were staffed by former members), complaining about lack of basic equipment and taking half an hour to find the most basic of drugs.
When she finally crawled into bed the Ward was for elderly patients, many with dementia, who regularly shouted out in the middle of the night or screamed. Needless to say my wife was not happy being kept in the whole weekend, under such conditions.
This sorry tale recently occurred in one of the biggest teaching hospitals in the UK, where funding and staffing are supposedly priorities and has undergone a massive expansion programme, but I have easily two dozen more that document the parlous state the NHS has been since I can remember. Remember, one of the outcomes for setting up the NHS was to ensure that Britain would never again be able to field a significant military force, today it works perfectly in that role, consuming nearly 4 times more than the defence budget (£220 billion to £56 billion).
Got rid of “Matron”.
Replaced with “Adminstrators” by the thousands.
And by the way my husband who worked Fleet Sales for Peugeot in Chester sold more new lease cars to those administrators than he did to normal punters. New…every single year.
And now inflation busting pay rises for doctors. They are hard enough to see as is. Source? My SiL (who had an endoscopy five months ago and still hasn’t had the results).
I could go on, but it seems I’d be telling you what you already know.
When I first immigrated to the UK in 1987, all I would hear from government was that that the NHS was “the envy of the world”. Over and over and over, even as it deteriorated faster.

Here is another Wales story.
My good friend married a Brit from Wales, right after marrying him, she would move there as a newly wed.
He had inherited this large farm, it was quite a place, this family farm.
She lived there for some 20 years, had three kids and all was pretty okay until her last baby was born with some potentially life threatening medical problems… and this baby was the only boy.
They immediately sold this place, which had been in their family for generations, I guess you could call it a legacy farm.
Very few people have such a place handed down to them, yet they sold it all with no regret and moved to the states immediately and began a new life here, she’s American.
So this was all very shocking to me.. it was 20 years ago that she told me all this, we were so naive back in the 90s.
I asked her how on earth they could give up such a place.. she said to me “It was simple. When you have a baby born with serious medical problems, you do not want to be in a socialist country”.
She said all this, but until I followed the Charlie Gard case over there, I really had no idea what she meant by that.
There was nothing more important than the life of her baby, their only son.
She came home immediately so that the baby would not only live, but then also receive all the good medical care we have here.
This happened quite a long time before that Charlie Gard case, but I have no doubt at all that it could have been her- trapped there and unable to leave to save your baby. What she was doing, was escaping because I’m sure she could envision such a thing even back then.
We have no idea how bad it is to live like that.. and how lucky we are.
Our medical system has declined a lot, BUT it’s still far better than what most of the world has.
And I would agree.
One of the reasons, in fact the ONLY reason we left, is that we started to look forward to the time when life’s circumstances would change (as they always do for many reasons…for good or ill). Grandchildren, aging parent, aging US for Pete’s sake!!
We were on the cusp in years of it was either now or never, and we moved. We were 56 and still physically fit.
Two years ago, my husband needed surgery for two conditions which ended up being life threatening. If we had still been in the UK I would now be a widow. Knowing that death through the withdrawal of care (dehydration and starvation) for someone past a certain age is the unspoken mandate in the NHS, I guarantee that would have been the case.
Your friend knew. Moving internationally is not easy and its expensive. But she was right. I remember the Charlie Gard case, a tragedy of epic proportions.
I hope her son is thriving now, sis, something which had every chance of not being the case had they stayed.

Congress, in setting the predicate for criminal election fraud that has been upheld by the Supreme Court for 150 years, established that “neglect or refusal to perform a duty required by law in regard to an election, at which a representative of Congress is voted for is made by this section an offense against the United States, although such nonperformance of duty is without an evil intent.” There is no reason for the DOJ to be so polite when it comes to enforcing the first grand right of Americans against possible corruption. False registration and voting are defined crimes, so-called clerical errors notwithstanding.
Whether the NCBOE conspired to cheat is legally moot. When a state breaks the Constitution at sentence number three, it’s a national security emergency, and settled criminal law says it’s game over for those election officials. Legitimate representation is the basis of our entire republican scheme, our raison d’tre passionately argued in the ratification debates and the Federalist. How can it not be a fraud on the citizenry to certify an election in which 60,000 votes, according to the certifiers themselves, originate from records calling the voter’s identity and eligibility into question?
The bitter truth is that no one knows who won the 2024 down-ballot races in NC, and that’s a crime.It is time for the DOJ to staff up in the Election Crimes Bureau of the Public Integrity Section—in the Criminal Division. There are a handful of attorneys familiar with the caselaw and ready to start filing. If we don’t enforce legally valid elections in America, our opportunity to Make America Great Again ends with this administration.

He was a likely victim of the illegal registrations in 2024. The NCSC remains a Repub majority, but this would have flipped a Dem seat for insurance.

Both the US 2nd District Court (where NY is located, 7 D vs 6 R Judges) and/or US DC District (if the puppet masters want a slam dunk) are stacked against President Trump.

The rules of the International Trade Court state that there can be no more than 5 judges of one political party. And yet there are 6 judges that were nominated by Obama and Biden, while only 3 were nominated by Trump.
But wait, there’s more! One of the judges nominated by Obama was supposedly a Republican(Judge Choe-Groves) and one of the judges nominated by Trump was a Democrat(Judge Reif). Those 2 particular nominees may have been because they had to keep the court ‘party balanced’ so they made the best ‘opposite party nomination’ that they could, but I’m not sure.
There are 2 judges on the court that I could not quickly learn their party affiliation, G. Katzmann and C. Kelly, but they were nominated by Obama. Anyone know what party those two are affiliated with? To keep to their own rules, one of them has to be a Republican.

Yep. Trump needs to stop issuing bluffs that are never called. He needs to do two basic things:
1. Withdraw from NATO Article V if attacks on NATO countries are the result of NATO countries conducting proxy attacks on Russia via Ukraine
2. Declare the negotiations are at an impasse. Announce that while he prefers peace, Ukraine, Russia, and Europe prefer war. The USA will step back and deal with the winner.

Reading the post, I’m reminded how history tends to repeat itself.
Our upstart colonists, some of whom became Founders, arose during the period on history where, famously, the sun never set on the British Empire. Not quite global dominance but pretty darned extensive, considering that particular time in history.
We can review further back for other examples of movements and trends towards and away from a centrally controlled world. Today that is augmented by the technology of the present.
This presidency is a failure so far. I didn’t vote for Trump to kneel before the almighty black robed gods. Enough is enough. Either ignore these rulings or admit that POTUS is just a figurehead.

Yes, the birthright case does include the issue of national injunctions.
I watched Kash Patel’s interview with Brett Baier. My impression is Kash Patel is doing a great job. We fortunate to have Kash Patel at the job instead of the “turkey’s we have had in the past. The FBI is heading on the correct course. Proof will come as the FBI continues on its present trajectory.
I sincerely believe that Trump chose wisely – both with Patel and his staff, and with Bondi.
All of these individuals fully understood that they were walking into a raging fire. “Public Confidence = Zero.” They also understood that public expectations would be far beyond what they could legally immediately give. (e.g. “Perp Walks Day Two.”) But they took the job anyway.
They have both been “very public” about it. Telling the public everything that they could – and nothing that they can’t. It is a tightrope. None of their predecessors took such an approach, but I do believe that present circumstances demand it. If public confidence is ever to be restored, and these institutions rescued, this is the only way to attempt it.
I would love to hear all the things Kash has accomplished that makes you say he has been doing a great job .

This story makes me ill. How was the size & scope of this fraud able to go on for as long as it did? POTUS is right to go after the massive waste fraud and abuse.
A protected class was perpetrating the fraud.
Peter Navarro points out that the Court, in saying that Tariffs are not available to President Trump, explains that there are other ways of accomplishing the same thing.
He also advises that many countries have called this morning to say that they are following through with the current tariff agreements, understanding that this is a legal process.
But think about this: There are Other Ways? OTHER WAYS? President Trump has very intentionally used financial persuasion in order specifically to avoid kinetic operations. Does it make you wonder if the Federal Trade Court members are also War Hawks?
According to Harris Faulkner this is a very narrow ruling that mainly affects China, the emergency the fentanyl crisis. I think maybe to much is being made of it.
But it does seem like liberal judges are opposing Trump for the reason they want to oppose Trump on everything Trump does. It is all purely political, but that is destroying any legitimately the lower courts had left.

It will also probably rein in the EPA. The district court here was requiring expansive environmental impact statements (EIS).
In this case, the proposed railroad project should have been the only topic of the EIS, but the district court required a review of the speculative impact of other possible (but not yet existing) projects, such as oil drilling that might be started if the railroad existed, and what that drilling might do to the Colorado River, etc….. The EPA loves to consider that kind of broad, speculative “impact.”
SCOTUS ruled (8-0!) that the statute involved only required an EIS on the actual project proposed.
If Kash and Bondi are on our side why do they repeatedly block Judicial Watch’s requests on all sorts of important things ?
Probably because they are too important at this point in time to go public without jeopardizing the ultimate goal of remedy.

at least june 9th meaning POTUS tarriffs can remain in effect at least
