Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

Yes, his restraint is admirable, considering the situation. In my opinion, there is something going on behind the scenes we are unaware of between President Trump and President Putin. That is the only conclusion I have come up with. I hope, at some point, that my opinion becomes reality for the good of all involved.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in the country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster.
The purpose of President Trump is plainly visible and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 128 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

That’s the main reason for tariffs on Canada and Mexico. It’s an indirect tariff on Chinese goods. It eliminates/reduces those two countries being used as pass throughs for Chinese goods into the American market. It makes it less marketable/profitable to use other countries as pass throughs.
Goods were mostly assembled in China then brought into Canada or Mexico (or other U.S. trade friendly country) for their “final assembly”. That “final assembly” part was the gimmick. They were then sent/sold to the U.S. as Canadian or Mexican goods (with low to no tariffs).
No more. That dumping game ended.
The across the board tariffs were necessary to accomplish this intended goal.
That’s not simply speculation. The Trump Trade Team came out and expressly stated it in multiple national network news interviews when this whole “transformation of the entire global economic system” ramped up on April 2nd, “Liberation Day”.

With France’s President and First Lady recently in the news, I thought it was a good time to remind everyone of their visit to the White House during the first term.
Everyone made such a big deal about FLOTUS Melania’s beautiful and elegant wide brimmed hat. I couldn’t help but think at the time that our First Lady chose this hat to conceal her beauty as a gracious gesture to eliminate comparisons to France’s First Lady.
It backfired as we may have expected because FLOTUS Melania’s beauty, grace and elegance radiated right around the wide brim..
Naturally, the next video to pop up was the one where President Trump and the First Lady visit England. With the image of them driving up to a castle in the Presidential Motorcade, my thoughts went right to “The Beauty and the Beast”.
This was one of my favorite gowns our First Lady wore …she looked like a Princess. I especially like her in more flowing outfits that emphasize her feminine beauty, rather than the tailored matronly ones of late. I understand her “message” with the more business attire, but without question she’s by far the beautiful, glamorous woman we ever had there so let the world enjoy the fashion and grace she brings to international politics. She will be criticized and shunned by the petty liberals no matter so the heck with them.

Perhaps the people will rise up against the dictator and stop the war because of food shortages? Will they want food instead of missiles for a war which they can NOT win? (See any map of Russia!)
It is time to leave Europe: bring back all of our troops from Europe, especially from Germany: a grade-school classmate has a son-in-law who has been stationed there for 20 years off and on.
Why? Back then, WWII had been over for 40 years! When I started visiting Germany regularly in the 1980’s and into the 2000’s, the attitude of younger people then toward the military was one of arrogant sneering against the whole idea. They wanted American troops out of Germany back then.
They also thought that only stupid people joined the German Armed Forces, those who were not bright enough to do anything else but follow orders and shoot people. Or worse, if you joined the German military, you might be a throwback to the Nazi era.
So, why defend them? Certainly there were Germans who did not share that attitude, and appreciated the American presence, but that was before the end of Communism in Eastern Europe.
Now 40 years have passed since those early days of my visits, and it has been 80 years since the end of WW II!

Rather than adhere to his original position that the war in Ukraine should not have happened, the Boys of the Chorus want President Trump to be forced to choose sides .
If the President were to choose Putin’s side, he could be vulnerable to lawfare at home. If he were to choose the Chorus, the European leaders could shift responsibility for the war to the President. The proper response is to not respond to the choices presented by the Chorus. Putting tariffs on them should help them see they have to go.
President Putin, of Russia, could end the Ukraine war in a matter of days, simply by walking an army from Belarus to Kiev. He would meet only token resistance at this point. Prior to that, it appears he is methodically destroying the means Ukraine has to make war, through targeted missile and drone strikes.
No, do not take 1 billion dollars away from Harvard and grant it to trade schools. It will raise the price of trade schools for those that want to attend it, every time government money is involved, tuition goes up. Don’t give it to Harvard, don’t give it to trade schools, don’t spend it at all, just take it out of the budget.

President Trump started the “Trade School” funding initiative during his first term (2017-2020). It was highly successful and did not raise costs.
Locally, the Dallas & Ft Worth areas, most of that money went to the community colleges that are the primary “Trade School Hosts”.
