Is there a MAGA TEXAN living in District 21 (see link to map below) who wants to run against and replaced RINO CHIP ROY as the US Representative of District 21?
If you are interested, a way to get started would be to contact the office of Texas AG Ken Paxton and tell him you are interested in replacing incumbent Representative Chip Roy.
Ken Paxton will be running against and replacing incumbent RINO Senator Cornyn. He might be interested in coordinating with your campaign. He can also give you some good tips.
It would appear that President Trump will be looking for someone to replace Chip Roy in 2026. Ken Paxton would be able to get you connected to that effort.

“…subject to the jurisdiction thereof…” does not mean you are in America, so you are subject to the jurisdiction of American laws. That is a given. Absent Diplomatic Immunity cases, if you speed, of course you can get a speeding ticket. If you murder, of course you can be charged.
Jurisdiction is why children of ambassadors are not American citizens; their parents are subject to the jurisdiction of their homeland governments even while temporarily in the United States. The same is true of illegal aliens. And of Birth Tourists, coming here to spit out an anchor baby.
