In addition he possesses a rather fabulous collection of braces, solid colours and patterns.

The pardon investigation seems to have two main attack vectors.
1. Autopen pardons are not valid
2. Blanket pardons are not legitimate.
Both will end up at SCOTUS.
Weaponization now has a visible and vocal leader. That’s very good. The pardons will help with this because those people can be put in a vice and squeezed. They’ll have to defend their pardons in court and they’ll be put under oath to determine exactly which crimes they committed that required the pardon.
If they lie or obstruct? The pardons don’t protect them.
Feels like they’ve shifted into a higher gear. Time will tell.

The remaining pardons also were specific to people convicted and specific to J6. The fact that there were a lot of them, isn’t what we mean by blanket pardons.
The J6 Committee was “pardoned” for unspecified illegal conduct to somehow protect them from retaliation by Trump. No crimes were identified, none of them was under indictment, and none of them had been charged in any way.
Similarly: Fauci.
Similarly: Hunter, who wasn’t just pardoned of his convictions but also a blanket pardon going back a precise number of years for any and all crimes he might have committed.
Very, very, different than Trump giving out individual pardon certificates to every J6 defendant. Each of them got a specific pardon for the crime they were accused or convicted of related to J6.
The Biden blanket pardons? No crimes identified, nobody was even under criminal investigation, and the intent seems to be to somehow shield them from any scrutiny. That’s where SCOTUS will likely need to strike down some of the “Biden” pardons as unconstitutional. Even if they don’t, the legal costs for the pardon recipients will be enormous.
That actually opens the door for DOJ. “OK, what crime did you commit that required the pardon?” They also can’t assert their 5th Amendment rights making them witnesses to crimes.

He also said it is an international investigation, suggesting they have a good handle on how the conspiracies were constructed, particularly Ukraine and the confidential human sources used to try and frame Trump.
