One has to know their own personal physiology & needs (take that responsibility to learn yourself; keep your own medical records yourself), and find a practitioner-partner who has the knowledge & skills to meet those specific needs.

That mainstream system comes closest to getting it right in emergency medicine – restoring respiration & stopping bleeding, setting bones & closing deep wounds and a small handful of other emergency measures is what actually saves lives.; Orthotics is pretty good in giving people artificial limbs when limbs are lost.
The system doesn’t have much that actually restores/ maintains optimal health, if anything.
When experiencing an emergency, get emergency help; when stable… *immediately* transfer to a Functional Medicine/ Holistic Health paradigm.

Right on schedule, the MSN news feed features an NYT Magazine piece in praise of Bill Gates. It reads like something the Onion would publish, but in fact it’s serious, or at least claims to be. I know I’m staying in only one lane lately but where’s the story on all the judicial lawfare with seemingly countless minor Federal judges issuing temporary restraining orders tell President Trump what he can’t do?
