“What is truly extremist is not the popular AfD—which took second in the recent election—but rather the establishment’s deadly open border immigration policies that the AfD opposes,” Rubio wrote in a post on X in the hours following the decision.
The decision, announced Friday by Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, gives German authorities increased oversight and surveillance over AfD. While some AfD branches at the state level have received the label — such as in Saxony and Thuringia — this is the first time in modern German history that a party with nationwide representation on the federal level has been classified as extremist.
The party won a record 152 parliament seats in the February federal elections and now holds 20.8 percent of the vote.

I always liked Bongino’s analogy comparing Liberty to a beach ball. You can try to hold it underwater, but the deeper you push it down, the more force it exerts to break free to the surface.

I am so glad to hear — FINALLY ! — a European say out loud that Europe is essentially a continent of people think they living in a “democracy”, but are actually unconsciously peasants for whom is no real internal concept of a republic, i.e., a government of the people, for the people, and by the people.

Dang. I’m glad I expressed my rage at a rally where CIA Pompeo came up on stage and I only shouted “Lil Rubio” when Marco spoke and that was one day before the election that rocked the world, 2024. Pompeo looked sick but Marco was energized.

Jo mirrors my thinking, however he neglects to factor in the influence of PDJT, Elon Musk, and how President Trump can use the global reset of trade, as a form of very powerful “soft power”.
We certainly are not going to give favorable trade agreement to countries that use child or slave labor; not only because it gives them an unfair trade advantage, but because it is not part of our shared values, on human rights.
Likewise, if a country jails the opposition parties, stifles free press or speech, well they can pay a high tariff to sell into our markets, whereas a country that shares our values, not so much.
Its not that we are trying to tell them how to run their country, we’re just saying if they abuse their people, suppress human rights, than they have to pay to sell into our market.
