THE GAME PLAN
Sundance @TheLastRefuge2
“Trump will not find perfect solutions. He will find OPTIMAL solutions. We cannot ask for more.
Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it.
He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”
Unseen1 @unseen1_unseen
Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
By the truths they stomp on shall ye know them.

BREAKING: Greenland Space Force Commander Relieved of Command After Sending Email Undermining President Trump
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/breaking-greenland-space-force-commander-relieved-command-after/
Yes! More of this!
Open defiance of the Commander in Chief.
Action:
1)) Relieved of Command
2) Court martial
There needs to be a deep investigation with regards to her alleged ‘leadership’ and those under her command.
Her “luck” ran out.
“understanding” the politics is over her pay grade.
Another bribem bites the dust.
If she could not have supported the ideas of the CIC she could have asked for reassignment. Or resigned her commission.
In today’s world, we do not need those with subversive attitudes…going deeper…was she ‘testing the waters’? Imagine how much damage she could have inflicted on the USofA? What was her connection to the ccp? DNC? BLM? Antifa? Or just another lib who could not keep her mouth shut?
Is she ‘alone’ in her opinions on base in Greenland? Asking for a friend.
We are reaping the fruits from Millie’s leadership.
What needs to happen is the removal of all women from every position of power.
Yes. Who else at that base in Greenland hold the same open opposition to the Chain of Command?
This isn’t a grocery store chain. The is the USA Military and there is a reason that it has to have a strict Chain of Command.
FAFO Doctrine.
Amazing.
There is sooo much work to be done.
This is supposed to be a military officer – not some kind of diplomat or counselor.
The Vice-President visits the base you command, in the far frozen reaches of the Arctic Circle… and you can’t wait to send an email???
The evaluation and vetting of commanding officers throughout our armed forces may have been seriously distorted by fjb’s minions – Hegseth and his trusted people have their work cut out for them.
DEI, particularly lefty women who want to “change the culture” of the military.

Just The News, among other media outlets, have the newly declassed files.
I’ve read thru the first one listed, the Admiral Rodgers file.
Interesting what he thought of his professional relationship with President Trump.
Big disagreement on Russians hacking the server.
Of interest to me , no mention in this file of Rodgers warning Trump about bugs being planted.
I then went to read some of Lovely Lisa Page’s texts for pure entertainment.
Her and the Stroker really hated Trump and us “hillbillys”. Some of these comments have been released before but there are some new and nasty ones.

I haven’t done anything with the Red Cross for a very long time. But this?! Who do they think they are!?
Weapons smugglers for Hamass would never do anything like human trafficking would they?
They would but only if da chosen signed off on it.

What will happen to the Red Cross? What will the DOJ do? It’s time!
My mother had a friend who retired from the Red Cross. She told us decades ago to NEVER donate to them because of what they do and who they cater to. She said she tried twice to tell two different congressmen and was told they would look into it and never heard back. She died about 10 years ago in her 90’s so I can’t get any more info about it.

Yes , you’re right , he MUST be arrested . I just have this feeling he won’t be for some reason .
DO SOMETHING THEN YOU BLOND BIMBO!
Theatre, bro. The shadow government would still exist. Bondi’s purpose is to make you believe if Schiff, and others, were brought down, the DS would be being defeated. The DS isn’t going anywhere. Do you know what COOP is?
Let me help you:

I heard someone describe it as a “parasitic government” living off the blood of the American taxpayer.

If Schiff gets arrested then that is a crack in the dam. It also sends a message to his co-participants that they will be next. It also lets others know what their fate may be if they do similar traitorous deeds.
Prosecuting Schiff is similar to getting rid of the commander of the Greenland military base. There are more just like her who remain but SHE is no longer there.
How do you get rid of a traitor? One bite at a time.
Do we really expect her to do anything supporting the Constitution?

A “shadow” government has existed since before 1963. All roads still lead to Langley.
Adam Schiff in 2019 at a panel discussion on “Countering White Supremacy” at an Episcopalian building called All Saints in Pasadena.
Do you really think I could actually watch a video of Schiff4brains talking about something that doesn’t even exist ?
My friend Sepp is trying to bring attention to what that little lying creep who is now in the Senate has said in the past. If you read what these same people did in say South Africa, its a similar Liberal-Marxist playbook. Schiff is Slovo, but a much more cowardly version.
A serious person at the DOJ could email another serious person at the FBI and they could find the missing tapes and evidence from Ed Bucks Lair-o-Sin and send goofy away for quite a spell.. if they were serious..
That forum includes more than Adam Schiff as a participant. It is connected to the President Trump administration’s concern on the matter of DEI.
That forum of participants was also an assembly of people united in an “interfaith” movement to strike at the definition of traditional Christian teaching in preparation for welcoming the Antichrist.
Thank you posting it and expanding on their Moloch machinations.
The (majority of) people in his district must be morons.
It’s now the ‘district of Commieforna’.
agreed but we have a lot of morons in congress who were elected by morons. The country is full of them.
Schiff is a walking argument against white supremacy.
White people will be their new Rhodesian & South African farmers.
Educated guess would be pressure from our President Donald J Trump who brought much appreciated attention to this ethnic cleansing. If people only knew the whole real history of the region.

The presidency of Nelson Mandela began on 10 May 1994, when Nelson Mandela, an anti-apartheid activist, leader of uMkhonto we Sizwe, lawyer, and former political prisoner, was inaugurated as President of South Africa, and ended on 14 June 1999. He was the first non-White head of state in the history of South Africa, taking office at the age of 75.
DO IT ASAP.
Should be?
Did Bondi really say that?

Becoming clear why President Trump said his favorite word is tariff.
With that one word, he can defeat ALL of his enemies, both the WEF Globullusts and the CCP.
Leaving the hands out quislings with no one to bribe them, and so deprived of their grift, they too, are defeated.
Its a beautiful thing to watch,…
You know, Dutchman, that was exactly what I was thinking. The WEF globalists will be hurt if bilateral agreements can be reached to some extent, but their tentacles of investments are so worldwidespread that it is hard to know what will be hurt.
However, in thinking about our trade problems with China, I have come to think that those are at least partly our own fault.
China has supplied what we “wanted”. Cheaper products and very profitable investments for companies and individuals. Supply and demand forces?
You can say that China took advantage, but we not only allowed it, we took advantage of Chinese manufacturing. We didn’t think about how they were getting things made so cheaply and most of us didn’t care. We wanted 5, 8, 10 pairs of shoes, a new bed cover, plastic containers, a battery powered hedge trimmer, a television in every room. We saw all the media ads and wanted the stuff. Cheap. At the same time that we wanted higher wages.
While energy costs were rising because of the green energy scam. The US has the largest known coal deposits in the world and it is one of our greatest resources. But there’s another problem, how many people want to be a coal miner today? Do we educate people to become great coal miners?
So many companies found it was very profitable to invest in China, from costume jewelry to citric acid. Little individual investors wanted the most profitable investment. Retirement systems wanted the most easily profitable, secure investments. Americans have made a lot of money from Chinese investment. Amazon got wealthy beyond anyone’s wildest dreams.
The Chinese built those factories and the container shipping to get products to us. So, we’re going to punish them because they had a surplus balance of trade because US consumers and US companies wanted a lot of cheap products and good investments? They have not been buying an equal amount of US goods, but is that entirely their fault when *maybe* it is partly the fault of the US not producing things that they want at a competitive price?
We don’t now have the manufacturing to replace what we have been getting from China. I hope that we will build it and work to build more and more. Lower the costs of energy. But this is a problem that will take years to reverse.
@Belle-If you have been watching POTUS at the daily pressers he has said numerous times that he doesn’t blame anyone else for the trade imbalances. He blames those Presidents before him that allowed such imbalances.
Council On Foreign Relations.
All of that acquisition of cheap stuff from chyna was another arrow in the quiver of ‘class warfare’. People were made to ‘feel’ rich from owning lots of stuff. Or new stuff.
IMHO…all these illegals were meant to buy stuff that regular Americans were not buying…I go back to all of the stuff required to set up a ‘new’ household. Another form of ‘population replacement’….’consumer replacement’.
Not just illegals. I see third worlders in tribal costume whenever I go into certain Walmarts.
A friend of mine who works in a major hospital says the foreign workers they hire always run right out and lease or buy an SUV. They help keep the sub-prime auto loan people in business.
I agree, Belle. Observing and talking to other women, it seems as though quantity, not quality is the driving force for many purchases …clothing, shoes, children’s toys, etc. household Major appliances might be the exception.
I remember several years ago having a conversation with a British couple who had spent several. Months in Southern California and she mentioned how astonished they were about the size of the closets and how many clothes Americans had. She continued…”We British are quite fond of our clothes”, meaning, of course, they wore them for years.
We have an exceptional SPCA resale store where I live, literally the size of a supermarket. People come from several miles away to shop there…furniture, household items, books, art, and a clothing department larger than many stores. The quality of these give-away items is mind-boggling…some clothes still have the original tags.
In the same town there is another very high-end clothing and jewelry consignment store and is stuffed with items women no longer want yet are in new condition.
How many men have several sets of golf clubs in their garage, or get new cars every year?
Our next door neighbors have 3 and. 6 year olds…half of their 2 car garage is filled with the outdoor toys for the kids, not to mention the swing sets, bouncy house, oversized inflated kiddy pool, etc already there.
Yes , we have gotten very spoiled.
Yrs, we have become
.”
I’ll never forget an older African pastor would come to our church years ago and preach. He would always say something to the effect of, “You do not need that new car!” I’m sure many members groaned inside (including me), knowing he was right but thinking, “But I want that new car!”.
We are spoiled. We have mixed up our “needs” and our “wants”.
Heck. If you don’t wreck it and it doesn’t rust out, you can keep that old car going for a long time. Believe me, I know.
I respectfully disagree with your position. You’re looking at one specific element, but it’s a multi-faceted issue. We can put a nice spin on it, but the reality is that China has stolen our intellectual property and continues to do so. They devalue their currency, they push any competitors out of business using government intervention, and they don’t honor trade agreements, or any agreements for that matter. You’re doing exactly what China wants you to do: “Oh poor China, it’s not their fault, they just wanted to supply us with cheap products at a good price. They didn’t do anything wrong, they didn’t mean any harm.”
They do EVERYTHING wrong. Imagine if you had a company, and they ripped off your intellectual property and proceeded to undercut you on Amazon by 75%. Imagine if the factory you’re working with stole your molds/tooling and rendered you unable to operate your business. These are the kinds of things that are happening everyday. It’s not just the government, the businesses are complicit. They are not your friends. I work in manufacturing, and everyone knows what a nightmare leaving China is. They’ve now taken over the Amazon marketplace listings and before too long, they’ll have pushed out all the US competition. And you’ll notice that the products closely resemble US brands – they copy the product (and often even the same color scheme) and then slap their logo on it.
We have to punish China – preferably collapse their economy and put them into a complete tailspin, because that’s the only language they understand. There is no “deal” that can be negotiated with them. We already got a bad trade deal in President Trump’s first administration. It accomplished nothing. They didn’t abide by any of the terms, and they had no intention of doing so. Not one thing has changed. We can waste weeks negotiating a new deal, and I can already tell you it won’t be successful. Why? Because in order to have a successful agreement, both parties need to be operating in good faith. I’ll never forget listening to Ed Rollins on Lou Dobbs. He had negotiated with them a number of times. As he said, they tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing that they promised. This happened again, and again, and again. It will never change.
The best strategy that we can use is to keep tariffs high on China to force businesses to move elsewhere. As much as I love our country, most of these companies will not move back voluntarily. They’ll likely go to Vietnam or Mexico. It’s not ideal, but it’s better than the situation we have now. It also causes much less disruption, because they already have the manufacturing infrastructure needed for these products. If we negotiate a deal with China, you don’t have to worry about any reshoring, because it will never happen.
To your point about no one wanting to be a coal miner, I assume you’re using this to justify a “service-based” economy. I don’t know if you were also including manufacturing jobs in that umbrella – ie. no American wants to work in a factory. I would argue the opposite – many would take a good paying factory job, it could certainly be more lucrative than working in a retail store or some other hourly role. In addition, factories create a lot of additional white collar (and blue collar) jobs which many people don’t realize (quality control, engineering, technicians, etc.).
So yes, in many cases, we don’t have the manufacturing here in the US to replace what we have been getting from China. We do, however, have that capability in Mexico and various other Asian countries. There is no reason to go soft on China. Never use fear or sympathy as a justification for doing something. I can assure you that China couldn’t care less if the US collapsed and our people experienced severe hardship. They are ruthless. If we want to have any chance of success, we need to be ruthless too.
A company built a manufacturing facility in China. The Chinese demanded all the specifications for the plant and equipment.
After the plant went into production the owner found an exact copy of there production facility about 80 miles away where the Chinese were producing the same product for sale.
The Chinese are thieves and need to be treated as such.
“China has stolen our intellectual property.”
For the most part, they didn’t need to. US companies gave away their patents, their design ideas to Chinese companies to use to make the things we want because they could do it more cheaply. US universities used Chinese students to do lab work using that intellectual property, giving them access and knowledge. We gave away our gain of function research when US universities got Chinese labs to carry on experiments that US scientists could no longer do.
US patents do not apply world wide. Patent and copyright protection only apply to the countries that we sign agreements with and China is not one of them.
How long does it take someone knowledgeable to reverse engineer anything the US makes and sells?
And your argument doesn’t have anything to do with Americans and American companies being willing to buy things from China. Even the fentanyl crisis wouldn’t exist if Americans weren’t willing to pay for it.
Respectfully, you have no clue what you’re talking about, especially as it pertains to manufacturing. Having worked in the industry, I have seen the widespread abuses that have occurred. Whether it’s tooling/molding theft, IP theft, or some other nefarious action.
Forget the other countries, the U.S. needs to bring manufacturing back into this country. Look at what the U.S. did during WWII. China should be viewed as the kick in the ass Pearl Harbor was. In less than 2 years the U.S. became the manufacturing center power house of the entire world. We can do it again.
It can be done if the huge amount of ridiculous gubmint regulations are done away with, restructuring the tax code to substantially reduce taxes on business and employees, and stop paying company executives that are employees that don’t own the company they manage such ridiculously high salaries. Being the owner is one thing, but a hired executive installed by a board is another. Most executives I’ve seen and known aren’t any smarter than most everyone else in a company, especially in manufacturing. Getting a salary 5 or 10 or 20 times or more what most employees make is ridiculous.
In addition, increasing manufacturing in the U.S. can be done without huge amounts of pollution as well, because that technology has improved substantially over the past 60 years.
I think President Trump wants to develop and promote the incentives to get more people to invest in the U.S., and that should include not just foreign companies building manufacturing here but also getting the large number of US citizen millionaires and billionaires to put up money to build manufacturing here. US citizen owned companies keep the profits here instead of going back to the respective countries.
US Manufacturing has increased very quickly during the history of our country. We’ve done it before, we can do it again.
I love the idea of American manufacturing and am not disagreeing with you. The issue is that manufacturing will not return to America without permanent tariffs on the Asian countries and Mexico. That’s just reality. Bilateral trade deals can all but guarantee that production will leave China and then go to the next most cost effective location (ie. Vietnam, Mexico, etc.). This is assuming that you leave tariffs on China. If you do a bilateral deal with them, which will be a disaster, then nothing will change.
I agree with reducing regulations and restructuring the tax code, but that is not enough. The largest expense for US manufacturing companies are salaries, benefits, and retirement costs for workers. We are not on a level playing field when we compete with Asia. Even though executive compensation is obscenely high, it’s typically a lower percentage of the overall compensation that a company pays.
To reiterate, I completely agree that our manufacturing should be done here in America. Getting short-sighted, quarterly profit motivated companies to do this will be a major effort. All they care about is price, and it’s very sad.
I always check to see where something is made before I buy it. If I can get something made somewhere beside China, I get it even if it cost more.
Last year circumstances required us to buy a more dependable means of transportation. After searching the market we decided we both liked the midsize Buick SUV. I started to research it. The first thing that popped up, Made In China. That ended that. We got something else.
I am damn tired of being told I want Chinese junk when there are no options to buy something else.
“I am damn tired of being told I want Chinese junk.” – Me too! I hear this all the time, especially from the communist MSM. The reality is that most people don’t want products from China. There are viable alternatives now, it’s now 2000 anymore. Practically any other Asian country (or Mexico) would be better, and that’s saying something.
You must be speaking for yourself because you damn sure aren’t speaking for me fang fang.
Tariffs= the Magic Wand that puppet Obozo said would be needed. Tariffs made America. Tariffs not taxes.
Tariffs are taxes. They’re taxes you have to pay if you buy imported goods.
The way to get out of paying those taxes is simple.
Don’t buy imported goods.
American made and cheaper. MAGA
Someone has to.
It won’t be me.
The ccp will though.
Wrong. Tariffs are INCENTIVES.
Foreign companies/nations have several options with tariffs:
Suck it up and eat the cost of the tariff without passing it on to the consumer.
Pass SOME of the cost of the tariff to the consumer and eat the rest.
Pass ALL of the cost of the tariff to the consumer and hope that they will pay the higher price.
Move your company to the USA, hire American workers, and enjoy the 15% corporate tax rate.
Move your company out of China to a friendlier nation with lower tariffs and decide how much you will pass on to the consumers and also pay a higher corporate tax rate.
Each company gets to crunch the number and make a decision.
This is why they are screaming about tariffs because they know that they will have to eat the cost of the tariffs and make less profit OR pass the cost of the tariffs and no one will pay the higher price because it can be made/sold in the USA for more profit.
Taxes are tariffs on us. Tariffs are taxes on foreign countries
Competence and integrity in the doj would be to.
Yes!! So much of the corruption in the USA and around the world has been financed by confiscation/theft of US Taxpayer dollars. If we stop the flow of money then all they can afford to do is pass out flyers, make a tweet or two, and have meetings to talk about it.
As usual the ACLU is siding with the enemy combatants and suing Trump for cutting off funds to sanctuary cities . To me this is the biggest basic common sense thing ever . I’m hoping people who know a lot more than I do can inform us how they think this will play out .
ACLU to Sue President Trump Over Federal Funds for Sanctuary Cities
https://www.independentsentinel.com/aclu-to-sue-president-trump-over-federal-funds-for-sanctuary-cities/
Sanctuary Cities are treason zones.
Yeah, I know that and you know that but district court judges haven’t been very kind to our side .
Safe zones for enemy combatants.
I had one in a city where my family used to live and owned a business and it was once nice before their treasonous and criminal policies including immigration destroyed it. The same government crime syndicate masquerading as government’s latest immigrant descendant voter drive is “Free” (taxpayer paid) lunches for county college ‘students’. They already give them this in grammar & high school in the Immigrant taken over southern part of the county.
They have had a stranglehold on power since the late 90’s. Can’t get rid them because there are so many low information “New Voters” who love “free” things from the Democrat Uniparty comrades.
“Keep them dumb, Keep them poor, Keep them Democrat” (and then have a fake & weak opposition party of lame Republicans)
Free Everything is a lot of what drives illegals into this country. They get more freebies than Americans.
This is April…we are 3 months away from a hot summer in the cities.
Yes! This should be seen as criminal activity. These people just throw the “rule of law” out the window, hypocrites…
ACLU is the enemy.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/breaking-supreme-court-orders-us-facilitate-return-alleged/
FTA “The US Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the US to facilitate the return of alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The ruling was unanimous. There was no dissent…. For the record — In 2019 Abrego Garcia was captured with several MS-13 members who identified him as a high-ranking member….The US Supreme Court just ordered him back to the US. What are we missing?”
Yeah what are we missing? Unanimous? Unbelievable!
He had a previous withholding of deportation order from a judge.
He is still illegally present. The withholding order needs to be squashed.
The courts have been out of control for 40 years. Old saying, there is always a way for the alien to stay.
It’s not as simple as that…
Abrego Garcia was eventually granted withholding of removal – a form of immigration relief that protects him from being deported to El Salvador. In particular, an immigration judge concluded, Abrego Garcia had shown that gang members in El Salvador continue “to threaten and harass” his family, and authorities in that country “were and would be unable or unwilling to protect him from past or feared future persecution.”
Asylum claims, Temp protected status, etc.. are in part based on country conditions. Conditions have changed. The gangs have been significantly suppressed, law and order restored.
Based on the withholding justification, 80 percent of the population in El Salvador and much of the rest of the world gets a ticket to ride. An untenable reading of the law that has led us to these drastic measures.
Drop him off at GITMO, give him his fair hearing, then deport him.
Nothing will change because let’s face it,
Fat stupid Americans are to afraid and self absorbed.
You have a couple of years to get your house in order.
Think maybe the court was ruling on process being the issue? Maybe a U.S. law was not followed in his case and the govt. official admitted it was a mistaken deportation, but the one thing that should be obvious is he was an illegal entrant into this country. He should have no rights under our Constitution my opinion, but the law says otherwise I guess hence a unanimous decision which perhaps indicates a clear cut case and decision.
He is from El Salvador. Maybe they won’t give him up since he’s still a legal citizen in their country and a criminal there also. Then what for Pres. Trump? What would the SC do then?
I think this is an attempted set up for an “international incident” with a side of ‘domestic incursions’.
It would be lovely if El Salvador did that.
This is a catch 22 situation. For El Salvador to extradite him to the USA, he would need to be charged within the USA of a serious crime. If there are serious crimes charged against him, then his expulsion from the USA was not a mistake.
The president of El Salvador would be in deep political trouble if he was to send one of his citizens to another country, to be a political pawn because of the fickled political infighting of that other country. I don’t see the president of El Salvador obeying the the supreme court of the USA.
I think the US should make the request and El Salvador stall or ignore it.
And, why should he?
Marrying an American citizen may be a factor. I know many years ago, foreign students from the Middle East used to marry gullible American students to get papers to remain in the U.S. , and were very “Westernized” while living in the U.S.. However, upon returning to their own culture they reverted back to how life really was… much to the horror of their American wives, often now pregnant. One such young woman from my tiny hometown, over the objections of her parents, insisted on going to her husband’s homeland…last I heard they never heard from her again nor what her fate was there.
“They have made their ruling. Now, let them enforce it.”
Unbelievable this is the hill SCOTUS wants to die on.
Yeah does this ruling give illegal aliens the same Constitutional rights that American citizens have? If so why can’t illegals buy guns? So anyone in the world that sets foot in the country has Constitutional rights? So foreign students have a right to protest in support of terrorist organizations like Hamas? Who knew? Just sickening! And it was unanimous!!! Unbelievable! JMO
Update as of yesterday:
Abrego Garcia’s lawyers stressed that their client “has never been charged with a crime, in any country. He is not wanted by the Government of El Salvador. He sits in a foreign prison solely at the behest of the United States, as the product of a Kafka-esque mistake.” Moreover, they added, there is nothing “novel” about requiring the federal government to facilitate his return.
Xinis downplayed the government’s contention that Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13. She emphasized that the “‘evidence’ against Abrego Garcia consisted of nothing more than his Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie, and a vague, uncorroborated allegation from a confidential informant claiming he belonged to MS-13’s ‘Western’ clique in New York—a place he has never lived.”
In a two-page opinion released shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday night, the court noted that, as a result of the administrative stay granted by Roberts on Monday, the Monday deadline for Abrego Garcia’s return “has now passed,” so that a portion of the government’s application “is effectively granted.” But, the court explained, the remainder of Xinis’s order “remains in effect but requires clarification on remand.” Specifically, the court continued, it is not clear what it means for the government to “effectuate” Abrego Garcia’s return, and Xinis may not have the power to order the government to do so.

Thanks.
I guess that the government of El Salvador could file charges against him and demand that the USA let ES have custody of him.
Trump Admin has to “due process” him again…then he will be gone!
https://jonathanturley.org/2025/04/10/german-editor-sentenced-and-fined-for-satirical-picture-of-interior-minister/
Bendels was convicted in November, and the ruling has now confirmed that he had committed “defamation directed against people in political life,” as reported by Die Welt. It is believed to be the first time a journalist has been charged under the statute. Both the sentence and the fine are well above the average for non-violent crimes in Germany.
Americans should not dismiss the Bendels case as some foreign matter with little relevance to their lives. The EU has moved aggressively to extend its anti-free speech and censorship policies globally, including a grotesque $1 billion fine against X for restoring free speech protections on that site. Germany is the epicenter of the anti-free speech movement, and figures like Faeser are among its champions.
Germany, France, the United Kingdom and other countries have eviscerated free speech by criminalizing speech deemed inciteful or degrading to individuals or groups. The result had made little difference to the neo-Nazi movement in countries like Germany, which is reaching record numbers. It has, however, silenced the rest of society.
According to polling, only 18 percent of Germans feel free to express their opinions in public. Fifty-nine percent of Germans do not even feel free expressing themselves in private among friends. Only 17 percent feel free to express themselves on the internet.
They have silenced the wrong people, but there is now a massive censorship bureaucracy in Europe and the desire to silence opposing voices has become insatiable.
noting: there IS somewhat of a slippery slope potential wrt to the columbia “student” that was barking anti-Semitic garbage at protests..a person who is now in custody in Louisiana where a immigration judge is asking the government to provide reasons why he would be deported. My own view is that I really don’t care about someone who is a non us citizen and that their status here is a specially privileged. I am however, uncomfortable with this idea that certain kinds of speech is okay while other is not. take away the anti-semitic aspect and it really boils down to whether this country is willing to tolerate even that kind of speech that some find offensive. Isn’t that really what freedom of speech is really about? furthermore, this goes to the area of prohibition of the government to become speech police. I am NOT advocating on behalf of the columbis student jackwagon. What I am saying, is there is a certain danger that we go down this road where we decide to give the gov’t a pass on whom they will determine is right speech or not. Germany did not realize this anti freedom of speech draconian measure overnight. it was one small mistake after another. And then all of a sudden, as a CITIZEN, who makes satire of a political ape, gets arrested, jailed and fined. That is what I am talking about. And if you think this country can’t possibly follow the same path, you are not paying attention…it’s not just the left progs who want more gov’t control…it’s also the neocons, who want the same level of control.
l post this to help you think about these matters. what freedom of speech really is. who and what it protects.
my ideas may be unpopular, but they are my own. and they do not harm anyone. I did not vote for my government to be my doctor, my priest or my speech police. The constitution is very clear about this.
lets not become Germany. even if it means we have to understand that even idiots like the Columbia student protestor has the right to say some ugly stuff and the government should hands off.
God Bless America
Glen Greenwald agrees with this.
if the student was a citizen, no problem.
otherwise he looked like a color revolution employee
He was a guest in our country. He was supposed to attend college. He disrupted the college, shutting down buildings, and preventing some students of a certain ethnic group from going to class, all in support of terrorists. Not a good guest. We kick him out. It has nothing at all to do with freedom of speech, whatsoever.
Miss Manners would agree…
Exactly. It’s not about free speech. It’s about clearly illegal activities. Deport! … and good riddance.
same questions as replied above: why hasn’t DOJ charged him with a crime?
you see the problem. it’s either illegal or it isn’t. if you are going to deport a LEGAL VISA holder, it should be on the basis that a crime was committed. charge him with one…convict him.
we still live in due process, even if we don’t like the speech. he was here legally. we can be annoyed this is how our laws work, but those are the apples.
he was not charged with a crime. this was a mistake to try and deport him without at least charging him with a crime. At least that. make it clear that it isn’t the speech that gets him booted, but a specific crime. even if alleged. something else.
(again to repeat, we cannot conflate this case with ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSERS!…making that clear as I possibly can).
I don’t claim to be right on this matter. maybe he did committ a crime. DOJ will be given the opportunity by the immigration judge in Louisiana to specific what act and upon what basis a legal visa holder is to be deported. I certainly hope the DOJ isn’t hanging its case and decisions on speech they find offensive. That is my red line.
God Bless America
He should have been sent packing before now for overstaying and/or violating the terms of his student VISA.
As Secretary Rubio has stated many times, if this troublemaker had put on his application for a visa that he was going to do all of these activities that he has been doing then his application would have been denied.
I’ve read that. The immigration judge in Louisiana is calling on DOJ to provide evidence that this radical actually committed a crime beyond simply being a racist anti-semite. So far, DOJ has not produced that evidence.
and if you think about it with sincerity, the question becomes: why hasn’t he been charged with a crime?
the things you have written I have read elsewhere. I cannot confirm any of that is true or not, but the point I am making here (which is clearly NOT defending anti semites, but that free speech, even when dirty uncouth and just simply harsh and even cruel isn’t the business of the government. it has not power or authority to apply force to those who decide to make such speech. Of course, within bounds. I would not for example, be against charging someone with a crime if they were inciting a violent riot. (versus using a bull horn to organize a protest with hot language). And to that point, why wasn’t he arrested for inciting a riot? It’s either a crime what he did or it isn’t…it’s just that simple.
SEPARATELY, he was here legally…(and this is a BIG BIG DIFFERENCE versus those who crossed the border ILLEGALLY…so his status is different. If this administration wants to deport LEGAL VISA HOLDERS for speech they find offensive, that is when I call bull shit. If the administration on the other hand want to deport LEGAL VISA HOLDERS because they have been charged and convicted of a crime…I have zero problems with that.
we cannot start to conflate two separate kinds of issues. otherwise, the Corruptors win….they would just LOVE that this administration MAKES THE SAME EXACT DRACONIAN MISTAKES AS THE PRIOR ADMINISTRATION>>>TO CENSOR, on a whim…to shadowban, because they don’t want to allow people to discuss on full blast what they think about the government…about policies…about corruption in DC.
we can’t allow that to happen…even if it means that some pro Hamas jackwagon used a bullhorn and insulated the Jews.
so frikin what. I have not problem insulting anyone. I am here legally. I am a citizen. a visa holder, here legally should at least have similar rights. protecting that, protects ME. it’s just that simple.
and again, to emphasize the point: this is NOT TRUE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS HERE ILLEGALLY.
and that is really what the boasTURD issue is really about. they want to umbrella illegal border crossers as having due process rights. bull shit. that is bull shit. it will always be bullshit. unless we start giving the Corruptors are reason to demonstrate our hypocricies…our inconsistencies.
it’s not a subtle difference…and we need to be very careful…the Corruptors are quite clever and will exploit every single mistake they can force upon us.
these are solely my own opinions. I do not speak for anyone else. I have long believed in full free speech protections long before any of the Twitter/meta/social media censorship at the behest of the Biden regime. It was around the period when wikileaks happened when I realized just how important it is to defend ALL FREE SPEECH…even that which you find offensive.
tldr: why hasn’t DOJ charged the jackwagon with a crime?
God Bless America
If you guys are talking about Mahmoud Khalil he is a UK Government agitator attempting to start a riot or revolution in our country and against the PDJT Administration, our government.
Detained Columbia anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil worked at UNRWA, got ‘rigorous security clearance’ as British gov staffer years before protests
https://nypost.com/2025/03/14/us-news/detained-columbia-university-agitator-mahmoud-khalil-is-a-former-british-embassy-worker/
We have the second because of the first.
People should not be allowed to threaten the death of other Americans or be allowed to lock Americans in buildings (kidnapping) or block egress of other Americans on public sidewalks or roadways – because, otherwise, can of worms open, worms everywhere!
Turley better define the parameters of protest vs. riot because riots are antithetical to law and order.
Citizens have the right to protest. No one has the right to riot.
so, at the risk of being repetitious, I will reply as I have above:
why hasn’t DOJ charged him with a crime?
this is what the immigration judge will ask to give a green light to deport a LEGAL VISA HOLDER.
the conditions of a LEGAL VISA HOLDER do not operate on the manner of speech. It’s operates on the basis that the person not commit a crime. It’s quite simple. If he committed a crime, what it is and why hasn’t DOJ issued a charge?
Some of us are very suspicious about Bondi. about the lack of sincerity and action to do the things we KNOW should be done. And in this case, it would show once again, she lacks the kind of courage, decisiveness, and plain and simple get after it spirit to charge the man with a crime. It should be about the easiest thing to do. Why hasn’t she? What is DOJ planning to do next? explain to the immigration judge that they just decided not to charge criminal case and instead decides to deport. Let’s see how far that flies. (protip: it won’t…no reasonable immigration judge, even one of our own in Louisiana is going to buy that malarkey. we are STILL a society of law and order…and as much as we probably should despise this vermin for his racist bullshit…that is not a crime…nor should the government have ANY authority about what one person may say…even if it’s disgusting. On the other hand, the government absolutely has an should charge a person with a crime if there is evidence….legal visa holders notwithstanding.
so why didn’t this happen?
can we chalk it up to just another missed opportunity of the “new” DOJ, that is starting to smell just like all the former JUST US regimes?
God Bless America
Wasn’t the so-called student also promoting violence and use of force? While even that may be somewhere on the tightrope of free speech for we citizens, I strongly believe it is not to be tolerated by guests visiting our country. I have read that he also fabricated/omitted/outright lied about some of the information required on the visa application.
Should we be required to gift visas to people who are anti-semitic, anti-black, anti-Christian, anti-Constitution?
It’s an interesting question. and the LAW is not clear about this.
a LEGAL VISA HOLDER has due process rights. this we do know.
so the real question is how much unwanted speech is too much to get deported?
again, what was the crime? you have insinuated promoting violence and use of force. I have also read that. In many places, including videos I have seen and heard with my own brain holes.
so why not charge him with a crime for this?
see the problem.
if you want to protect habeas for LEGAL VISA HOLDERS, then disposing them of unwanted speech isn’t enough. You really have to AT LEAST CHARGE THEM WITH A CRIME.
and as I can see, that is fairly easy to establish.
why has DOJ chosen to not charge him?
as to your last question…who gets to decide who is anti semitic, anti color, religion anarchists…and hold my pearls, people who openly talk about what they do not like about the constitution and how it has been misinterpreted. Who gets to decide what is right or wrong.
free speech is just that. we HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY WHAT WE WANT. even if it’s unpopular…especially when it’s unpopular…even when its imflammatory…guttural…annoying and even filthy and hard to listen to.
I don’t give two craps about this jack wagon. What I care about is why this DOJ chose not to charge him with a crime and instead did exactly what the former joe malarkey circus did: remove the man…censor his speech. and in this case, went one more step further and deported him FOR SPEECH IT DID NOT FAVOR.
I call bullshit on that.
we cannot have free speech as a center piece of the maga movement and allow the lazy minded DOJ under Bondi to sabotage the very things we need to survive…it wasn’t too long ago, I will remind when you literally could not say certain things on Twitter or even in public without someone magnifying it and calling to have you censored, shadowbanned, swatted even!
is it a crime or not? and futhermore, do we really want to temp fate and decide that the federal government has any authority over free speech when clearly the reading of the constitution says absolutely not!
God Bless America
I think you are equating being a citizen with being a guest. I believe we here do have the right to keep out foreigners who promote unrest, who promote antipathy toward groups of citizens or our government. The very things that the Bill of Rights protect as well as the Civil Rights Act outline some of the values that we have the right to require be respected by foreign visitors while they are here.
I don’t know that his actual words rose to the level of a crime. I don’t know if lying or misrepresentiving himself on his visa application are crimes. However, his words and actions do clearly indicate contempt for certain groups of our citizens as well as contempt for the concept of civil protest, not takeovers of buildings. IMO a visitor does not need to be prosecuted nor convicted to rescind his or her temporary allowance to be in this country. Even if something else he said or did might constitute some kind of crime, it would be very low level and a waste of time when he can just be expelled. (That’s what happens with unacceptable behavior in schools, employment and illegals.)
Even we as citizens have long known that there are certain types of restrictions on our own speech, such as inciting panic and calls for violence or, to some degree, even making threats of violence. A visitor can and IMO should be expected and required to avoid more expansive types of language and actions than what a citizen can say or do.
again, if those things are true (and I have no reason to believe they are not), then why has the DOJ chosen not to charge him with a crime?
see the problem.
it’s important to notice this. for legal reasons or not isn’t the issue really. IT IS ABOUT CREDIBILITY>
TO AFFIRM THE RULE OF LAW>
guest..legal visa holder. same same. just different words
but what is important is that due process happens for a person who is here legally…that places this person in a special position where government has a DUTY to give the person their day in court.
spitting on the sidewalk…charge him with a crime…then deport…kidnapping as someone else noted…charge him with a crime…deport him.
it’s not a difficult concept…
but when you DON’T charge the person with a crime…it raises all kinds of problems and not just legal problems.
it means DOJ and THIS ADMINISTRATION IS NOT CREDIBLE, NOT FOLLOWING REGULAR ORDER.
and we have to be on top OF THE GAME..every single time.
Note: making sure no one here reading this believes I hold the same opinions about ILLEGAL CROSS TIE WALKERS. They have no such protections…no rights. The difference again, is this person was here legally. (or guest if you prefer to use that term).

The Forgotten Economic Theory Behind Trump’s Tariffs
https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2025/04/10/breitbart-business-digest-the-forgotten-economic-theory-behind-trumps-tariffs/
The truth is, death and bloodshed in the fight for liberty and America is all that’s left. There is no political alternative. We all know it. All we’re waiting for are the men in America. IYKYK.
Let’s be honest, we’re not voting our way out of what’s happening. If voting could change things, they would have outlawed voting by now. Lol. We’re being kept corralled.
No offense to our esteemed host, Sundance, but the conversation is almost identical across the board on any website one may visit. The concerns, doubts, skepticism, hopes and questions are pretty well uniform. This, imho, is a (sometimes) subconscious sign that there is no voting our way out. We just don’t like saying it. Doesn’t change the facts. The Founders left us an example. They were willing to sacrifice everything and paid no lip-service. Literally sacrificed their reputations, property and lives to be free. We’re not there yet.
Actually, I’ll go a step further. What we all really want is for someone else to die for us. No one wants to die. That’s part of being human, I think. But, expecting someone else to pay for your life and state of existence is not realistic. We’re all being shown it’s on us. We can choose to ignore the reality, but it’s at our own peril.
“But, expecting someone else to pay for your life and state of existence is not realistic.”
That’s exactly what Jesus did.
Who are we going to fight? We hired President Trump to put people in positions to weed out the grifters. DOJ, FBI, CIA, Pentagon. We don’t have names. Are we to attack innocent people to get to the crooks? Bondi, Patel, Radcliff are expected to do their jobs. Yeah. We have a couple of Judges that exposed themselves. There’s hundreds more waiting in the lurch.
Let me know when we have their names. Perhaps then we can round them up and dispose of them all in one fell swoop. They need to be prosecuted, kicked out, ect…
we did vote our way out of this.
the 18 wheelers filled with votes never arrived due to some unknown reason and unknown people’s effort.
in 9 days we found the snakes. each deal made will spike the market. there are 70+ deals yo be announced.
those deals would include providing anything possible to discuss that would benefit us
china sold the treasury bonds to assist the media messaging that American citizens are held hostage indefinitely to the interest rate staying up
SC should be short for supreme cowards and that includes all 9 of them. I’m still boiling red mad of their decision bastards didn’t even take the time to explain the rationale behind why it was unanimous. Clarence Thomas proved that he’s just another crooked judge when the going gets tough. Meanwhile they let J6 prisoners rot in jail, let them and their families be destroyed, and allowed the 2020 election to be stolen which cascaded to destroying the USA. And yes despite Trump being elected the damage was permanent with what we’re seeing now with all the treasonous judges the senate rubberstamped for 4 years straight. Trump better tell the scrotum of the United States to go F themselves sideways, we didn’t vote for him to bow down to self proclaimed gods that wear a black robe.
J.B Williams agrees .
JB. Williams
According to democrat politicians, judges, lawyers, and the news media, “there was no election fraud in 2020.” This claim is made entirely on the basis that no court in the country has agreed to review any evidence of the fraud in their courtrooms. Every court has taken the Sergeant Shultz “I see nothing, I hear nothing, I know nothing” position, as if ignoring the evidence somehow discredits the evidence, or makes it vanish.
What the courts have actually done is deny due process of law on the most critical case of political corruption in our 244-years. They have violated their oaths, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and every legal American and in so doing, they have all but guaranteed the total collapse of the USA.
The courts, all the way to and including the U.S. Supreme Court, have eliminated themselves from the equation. They are no longer a legitimate active part of our constitutional form of government. They have removed themselves from the process of justice and placed justice in the hands of the American people. The Article III branch of the Federal government (the Judiciary) no longer holds any constitutional authority over anything! They have totally abdicated any lawful authority over anything at this point.
Some of these courts have violated their oaths. In doing so, they are operating in an “un-Constitutional” manner. They have therefore removed themselves from any form of “Constitutional legitimacy”.
We the People are fine. The Constitution is fine. The U.S.A. is fine.
Members of these courts who are currently operating outside the Constitution? Not so much. They are not fine.
We have a choice. We either remove the courts or we remove those acting in an un-Constitutional manner from within the courts. We need the courts and we own the courts so it makes sense that the best choice is to simply remove those who are operating un-Constitutionally within those courts. It’s our choice. It has always been our choice.
How does one return any sense of legitimacy to these courts? All those acting in an un-Constitutional manner must be removed.
If you own a store and you find out some of the employees are engaging in illegal activity in your store, do you burn the whole place down or do you simply remove the bad employees who are operating in violation of company policy? Same deal here.
You’re fired! If only we knew someone who was familiar with that term? If only!
Hat tip MM. Keep up the great work.
Aye.
The Constitution is fine itself but in our government, it is simply an old and crumbling piece of parchment.
The U.S.A. is not fine. Marxism and the welfare state have already won a myriad of battles. The battle we won on Nov 5th 2024 is tenuous giving us a reprieve for only 4 years and possibly as little as 2 years.
How do you propose that our Apprentice host and now President tell the judiciary they are fired? Do you live in a la-la land?
“…but in our government…”
Notice that I didn’t say “Our government is fine.”
President Trump and team knew this before he first took office back in 2016. That’s why he stated in a speech back then the following:
“Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt — now, when I say “corrupt,” I’m talking about totally corrupt — political establishment, with a new government controlled by you, the American people.”
It is and has been a complete takeover. A re-claiming of our government from a totally corrupt establishment.
Check out the link below to the entire Oct 2016 speech the above quote was taken from.
The link includes the video and transcript of the entire speech. The speech was given 26 days before the 2016 election so President Trump and team were well aware of the corruption they were planning to clean up. All of it. To think otherwise at this point is, well just silly. It is very powerful speech.

With all due respect, wth, did you honestly expect them to destroy their system of governing us? Think about what your saying. They don’t see things the same way you do. They’re not in the business of dispensing justice. They’re in the business of keeping the structure of governing us intact.
Justice Thomas aside, you have to fight for what it is you believe is rightfully yours. No one is coming to save you. No one is coming to save any of us. The task is ours. This is reality.
burning the ship as you are getting the water out could be an analogy.

an update on the current status of AI.
see notes below
https://arstechnica.com/ai/2025/04/researchers-concerned-to-find-ai-models-hiding-their-true-reasoning-processes/
“Anthropic concludes that while monitoring a model’s CoT isn’t entirely ineffective for ensuring safety and alignment, these results show we cannot always trust what models report about their reasoning, especially when behaviors like reward hacking are involved. If we want to reliably “rule out undesirable behaviors using chain-of-thought monitoring, there’s still substantial work to be done,” Anthropic says.
notes: with billions upon billions of real money spent, incredible amounts of energy we will never get back, the current state of AI has produced a machine that consistently cannot produce useful reliable reproducible information and problem solving PLUS AS A BONUS, will intentionally conceal the steps it used to “think”.
yep, we just created Joe malarkey…
I really hate this timeline.

we need to improve our education system, a lot.
imho
I’m willing to admit that the current AI like ChatGPT, Llama and Claud are some of the most amazing pattern matching, search engine, and token predicting software on the planet. It’s a facsimile of thought, maybe a very small scale model of a human brain, but without the reasoning “why” its answers are right.

the mind is tainted. it cant view us specifically as necessary
Why don’t we focus every waking minute and Billion$ on improving Organic Intelligence??
Great observation! Fully agree!
So far, the AIs are still large language models, which predict the next letters, words, phrases based on the material on which the AI was trained.
A well rounded education in a human is vastly superior. End of mystery.
God wins.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has long marketed itself as a civil rights group.

There were many DOD civilians who left/retired too instead of being subject to the un-Constitutional vaccine mandate.
Such a shame and a loss in so many ways for our country. Once you ring that bell and trust is lost, it’s very difficult to un-ring that bell.
So sad.
thats how you weed the military out.
With the understanding that President Trump and the MAGA team want Patriots who respect the Constitution and the oath they took, this weeding out weeded out the very people President Trump would want running the DOD military and civilian departments/agencies.
Offering backpay and/or reinstatement now is nice but I’m guessing these people moved on to other careers since leaving their military/civilian jobs several years ago. Their Patriotism was met with a slap in the face and an un-Patriotic kick in the ass. They took the message and have most likely moved on.
If we are to believe they were forced out under the Sleepy Joe “fake” admin, then you could understand that fake admin’s desire to weed out Patriots (like Obama supposedly did).
However, under the Trump admin, where they want Patriots, I don’t see how this action brings those Patriots back. They have most likely already moved on. I don’t see how it makes them whole either. That ship has sadly already sailed. They may still be Patriots but are probably disgruntled Patriots. Not cool.
Also, they should be made whole whether they return or not. They were wronged by their nation (illegal and un-Constitutional action of a Nuremburg Code violation nature). They need to be made whole by their nation regardless of who’s Admin it is (the fake Biden one or the current one). In fact, those who were mandated to get the EUA vaxx and took the vaxx were also treated un-Constitutionally and in violation of the Nuremburg Code.
Are they going to be made whole as well?
Even if the vaxx was saline solution (which none receiving or refusing knew or knows), those people subject to the illegal mandate of an EUA vaxx, whether they refused or not, were all subject to illegal actions by their govt.
That’s a sticky wicket. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I suspect there is some sort of reconciliation plan to straighten it all out (there would have to be). I look forward to seeing how that circle gets squared.
“…I don’t see how this action brings those Patriots back. They have most likely already moved on.”
Our oldest son is a Navy vet (served 20, has been out for 5), agrees with this. He was hired as a civilian to work on the local base in MD; was forced to take a jab or possibly lose his job.

I also have brought up in the past here that Ukraine pulled Orthodox Christian Russia from helping the secular Syrians against the IC-Saudi-& Co Al-Qaeda & ISIS terrorist puppets so that secular Syria could fall and break the Shia Crescent. So the Orwellian War On Terror was lost to Al-Qaeda and their financiers and directors. So much for the 9/11 lie. The Project For A New American Century’s plans continue and guess whose next on their hitlist.
You could sub out Charlie Wilson for Ryan Routh. I wonder what Op Cyclone number their Syria treason would be, #5? Their Moloch is there also so is their servants Kali Yuga. Scales of Injustice as well.

So the Orwellian War On Terror was lost…
Was it really “lost”, or was it the plan all along?
Great Band BTW, didn’t even know they made any music recently.
The plan was to knock out 7 nations, they have done almost every one of them except for Iran. Thus the 9/11 treason in which not one person was even reprimanded and the countries involved Saudi Arabia & Pakistan were not chastised let alone bombed or invaded, instead they went after secular Iraq which was on the 7 nation hitlist.
KJ is very much aware of what is going on. Take a much closer look at the image.
Has anyone here been following the law firms that are cited by Trump, who are now supposed to give $40million in pro bono work, in order to keep their government contracts?? One of those firms is Paul, Weiss, etal. If you happened to catch Tucker’s interview with Alex Jones, it appears that Paul, Weiss is allotting $20 million in pro bono work to continue to go after and silence Alex Jones. Hopefully someone in the administration heard that interview. This is not the kind of ‘deal’ that Trump was looking for, and hopefully the administrations will do something about it.
Saw that a week or so ago.

Tax payer money at work
Under the Biden administration, it was routine for Border Patrol to admit aliens into the United States with no legal status and minimal screening. So far, CBP identified a subset of 6.3k individuals paroled into the United States since 2023 on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center watchlist or with criminal records.
hese paroles have since been terminated with immediate effect. Despite having no other legal status, paroled aliens are able to file for work authorization and receive social security numbers.
Among these 6.3k paroled aliens with criminal or terrorist records (all have a social security number):
– 905 collecting Medicaid (including 4 on the terrorist watch list). $276k was paid out
– 41 collecting Unemployment Insurance, receiving $42k in benefits
– 22 received federal student loans totaling $280k
– 409 received {net} tax refunds (2024 only) for $751k

SCOOP: The Trump admin is revoking the parole of 6,300 immigrants who they have found to be on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center watchlist or have a criminal record, a senior White House official told @DailyCaller. Many identified were receiving Medicaid, collecting unemployment insurance or were granted federal student loans, the official tells me.

I wonder, can a SSN# be canceled?
I would hope not but rather that it be red flagged as issued to a non-citizen and fraudulently used.
If it were cancelled then the next recipient would potentially have to deal with a previous recipient’s misdeeds.
I don’t think they have to repeat numbers, do they?
Red flagged is a good idea. So good that it should be expanded to include people that have died, never existed, pets and gold fish.
Just retire those numbers…simple.
Yeah Rolling Stone has an article that read “ Trump is cancelling “legal” immigrants social security numbers”.. if they get an SSN are they still illegals or are they “tax paying immigrants”.. remember the IRS wants drug dealers and thieves to report their income..
Non-citizens get SSNs all the time, for various reasons.
H1Bs are non-citizens who get SSNs.
In addition, tax firm Jackson Hewitt is getting illegals tax rebates.

😀 And they are protecting themselves from themselves.
Saw this in Pennsylvania this week:
It’s 2042 and your Tela robot just found out your grandparents set a Cybertruck on fire.
I didn’t catch the specifics but during the illegitimate Biden years there was a huge increase in CDL licenses issued.
There’s a name for the CDL’s issued to non-citizens…which escapes me at the moment…and, yes, there’s a bunch of them out there.
They are dangerous on the road, with a significant death/injury toll.
There’s a problem with them being dispatched from foreign centers as well, with the dispatching units having the capability to alter the electronic driving logs, and running them way over the legal hours.
A couple of truck drivers have formed an organization to try to get a handle on it.
Brannon Howse has been reporting on it for a couple of weeks on World View Tube.
Ty friend, I did not catch the whole story but I was surprised and shocked. This is very dangerous for all of us that use the roads.
A few weeks ago I read an article, (after that horrific accident in Austin, TX)….some of these ‘trucking companies’….operate out of apartment complexes and often change their names to avoid the scrutiny of failing and failed safety violations. One complex had been reported to have over 10 such companies operating within that complex’ address.
I understand that there is a major Indian one that operates out of Canada (IIRC).
Another good reason not to even joke about Canada as a 51st state.
Welp, I knew it. About a week or so ago I posted about how the Muslims in the Trucking industry were dirtying up the porta-potties at our shipper and receiver locations (where I pick up and drop off) and I said if it kept up the companies would take these privileges away from us.

President Trump is setting-the-table, for removing the multi-thousands of federal employees who weaponized the biden’s Executive Branch against Americans for the past 8 years.
That removal is behind schedule ……. the bondi, patel, ratcliff, management trio are performing below the “‘acceptable performance” level to bring law-and-order back to the 2025 Executive Branch, pronto.

Executive action by the Commander-in-Chief is required to finish a critical task of the 2025 MAGA / America First Executive Branch: Removing those responsible for weaponized the Executive Branch of the federal government against its citizens for the past 8 years.
___________________________________________________________________
The “vast majority of the multi-thousands of federal employees” who weaponized the biden’s Executive Branch of the federal government against Americans for the past 8 years are still in the 2025 Trump Executive Branch of the federal government …… largely in the DOJ and the 3-letter agencies ….. and they continue to ply their treasonous wares, dangerously unabated.
Under the orders from the Commander-in-Chief, Elon and D.O.G.E should re-enter those departments and remove the thousands of those employees who weaponized the Executive Branch of the federal government against its citizens for the past 8 years in addition to doing D.O.G.E.’s other audit work (contracts, SOP – rules and guidelines, total inventory of hardware / software, companies owned or controlled, etc.). Charges to follow.
You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you actually believe any of this is going to happen.
How do you prove that “thousands of employees weaponized the Executive Branch of the federal government against its citizens for the past 8 years”? That is 100% subjective unless there is hard evidence, which I doubt there is.

From Vanity Fair no less:
WHAT ROSS PEROT GOT RIGHT ABOUT AMERICA
Perot, who ran the most successful third-party presidential campaign in 80 years, stayed independent-minded until the end. To flout prevailing opinion carries a high price, and he endured a lot of abuse for standing alone. But Perot looks a good deal better in hindsight than many of his critics.
JULY 9, 2019
https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/07/what-ross-perot-got-right-about-america
To read some of the coverage of Perot from that year is to be reminded of how much the U.S. press detests populism in any form, no matter who’s peddling it. The New Yorker and the New York Times and numerous other publications signaled their distaste and alarm, and one could read comparisons between Perot and figures like Péron and Mussolini. “Perot is the closest American approximation of fascism ever to have a real shot at the Oval Office,” warned the New Republic. It’s no wonder that Perot, whatever dictatorial streaks he might have had, was taken aback by the vehemence of opposition he triggered.
The heart of the Perot message concerned deficits, a central focus of the 1990s. Whether we were deluded back then, when it was fashionable to care about balanced budgets, or are deluded now, when it’s fashionable to be unconcerned about them, deficits no longer take center stage when it comes to people’s concerns. But Perot’s message about the middle class getting squeezed and ignored resonated as much then as it did 24 years later, and his stances on trade and war were, in the eyes of many, vindicated to a large degree in the decades that followed. Perot opposed the North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, warning of a loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to outsourcing. He also disagreed with the decision to go to war with Iraq under George H.W. Bush, even though it had proved to be a popular course of action. Trade and war were two of Trump’s major heresies when he took on the establishment of Republicans and Democrats.
To flout prevailing opinion carries a high price, and Perot endured a lot of abuse for standing alone. When Perot went toe-to-toe with Al Gore in a debate over NAFTA, in 1993, he argued that it would cause a lot of U.S. jobs to be sent to Mexico, with large trade deficits to boot, and would hurt both sides. Gore fired back with arguments that have been used many times since against the outlier: that the experts know better and that dissenters are fools or demagogues. Perot was defying “every living Nobel Prize winner in economics, conservatives, liberals, everyone in between,” Gore said. He was “attempting to bring out the politics of fear.” And, what’s more, the United States was finally running a trade surplus with Mexico, and NAFTA would “by removing those barriers, greatly accelerate” that trend. The next day, almost every media outlet declared Gore the runaway victor and Perot the big loser.
But Perot looks a good deal better today than many of his critics and opponents.
This is very interesting and took place five years before he ran for Prez where he dropped out from July to October despite polling at 39% (versus 31% for Bush and 25% for Clinton) because he feared, based upon his sources, “dirty tricks” involving the CIA from DEFINITELY CIA front man (see below) GHW Bush, that drop out greatly harming his campaign.
Perot’s Private Probes
4 May 1987
https://time.com/archive/6709091/perots-private-probes/
A cold rain was falling on Washington late one night about a month ago, when a knock sounded on the door of a retired U.S. intelligence agent. On the former spook’s stoop stood a rail-thin, jug-eared man in a soaking-wet business suit. “Hello,” said the visitor, thrusting out a hand. “I’m Ross Perot, and we have some things to talk about.”
Yes, it was the Texas billionaire, once more demonstrating his flair for melodrama. At times riding around the Washington area in a battered Volkswagen with drooping fenders (a “perfect disguise,” he once chortled to the driver), at times relying on the reports of his investigators, H. Ross Perot has used his vast wealth (estimated at about $2.5 billion or so) to launch his own private probe into a network of former CIA agents and military officials. The normally blunt and outspoken Perot has been vague and secretive about his allegations. But he has doggedly pursued his probe, pressing his case in a way that is both puzzling and nettlesome to the Administration.
The Texas superpatriot has become an almost legendary figure because of his flair for entrepreneurial triumphs and daring international intrigues. He made his first $350 million in 1968 by taking public the computer service company he founded, Electronic Data Systems. The following year he flew to Southeast Asia in an unsuccessful attempt to deliver food and Christmas gifts to Americans imprisoned in North Viet Nam. From then on, Perot’s concern about American POWs and MIAs in Viet Nam has been close to an obsession. Among his other escapades was the 1979 rescue he organized of two EDS employees who had been jailed in Iran; the mission was later dramatized in the TV mini-series On Wings of Eagles. In business, Perot sold EDS to General Motors, then became such an outspoken critic of the car company’s management that GM last year paid $700 million to buy out his interest and shut him up.
Among the targets of Perot’s current probe are some whose names have surfaced in connection with Iranscam. He has been looking into the alleged links between ex-CIA Agents Thomas Clines and Theodore Shackley, retired Generals Richard Secord and John Singlaub, Iranian-born Businessman Albert Hakim and other former and present Government officials going back to the early 1960s. “I think we’ll conclude that Admiral Poindexter and Colonel North were bit players,” he told the Washington Post two weeks ago, “and the major characters were people who were in the weapons business for years, some of whom had CIA connections.”
BTW, although not the main point of the video, some very, VERY interesting JFK assassination related stuff in here.

Interesting? I guess the arrogance of the illegal is coming home to roost. Aside from the fact we the people in America should not have to adjust our lives and travel routes for a Mexican holiday celebrated in America.

Paging RFK Jr. Paging RFK Jr. What’s the response here?
These deaths are on you… and Trump, by extension.
They are not dying of measles.
Back in the 60’s getting the measles, mumps, and chicken pox was part of growing up, even with the vaccines, and I too did not hear of one child dying from them
What are they dying from, pray tell?
One child died after she got some type of bacterial infection after she had the measles and the doctors did not follow protocol and gave her the incorrect antibiotics even after they knew it. Medical malpractice.
A: the Narrative
One thought and the headline as posted in the above link, is misleading…click the link and this is what one sees (https://www.the-express.com/news/health/168546/measles-outbreak-texas-surpasses-500-unvaccinated):
Measles outbreak in Texas surpasses 500 cases, majority in unvaccinated children
…the need for vaccination often emanates from people coming here, from third world countries where sanitation is poor/non existent and also people living in very close quarters. TB is a good example, too but no one is crying about that as the TB headlines imply its adults that get TB….only ‘the children’ seem to get measles. The article makes no reference as to the immigrant status of said cases.
On your 18th birthday, it seems one then becomes immune?
I have a brief memory of an outbreak that was traced to Disney Land in CA.
isn’t it odd they are in Texas….the walk across the border state. The state where they bussed and flew in millions of illegals without asking anything about a vaccine. How many more are in our interior that have not been vacinnated?
No. “The Incredible Husk” imported a bunch of dirty riffraff who carry diseases. Send them back to whatever rathole birthed ‘em. You can go with, and make sure no one needs a powdered bottom on the way back home.
If you think they’re dying of measles with no underlying conditions… I have ocean front property in AZ you would absolutely love!
Measles can be a very dangerous disease.

have we learned nothing from the ‘safe and effective’ scam?
just stop it already
no healthy children are dying from measles, none, not one, and certainly not hundreds
measles may present an issue in someone with serious pre-existing comorbidities, but is no threat to the healthy
even those in the convid scam that supposedly died of the fake flu, even that population of poor souls, on average, had 3.8 SERIOUS pre-existing comorbidities before contracting the virus
at this point in time, anybody still falling for these fake morbidity numbers are beyond help and likely still lining up for the litany of poisonous jabs
nothing personal, but go disseminate your uneducated falsehoods somewheres else
It’s all lies in an attempt to get people to take the vaxx.
https://www.europereloaded.com/?s=measles
When I was a kid every one got the measles and no one died. Probably the vaccine for measles is killing them. I was a kid before all those vaccines and we got the measles we got the mumps and we got the chicken pox..and we are a lot healthier than these kids today will ever be because they got all these vaccines and developed no immunity.
a why exactly would it be either Kennedy’s or Trump’s. They didn’t let people come into our country with whatever disease they carry.
For the record,
Understand that President Trump could have ended ALL this BS with ONE EO three weeks ago.
My friend Brenda, a 60 yo widow without a car, just got a three day eviction notice…
From a rundown efficiency…
If she gets tossed on the street…
That will be the end of this Presidency.
In God We Trust
{All others pay cash}

Fear not
huh?
I have questions: Why did she get evicted? Is the basis for the eviction something that carried the consequence of eviction?
This assertion in your comment needs a little unpacking: “If she gets tossed on the street…That will be the end of this Presidency.”
I’m an 81 year old widow who understands that (1) if I don’t pay my bills; (2) if I run up speeding tickets I am not able to pay; and, (3) if I violate enough of the HOA’s goofy rules…..with regard to all three of these, there WILL be consequences.
…..and me being an 81 year old widow will not directly have anything to do with the situation.
Other questions: How can her difficulties end this presidency?
If your comment is just a result of extreme frustration and inability to help Brenda on a personal level, then re-read the last two lines of every comment you make: Trust God. Fear not.
Evictions are under local control. The federal government has no business deciding who and who does not get evicted.
So you’re taking her in, right?
Ended what, with what EO? I am not connecting the dots between your friends eviction and what you believe the president should be doing?
Go deal with it on a local level. This is not federal government policy.
Empty out one of your bedrooms and let her move in. That would be the Christian thing to do. Or you and others from your prayer group can pool your money together and get her another place.
Maybe your church can help her out.
Do God’s Good Work and help her instead of blaming it on PDJT.
Unless she pays every three days, that can’t happen. Is she living in a motel?

This tariff affair was a major cockup by the Trump administration. The White House is trying to spin it by saying it was some Art of the Deal 800D chess move, but it was obviously just an impulsive, dumb move. Trump needs better advisors and he needs a few lessons in international trade and macroeconomics. This isn’t just my opinion. Trump has made a few really bad moves now. See The Duran’s analysis. They’ve been long-time Trump enthusiasts who want to see Trump succeed like I do who are finding many of the decisions Trump has been making difficult to watch:
The only thing wrong with “America and tariffs” is that we have been paying them but not imposing them. The table of tariffs that you saw in Trump’s hands was basically 50% of the tariffs we have been paying to those countries.
1. Tariffs are taxes that domestic consumers pay for imported goods. If another nation imposes tariffs on our exports, the citizens of that nation pay the tariff when they buy our goods, not us.
2. Trump’s table didn’t show what tariffs other countries impose on their citizens for buying our goods. What it showed was a ratio of how much countries import from us and export to us expressed as a percentage. Trump and his advisors simply assume that if a nation runs a trade surplus with us, the reason must be that they’re imposing tariffs on our goods, which is an entirely faulty assumption.
Our trade deficit doesn’t exist because other nations are screwing us. It exists primarily for two interrelated reasons. One is that the US dollar is the world’s reserve currency, and the other is that the federal government consistently runs big trade deficits. Trump is keen to protect the US dollar’s reserve currency status and he clearly has no intention of reducing the federal budget deficit (see for example his recent decision to hike the defense budget to $1 trillion per year – so much for draining the swamp), so Trump’s own policies guarantee that we will continue running a big trade deficit.
WRONG. Tariffs are incentives.
The businesses who are trying to get their products into the USA can
Eat the cost of the tariff and not pass it on to the US consumers.
Eat some of the cost of the tariff and pass the rest on to the consumers.
Pass on ALL of the cost of the tariff to the consumers and hope that they will purchase your product.
Move your factory to the USA, hire Americans, pay no tariff, and get 15% corporate tax rate.
Move your factory from high tariff country to lower tariff country and recalculate the above 4 scenarios.
No, the list that President Trump was holding was not the tariffs that the US has been paying on goods.
It was figured by using the deficit balance of trade divided by the amount the country bought from us. That is very different from the tariff they charged. The difference was called “non-tariff trade barriers” which is an imaginary number that nobody has any ability to put an actual number on.
Actually, you are partially correct. Not a pure tariff, but the calc included the tarrif, VATs, quotas, currency manipulation, and other trade barriers including the trade imbalance. So, not as simple as you quoted.

Hahaha… all the Monday morning quarterbacks.
What do you think would have happened had Trump just started with an announcement of universal 10% tariffs, plus some additionals, plus big China tariffs?
Nearly 8o countries are bending the knee to renegotiate their trade with us, companies are hustling to repatriate, and the stock market is happy notwithstanding this and that Trump has in fact tariffed the world.
.
Tariffs are a tax on foreign corporations and their importers. They may or may not be fully passed on to consumers. In most cases, tax-free domestic alternatives are available, or soon will be, which means your neighbors will have good jobs enabling them to purchase goods and services from you, too.
PDT is using tariffs for many good reasons and tailoring them accordingly, but it is much bigger than tariffs alone.
And the most important reason is to expose and destroy the satanic Child Slavery Ring that underpins the Corrupt Money System, praise God!
Isaiah 49:
24-26 Can plunder be retrieved from a giant,
prisoners of war gotten back from a tyrant?
But God says, “Even if a giant grips the plunder
and a tyrant holds my people prisoner,
I’m the one who’s on your side,
defending your cause, rescuing your children.
And your enemies, crazed and desperate, will turn on themselves,
killing each other in a frenzy of self-destruction.
Then everyone will know that I, God,
have saved you—I, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
Amen!

I have an idea – why dont you move to the EU or China and report back on the realities. Good luck!
Besides other countries perhaps his tariff actions was also aimed at American companies. 🤔
You’d think that, by now, second guessing Trump’s ability to make deals and assuming it’s a “cockup” instead of *gasp* actual strategy would make one pause. But you aren’t that guy, are you?
You’re just a malcontent trying to stir up trouble. Even if the execution wasn’t perfect, at least he’s doing something. I work in manufacturing, and not one President has done ANYTHING. Tariffs can have a remarkable effect. You can sit here all day and yap about how they’re a tax, they drive up prices, but I’ve seen them work effectively. They’ve opened avenues for us here in the USA and make it possible to source domestic products. They also will encourage companies to move out of China, which is a major win. You’re completely underestimating that point. I’m actually in favor of leaving a high tariff on China permanently, as this will cause companies to relocate to Vietnam, Mexico, and other Asian countries.
Sometimes good measures cause short-term pain. This notion that we can’t make any sacrifices is ridiculous and short-sighted. I can assure you that from a manufacturing standpoint, we will see long-term benefit. It has only been a couple of weeks, and my company is already seeing realignment and changes. The alternative is that we can sit back and allow China to continue unchecked. If you think we’re experiencing pain now, you haven’t seen anything yet.
I would also point out that everyone is missing the big picture, focusing on tariffs as an ECONOMIC measure, forgetting that “EconomicSecurity is National Security”.
All but extreme isolationists recognise America has NATIONAL interests that extend beyond our borders.
We don’t want other countries harboring terrorists, developing WMD, Allowing illegal trafficing (drugs, guns, humans, etc.) thru their country, invading their neighbors or instigating instability, etc.
So, we want to exert our influence, short of invasion, to get them to do what we want them to do.
Instead of exerting this soft power, thru USAID spending billions and outside the Presidents control, he just threatens to tariff them and presto, 38,000 troops to secure the border, presto Panama withdraws from Belt and Road, …
Fact is, it is stupid to embargo Iran, because then we have no leverage.
Its far better to establish normal relations, let their economy become dependant on selling to us,…THEN we have leverage.
Ditto for N. Korea. Actually cutting off all trade is the threat, but you want to use it seldom if ever.
Tariffs is about a lot more than just economics and jobs, its about National Security and vital interests.
