So far we have seen nothing close to that kind of solidarity and team play by Republicans. They all work to their own selfish interests from the RINO’s to the strict conservatives like Massie, to at least 2 two Supreme Court justices. If the Republican can’t get it together this country is doomed.

I do believe personal presence at meetings, hearings, and voting on legislation is important and should be the general rule. We allow exceptions understanding that to do so is fair. Since Covid, and with new technology, zoom calls, we have adjusted to different meeting “styles” and “locations”. Some businesses are better able to use these than others. Whether a member is physically in chambers or present on the floor, neither location guarantees an intelligent, hardworking, honest, industrious elected representative. Representative Luna seeks to give constituents whose representative cannot travel to DC (pregnancy, a new born baby) an alternative way to “appear” so that they can continue to represent their constituents.

Congress women should not be having babies and continuing their work in Congress. They need to put their young children first and return to congress when the children are old enough to go to school. They are not good candidates for congress when they are prepared to put themselves and their involvement in Congress ahead of their children and family.
Just put a limit on the number of times a judge can be overturned.
When they exceed that number they are no longer eligible to serve on the bench.
That will stop the unconstitutional rulings that the judge imposes, knowing that it will be overturned later.

Is the make up of the appellate courts (the ones that might overturn a district judge’s ruling) any better than the rogue district court judges? Seeing how most were former district court judges would they possible not overturn their district judge friends because they know that they would reach their overturn limit? Or overturn more often those judges with different ideology or “code of conduct” than themselves?
How many extra cases would the Supreme court be willing to have to take up to have final say to overturn or agree with appellate and/or district court judges?
