I don’t know. Hate speech laws drive me nuts. To me, “hate speech” isn’t it isn’t even a real thing. Its a construct of the thought police. However, if you threaten or incite or act upon those words, it is something different.
You can say “I hate jews”. Or jews have too much influence in American culture and politics. Or Israel is an ethno-state (it is), and AIPAC has too much pull and seeks to control our foreign policy. Or Jews have more allegiance to Israel, and no foreigner, ethnic, or religious group as citizens or residents should put any country above ours. Or Israel hasn’t done enough towards peace in the ME, ect, ect, ect. Whatever, I don’t care. None of that should be illegal. There is truth to such statements. But to flip it and say its anti-X (insert any group), and is therefore hate speech, and therefore illegal is dangerous ground to tread. To me, its no different than what the UK is doing regarding Muslims.
I honestly think if one thing can cleave support from Trump and the agenda that we must forward, it is this. If I’m checking boxes, this wouldn’t be the deal breaker for me. But for many that recently crossed lines, it is.

I’m sorry, but I just don’t buy the sincerity of the current Washington rapprochement with Kremlin, not after 80 years of villainization of Russia through every means possible, whether it’s Hollywood, proxy wars, attempts to coup governments, pitting former allies against it, or the infamous “The Grand Chessboard.”
So far, after analyzing all the data available today, it looks like smoke and mirrors facade in front of impending direct confrontation with Russia in the near future. It’s more likely that the Trump administration is pushing and subverting Europe to re-arm and spend more on defense, because the US can’t carry this burden alone.
Trump’s actions so far have proven that he’s not the president for peace. His beef with Zelensky is personal and spans back to his previous presidency, and the fact that he appears to want to turn away from Ukraine doesn’t necessarily mean that he wants to turn towards Russia.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court election taking place next Tuesday is a naked attempt by Leftists to continue to make judges political actors who change public policy to challenge legislators and governors. The Left’s candidate has promised to gerrymander U.S. House districts in Wisconsin to favor Democrats if she is elected. She promises to make a judicial political power play to switch two Republican districts to Democrat districts.
America must destroy these tyrants pretending to be “unbiased” jurists. Judges in America are OUT OF CONTROL.
Not suggesting this is not an important election for the people in Wisconsin, but the WI supreme court doesn’t draw legislative boundaries. The WI House and Senate do that and they are both controlled pretty favorably by republicans. In the last state supreme court race two or so years ago, the GOP voters stayed home and the republican candidate got embarrassed. Because Americans have heard that federal judges are appointed for life terms their entire lives, they have simply assumed it was correct. They assume Article III of the Constitution grants judges the right to remain on the bench for life, once politically appointed. But what’s the foundation for this assumption?
They also assume that the only way to remove a bad judge from the bench is via congressional impeachment, because they have heard this their whole lives too.
Lifetime Appointment?
The terms “lifetime appointment” or “appointment for life” do not appear in Article III. Instead, Article III says “The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.”
It’s this text that creates a presumption that these partisan political appointees can serve for life. But…only “during good Behavior.”
Article III does not specify any specific term time for federal judges at all, instead establishing a condition “good Behavior” as the limit of their term.
If judges are only allowed to serve “during good Behavior,” then they are not allowed to continue serving “during bad Behavior.” A time frame of service does not exist in Article III, just a condition of service. It’s just a presumption that a judge can serve for life, so long as they do so “during good Behavior.”
What is “Bad Behavior?”
First, what is “good Behavior” in the case of these judges?
Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:
“I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”
When a judge performs in a manner consistent with the Oath of Office they took upon swearing in, they are demonstrating “good Behavior.” But when they are performing in a manner inconsistent with, or in direct opposition to the Oath they took, they are demonstrating “bad Behavior,” and as a result, they no longer have a right to remain in their position. It’s just that simple…
Impeachment Upon Bad Behavior?
Again, there is no language in Article III prescribing impeachment as the means of removing a bad actor from the courts, or limiting a solution for bad actors on the bench, to impeachment.
1. I will administer justice without respect to persons
2. and do equal right to the poor and to the rich
3. I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States, so help me God.
When a judge fails to perform in this manner, they are demonstrating bad Behavior.

If not Impeachment, then What?

When a judge fails to perform under the Oath of Office they are sworn to, is that “bad behavior” and an act of “treason?” Is waging a war against the Constitution and Bill of Rights a form of waging war against the United States and the American people? Are there two or more witnesses to their actions?
· Is an overt effort of the unelected branch to usurp the powers of the two elected branches “waging war” against the United States?
· Is the partisan weaponization of the 3rd branch targeting political opponents a form of “waging war” against the United States and more than 77-million Americans who elected the President?
· Is claiming to create laws via court opinions, when the Constitution grants sole lawmaking powers to the legislative branch alone, a form of “waging war” against the United States?
· Is using the court to protect foreign invaders, known violent gang members and foreign terrorists, “aiding and abetting enemies of the United States” against the best interests of the American people, a form of “waging war” against the United States?
YOU the People are the final arbiters in this regard. If you say these actions among others detrimental to the United States are indeed acts of “treason,” then they are…

There is another important reason that Judge Boasberg should not have jurisdiction of any civil rights case, including the tren de aragula case.
Judge Boasberg was appointed the chief judge of the secret “Star Chamber” FISA Court, which permitted and renewed (3 times), full, high tech secret spying without notice, on the entire republican party, via the 2-step rule. That is, Boasberg approves, relies on, and executes FISA Warrants in a secret court which gives no notice of a right OF US CITIZENS to contest illegal, political spying in violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments. In the Carter Page case, any republican who even just got an email from the Trump campaign was effectively covered by the FISA 2-jump rule, to secret spying and surveillance despite the 4th and 5th Amandments. The FISA law passed by Congress does not provide for any defense counsel, or even any notice to any US CITIZEN covered by the spying order. Judge Boasberg had such little concern with actual lying for the purpose of obtaining the Page warrant, (while the FISA court has an admittedly extreme burden to protect civil rights), that he only gave a handslap to the perpetrator who lied to get the warrant. The FISA court has an admittedly extreme burden to protect civil rights because the defendants have no notice of the hearing, there are no defense counsel (even generic defense counsel such as might be provided by counsel of the office of the President) and US Citizens are the defendants. YET THE FISA LAW OPERATED BY BOASBERG ACCEPTS MERE REPRESENTATIONS FROM A LIAR, TO ISSUE (AND RENEW 3 TIMES) violations of the 4th and 5th Amendments against tens/hundreds of thousands of US CITIZENS. And there is NO APPEAL process for the grant of the spy orders on tens/hundreds of thousands of US Citizens (in the case of 2-steps to the entire republican party who got a campaign email). Yet Boasberg shows no concern for civil rights under the FISA Law, for hearing, representation, or appeal for US CITIZENS.
Both the FISA LAW and the ALIEN TERRORIST law are ‘justified’ by ‘national security’. But according to Boasberg, the FISA statute is just fine without representation, appeal, contested hearings, when applied to thousands upon thousands of unknowing US Citizens who are not foreign alien gang members. But the Alien Terrorist law also passed by Congress requires notice and hearings with defense counsel to protect illegal alien violent gangs? The FISA law only requires the say-so of the unelected DOJ/FBI (known to alter evidence), while th eAlien Terrorist law requires (elected) finding by the elected head of the Entire Executive branch of the government.
IMHO, this (with other behavior such as handling of the epps and clinesmith cases) clearly his shows extreme bias against PDJT/republicans, inconsistent and unequal application of the law, evidencing lack of ‘good behavior’ required of judges under the Constitution.

There are still some Judges with “good behavior”. But the lawfare plaintiffs seem able to select the ones who have “bad behavior”, when they are supposed to be randomly selected. Judges avoiding random case selection are exibiting “bad behavior” sufficient by itself for Congressional impeachment. Congress needs to investigate and interrogate those responsible for carrying out and enforcing random selection, which seems to be voided by the Boasberg case assignments.
Also, I thought that the DoJ was ordered by PDJT to seek the security funds from plaintiffs in all TRO and injuncrion cases required by Rule 65. The costs of being wrong about expelling violent terrorist gang members could be quite large. Costs of return, costs of potential criminal gang activity, etc. I didn’t see that the DOJ requested such protection for the taxpayers/USGovernment in the Boasberg case

Earlier today in this presidential thread, I posted an interview between Senator Markwayne Mullin and Nick Freitas on the topic of rescission. Mullin also highlighted how there has to be an aggressive pace established to be able to pass single topic budget bills and not set up more shutdown fights that result in CRs of the previous administrations spending.
As Massie said during a recent podcast with Ron Paul, there is regular congressional election this year or next in which we could hope for larger majorities. Now is the time to work with the majorities we currently have.

I can’t get the first part but the second part of their chant is “people die.” If Elon Musk uses his talents to cut waste, fraud and abuse, it’s killing people. How did they (rhetorical question) ever get this sense of entitlement that they can randomly attack other citizens – their property, their right to travel, work or speak – for not mooing along in deference to the left’s superiority?
