Within every interview there are always nuggets that help put perspective on the interpersonal dynamics. One of the nuggets within this interview is Wiles sharing how she came to be in the original orbit of President Trump.
According to Wiles she was “asked by a mutual friend” to travel to New York and meet with candidate Trump in “late December 2015.” That timeline would be post-Fox Debate (Megyn Kelly attempted hit – Aug ’15) when President Trump was leading every republican primary poll and became the enemy of the professional Republican establishment. She is very likable, but with that said, I’d like to know who that mutual friend was. That was a critical time when the establishment was desperate to stop him and we know a lot of people around him were Rinos.
The other thing that bothered me was her conversation she said she had with him in 2021 where she told him he was mistaken about something he believed happened that she said was not true. It sounded like she may have been talking about the 2020 election being stolen.
It’s sounds like she may have one foot still in the Rino camp. Time will tell. After all that has happened, it’s hard to trust any of the people who surround him.

I think Lara asked Susie about the hardest thing she ever had to tell PDJT, and Susie responded that in 2021, she had to tell him that what he thought was true was, in fact, not true.

What I distinctly remember being revealed in coverage of her (the connotation seemed to indicate a surprise/out of left field) ultimate selection was completely focused on the early reappearance of Cory Lewandowski coming in from the cold in 2024, as part of early team candidates under consideration. Apparently whatever faction was already backing Wiles objected to Lewandowski’s [presumption] in assuming he would hold a role and degree of influence in the 2nd Trump administration similar to those he had held in the first.
I also recall it being reported that Wiles had issued Trump an “it’s him or me” ultimatum in a private conversation, and that Trump was subsequently quoted as telling Lewandowski, “This is the way it has to be,” when giving Cory the bad news that she was now [the new gatekeepereper] in charge.
Although I have no citations to back this up, it is no surprise to me that this story had a short shelf-life.
My observation has been that Trump’s wheels grind exceeding fine, and I will always see this as a typical Trump gesture of kindness/acknowledgement for what Cory had done for him in the past.

Document the actual decisions and advice that is being given to PDJT. Then document how he is using/leveraging or playing on that advice. This interview was just about how Lara Trump respected and liked how Trump and Wiles interacted together. Lara said she saw improvement in how Trump handles stuff now, and thought it had something to do with Wiles helping Trump.
Wiles answered that she didn’t think she had anything to do with how Trump changed. She thought is was the two attempts on Trump’s life that changed Trump (not her).
Lara was respectful of Wiles.
People who watch the health establishment, and particularly the CDC, are saying that the pick to replace the withdrawn David Weldon nomination, Susan Monarez, was a terrible choice and a huge victory for the drug companies, which have accomplished an extreme version of “regulatory capture” on the CDC, which for all intents and purposes is a division of Pfizer. They also say that Suzy Wiles lobbied for Monarez.
Another guy who is not MAGA and who should not be in the administration, much less in the critical position of National Security Advisor, is Mike Waltz, who just tried, in a very ham-fisted and obvious way, to take down Pete Hegseth. Was Waltz also a Susie Wiles pick? Who was behind the Bondi pick? I’m starting to have grave doubts about Susie Summerall.

I don’t trust Susie and also both Susie and Lara have the fake Botox going on in their faces and probably a slight face lift. I don’t like fake. It’s hard to read their facial expressions without being distracted . Plus the fake breasts and waist on Lara when the camera zooms out is too distracting and fake. It takes away from the messaging and discussion by both ladies. The fake looks are probably ok in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Palm Beach, and Hollywood but not in middle America.
I was wondering about that myself. Neither one of them had forehead wrinkles when relating how surprised they were about something. I sat here trying to be surprised without any eyebrow lift and couldn’t do it. Maybe I just need practice….

I enjoyed and was impressed by the interview. First time hearing S Wiles. Here’s my first take:
How can she not, at one time, have been in the Political Establishment, growing up as the “Press Secretary” of Pat Summerall. I’m 63 and can still hear Summerall’s iconic voice. Her dad’s Life progression mirrored our nations and she administered tough love to her alcoholic father and he recovered and thanked her. Sort of what our country needs right now.
Have faith. People change, usually for the better. My College Roommate’s first job was with Pfizer. Lots of good people worked in organizations with deep ties to the Deep State/Ruling Class. Successful people change over time as they acquire wisdom and emotional intelligence. Trump and Wiles are not the same people that they were in 1985 or 2016 or even May, 2024. She said her philosophy has evolved and today she wants to help PDJT and the MAGA movement help Americans, our nation and her “kids and Grandkids.” Thank God they have the Power to do that.

I listened to the entire interview. Being “suspicious” of Wiles is more a result of not trusting Trump’s picks, than anything she actually said. The left is trying to break his group which isn’t surprising since they have held together remarkably well. I choose not to help them.
Love to see a woman with good instincts helping the President. However, I did not like her comment about the hardest thing she had to tell President Trump…maybe I misunderstood. I hope so…
