Nearly six years have passed since Volodymyr Zelensky was elected president of Ukraine, yet he still cringes at all the polished brass and chandeliers that crowd his office. The place does seem rather gaudy, like a room plucked straight from Mar-a-Lago, and Zelensky can’t seem to stop apologizing for it as he shows me around one evening in March. He would rather scrap the furniture, he says, rip down the pilasters, and use white paint to hide the gold leaf on the ceiling.

The one that hangs above his bed shows a Russian warship sinking into the Black Sea. Another shows Ukrainian troops fighting recently on Russian territory. The third, Zelensky’s favorite, shows the Kremlin engulfed in flames. “Each one’s about victory,” he says as we cram into the space for a look at the pictures. “That’s where I live.”

Start with just the DC District Court and eliminate the court of Boasberg, Contreras, Cooper, Chutkan, Moss, Mehta, Cobb. Reyes, Alikhan, Ali, and Sooknanan.
This will leave only Trump appointed judges in one district.

Deconstructing the Fed. gov. overreach, by applying the 10A, shows that in the vast majority of instances, the Federal Govt. hasn’t needed to bully the States, our State elected representatives willingly ceded powers to the Fed. Govt. that it otherwise had no authority over.
On the other hand, when one or more States DO stand up and resist Federal Govt. overreach, the Feds bluster,..and then quietly back down in most cases.
There are two routes to exception to Federal pre-emption in regards immigration.
One is right in immigrstion law, where it specifically recognises that issueing businesses licences is wholly a State Power, not under any Federal preemption.
In other words, States COULD require business tax licence holders to provide proof of immigration status for all employees, if they chose.
The other is when a State Governor issues a Declaration of Invasion, and the Constitution states he then has additional powers, including collecting “tonnage fees” (tariffs) on all goods coming into the State, forming a standing army/navy, entering into interstate compacts, all to combat the invasion.
Neither gives the State power to ignore the Fed Gov. or its immigration authority.

President Donald Trump’s administration brought its bid to purge the federal workforce to the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday, challenging a judicial directive to rehire thousands of fired government employees and arguing that the judge overstepped his authority.
In its filing, the Justice Department said that Alsup’s order lets the plaintiffs in the case “hijack the employment relationship between the federal government and its workforce,” violating the separation of power between the judiciary and executive branches of the government.
These two branches as well as the legislative branch – Congress – were established as coequal in the U.S. Constitution in order to provide checks and balances to the power they wield.
“This court should stop the ongoing assault on the constitutional structure before further damage is wrought,” the department added.
Trump, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and other members of his administration have accused a number of federal judges who have issued orders impeding the Republican president’s actions of judicial overreach at the expense of presidential authority.
“If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” Trump wrote in that post.
The Justice Department told the Supreme Court in Monday’s filing that lower courts have issued than 40 judicial orders impeding its policies “without sufficient regard for limits on their own jurisdiction or to defects in plaintiffs’ representations about the law and the underlying facts.”
It won’t stop until it’s made to stop, and that’s by impeaching judges.

President Donald Trump will reportedly decide on National Security Advisor Mike Waltz’s future over the next couple days.
What do you think should happen following today’s report in The Atlantic?
POLITICO reports that WH Press Sec. Karoline Leavitt said Trump still has confidence in Waltz, which if that holds, could indicate he’s here to stay.
The decision is ultimately up to Trump.
