As a political pundit Mrs Bondi is an effective communicator as she outlines how Judge Boasberg made her work on weekends. However, as the head of the United States Dept of Justice, those political skillsets just don’t transfer to legal acumen. What we end up with is performance #69. WATCH:

Sherlock also sent them electronic copies of all the court cases and related documents supporting his work.
Sherlock advised Bailey by email to look at Mann Act implications of bringing sex abuse victims out of Missouri to abortion providers in nearby states. He also told Bailey to prosecute Planned Parenthood staffers for their many hundreds of violations of mandated reporting laws to secure money for abortions and birth control and VD visits by girls beneath the age of consent.
Sherlock also advised them to allow abortions for rape, incest, and life of the mother (and make them be done in hospitals, not unsanitary holes with a lack of drugs, medical gear, and qualified medical staff), as such a proviso would help the pro-life cause at the polls and still kill the abortion racket in MO. Why? Because Planned Parenthood and other abortionists couldn’t survive on 10% of their previous volume max even if they could continue doing abortions in their fleabag facilities.
Bailey and the boys and girls ignored all of it because they were afraid of such a bombshell of a report.
The Abortion Lobby won the election in Nov 2024 on Missouri’s abortion laws. A couple of days later, Sherlock got a panicked call from an assistant AG in MO. The woman attorney said the individual officeholders were facing being sued personally as well as for the offices they held. Only when they were facing getting sued personally did they magically care. Sherlock helped the assistant AG put together a case showing why Missouri authorities had the right and duty to regulate abortion as a matter of public safety. On this, the state prevailed in court against Planned Parenthood, even though the amendment they got by the voters was set to remove abortion from the same scrutiny that other surgeries and pill dispensings get.
The GOP AGs of OH, IN, and FL are similarly weak, according to Sherlock. And he says there are a lot of young entitled nimrods in the Texas AG’s office also.
Maybe it’s time to talent-hunt elsewhere for competent AG and US Attorney help.

Add to that a district court system intentionally loaded with obstructionist leftists. House impeachment of those judges is just a slap on the wrist if not removed from the bench by a 2/3 vote of the Senate which will never happen.
So, we can’t trust the SCOTUS to rule correctly and can’t get rid of the obstructionist district judges. Check mate.

There were at least six federal judges in the Washington DC District and Appeals Court who incorrectly ruled that President Trump had NO PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY or Privilege whatsoever. Those judges were:

I am not a lawyer, but I do know that you have to establish a case with evidence to bring charges that can sustain a conviction.
This includes grand juries in (D) swampland USA and gathering evidence, etc.

Just let President Trump cut the budget for the federal courts by 50% across the board.
Why not? If he can slash the federal budget for USAID and the Department of Education then he can slash budget for federal judges.
When Boasberg, Chutkan, Metha and Howell have to fire their clerks, secretaries and move into a warehouse instead of their plush offices which are being sold they will get the message!
