Someone yesterday reported that right after the Putin-Trump phone call, Russia attacked energy facilities. Not true.
Today, it is reported that at the time that President Putin ordered the end of attacks on infrastructure, there were 7 drones in the air headed to Nikolaev.
He ordered Russian air defense to “neutralize” those drones before they hit. Six were taken down by Palantir air defense and one was taken down by a fighter jet.
But last night Ukraine conducted a strike on the energy facilities in Kuban….well after he had agreed to halt energy infrastructure strikes. This facility plays a key role in transferring oil to the pipeline system of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
As a result of a drone crash, a fire broke out, covering an area of 1,700 square meters. The Russian Foreign ministry emphasized that this act by the Kiev regime is a deliberate provocation aimed at undermining Trump’s peace initiatives.
I think we will see a lot of Zelensky breaking the ceasefire and then playing the victim.

The US approved the Israeli strikes on Gaza on Tuesday, strikes that are going to continue, while the blockade stops food, water, fuel and other humanitarian aid into Gaza. So, the US is directly responsible for the killing over Tuesday of 331 civilians. Directly.

I am guessing the US and Israel refused their construct. But we are not told the conditions of either of those proposals or how biased they were. To get some idea of how much the Bidens’ security details were costing Americans, a Daily Mail Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inquiry determined that the Secret Service spent more than $4.5 million to protect Hunter over an 18-month period between the start of 2021 and June 2022, while Biden lived in Malibu. During that stretch, the service shelled out $30,000 a month just for a villa to house their agents.
Hunter biden or his father can certainly afford to pay for his own security.

I noticed that Tucker Carlson’s reporting has been taking on more and more of an anti-Ukraine, and Zelensky slant.
Fine, if he wants to editorialize, and that’s what he believes.
He had a guest on just the other day, who was fired due to pressure from the Biden White House.

This is what I mean about a coverup. The “truth” is coming out now, “Biden and Zelensky played significant roles in provoking and escalating it”. That’s partly true, but Biden was senile and not in charge of his own presidency and we all know that, and Zelensky was not allowed to make an early peace deal by the White House, so to bring up those two out of that context is not telling the truth.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping is angry about a Hong Kong company’s plan to sell Panama Canal ports to a U.S.-led group, in part because the company didn’t seek Beijing’s approval in advance, said people familiar with the matter.
The Xi leadership originally had planned to use the Panama port issue as a bargaining chip in negotiations with the Trump administration, people close to Beijing’s decisionmaking said.
President Trump, who in the first minutes of his administration called for the U.S. to reassert control over the canal, celebrated the deal as a victory over Chinese interests in America’s backyard, turning Panama into a symbol of the U.S.-China battle for global influence.
Xi’s unhappiness suggests he, too, sees the canal that way and doesn’t like to be painted as the loser. His government republished a commentary last week describing the agreement as a betrayal of the Chinese people.
Under the deal, announced March 4, CK Hutchison, a conglomerate controlled by the family of 96-year-old Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, would sell global port assets to investors led by U.S. asset manager BlackRock for $22.8 billion. Among those assets are majority ownership and operational control of two ports in Panama, one at each end of the Panama Canal.
In Beijing, several Chinese authorities, including the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Commerce have been told to study the deal with the aim of reviewing what Beijing can do to hinder it, said a person familiar with the matter. Bloomberg earlier reported the review.
Despite Beijing’s unhappiness, it doesn’t have a simple way to halt the deal. The assets to be sold are all outside mainland China and Hong Kong, and the parties to the transaction have expressed confidence it can be completed.
The deal puts Xi in a tricky position. On one hand, Beijing has had to make clear its anger over the Hong Kong company’s move, which came without advance notice, to protect Xi’s strongman image, said the people close to decision-making. Last week, a vice minister of a Communist Party agency traditionally charged with building ties with other Communist states led a delegation to Panama aimed at deepening relations, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.

Seems like every day there are new reports of someone torching a Tesla somewhere. Do they really not understand what they are doing? Do they really not understand that every Tesla they destroy will be replaced when the insurance company buys the owner a NEW Tesla? Do they really not understand that they are INCREASING new Tesla sales and driving up the price of used Teslas (supply, meet demand)? Is Elon secretly behind this [wink wink]?

As the nuclear option has been used to appoint judges, so shall it be used to rein in judges. As such, only a simple majority in each chamber of Congress is necessary to pass this. I give you the J-REINS Act.
J-REINS Act of 2025
An Act to Rein in Excessive Judicial Overreach and Preserve Executive Authority
Section 1. Short Title
This Act may be cited as the “Judicial Restraint on Excessive Injunctions Needing Scrutiny” or “J-REINS Act.”
Section 2. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to prevent inferior federal courts from issuing nationwide injunctions that usurp or impinge upon the plenary powers of the Executive Branch, ensuring that judicial authority remains within its constitutional bounds and subject to democratic accountability.
Section 3. Limitation on Nationwide Injunctions
(a) Prohibition: No district court or circuit court of appeals may issue an injunction or equitable relief that:
(1) Applies beyond the parties and geographic jurisdiction of the issuing court; or
(2) Directly mandates or prohibits actions by the President or Executive Branch agencies in the exercise of their constitutional or statutory authority, unless expressly authorized by Congress.
(b) Scope: This limitation applies to all cases, including but not limited to immigration enforcement, personnel decisions, and regulatory funding allocations.
Section 4. Congressional Review and Approval
(a) Submission: If a federal court seeks to issue an injunction with nationwide effect or that impacts Executive plenary powers, the court must submit its proposed order to Congress within 10 days, along with a statement justifying its necessity and constitutional basis.
(b) Approval: Such an injunction shall not take effect unless approved by a joint resolution of Congress within 60 legislative days of submission. Absent congressional approval within 60 legislative days, the injunction is null and void. Pending such approval, the injunction shall apply only to the named parties in the case.
Section 5. Supreme Court Exception
This Act does not restrict the Supreme Court’s authority to issue nationwide relief, provided such relief adheres to constitutional limits on judicial power.
Section 6. Severability
If any provision of this Act is held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 7. Effective Date
This Act shall take effect 30 days after its enactment.
