As a result, Boasberg sat at the epicenter of some of the worst DC judicial decisions ever. Including the precedent of forcing VP Mike Pence to testify in a grand jury against the accused, President Donald Trump.

For those saying that impeachment cannot work because they have to be convicted in the Senate with two thirds. My opinion is that conviction doesn’t really matter. These judges have to be put through the ‘process’ of impeachment. Just having to defend themselves in front of Congress and the nation is enough of a punishment and carries a huge burden on them stressfully and financially. If they lie under oath before Congress it’s another crime.

There is a right order in our Constitutional system of divided government powers … the Judiciary making Executive decisions is not it.
Constitutional Law is based upon the Natural Rights of the people under The Laws of Nature. Freedom, Liberty, Life, the Pursuit of Happiness, are all “Natural Rights.” Government has no authority or power over Natural Law or Natural Rights.
But the government is in full control of everything and everyone via the use of British Common Law,
which makes the Judicial Branch an unelected, unaccountable, partisan appointed oligarchy able to undermine and destroy all Natural Rights of the People, via court opinions, what they claim is “case law.” Under Constitutional Law, there’s no such thing as “case law.” Only the Legislative Branch is granted any lawmaking power.
Constitutional Law and Common Law cannot coexist as a result. One is used to destroy the other.
We either have Constitutional Law, or the courts stand in violation of the Constitution itself, for using Common Law practices and procedures to destroy the inalienable Natural Rights of the people.
Last, “unalienable” and “inalienable” are not really synonymous terms. Inalienable is the correct term when discussing the Rights of the People.
That which The Laws of Nature and Nature’s God have given, no one has the power to take away. That’s what it means to be “inalienable.”
So, when we see judges or courts attempt to usurp the constitutional authority of the Executive Branch, or the Legislative Branch, these judges and courts are acting well beyond any constitutional powers or authorities granted them by the People, via Article III of the U.S. Constitution.
Such acts are…and should be declared despotic acts by the 3rd Branch, with a clear intent to undermine the constitutional authority of the other two separate independent branches of government. Federal Judges are not elected by anyone. Each is merely a partisan political appointee, chosen and appointed for their “activist” views. SCOTUS doesn’t even control their own budget. They can’t levy taxes. They can’t declare war. They can’t decide what constitutes citizenship.

Simply compel Biasberg to testify in open public hearings about his role in Lawfare and his interpretation of the Federal district court’s ability to direct the actions of the Commander in Chief, issue “nationwide injunctions” and so forth. Roberts wants to pretend impeachment of Biasberg is about a “political disagreement”. But it is not. This is a judicial coup d’etat we are witnessing. U.S. District Court judges can be charged and convicted of crimes. Unlike the U.S. President who can only be impeached and removed, federal judges can be prosecuted and convicted. I believe there is evidence, held by the Trump administration, of crimes committed by a number of federal judges.
The President is watching these desperate scoundrels walk into steel traps which can help send them to prison. If the NSA records all phone calls and Internet and cell phone messages, it is reasonable to assume overreaching judges can be proven to have committed serious crimes, and probably in conspiracy with others.

Everyone is making much of the fact that the deportees referred to are willing participants in a violent and brutal gang, and that they’ve participated in murders and torture; I’m concerned that the focus on the extreme crimes of these individuals while arguing the case in court will diminish the later argument for deportations of simple illegal entrants.
After all, we’re a sovereign nation with a national border and the right to say who gets to enter, for what purpose, and for how long. We have the right to enforce our laws, our borders, our judgment – and that right is not dependent on additional acts of crime after the initial incursion or overstay.

Timing is everything Chief Justice and we don’t have time for your archaic appellate process.these Judges are way out of their lane and acting in a partisan manner, endangering Americans. They must be held accountable. I prefer disbanding these courts to permanently remove them since impeachment is unlikely to be successful.

Save for the 3 brave Congressmen who have filed impeachment papers on at least 3 of these Marxist judges, I find the overall silence from both Houses extremely puzzling. However, I do expect that they will both play a crucial role in the ultimate purging of those corrupt justices.
RFK Jr was interviewed recently & he commented that PJDT during a private conversation with him stated that he had not expected to win in 2016, but win he did, & he was overwhelmed with the enormity of governing & the filling of thousands of governmental positions. PJDT also noted that during that time, he regrets that he relied heavily on the advice of “bad people”.
However, the forced time off gave Mr. Trump time to both reflect on the past & most important to plan ahead for the time we are now in.
I mention all of this to point out that President Trump’s cabinet appears to be not only stellar, but perhaps 1 of the all-time greatest ever assembled. And add to that the fact that PJDT was able to get ’em all confirmed indicates that our President now is fully versed on how to “play” hardball with Congress.
I firmly believe that our President is fully equipped & fully prepared to flush these evil, corrupt judicial bastards out of their power benches that they occupy. It will be an enormously heavy lift, however each of these Judical clowns’ unconstitutional intrusions on PJDT’s power will be used against them as these judges will be not only shamed & sanctioned, but ultimately arrested, imprisoned, & in the most extreme cases EXECUTED for treason & sedition!!

Roberts may be correct over the use of the courts being the construct in which to argue legal points versus impeaching those we don’t agree with, but what Judge Roberts is not owning up to is his relationship to Judge Boasberg, a clear conflict of interest whereupon Judge Roberts should not even enter into the foray. Furthermore, abuse and over reach seems to be the order of the day where some judges with a penchant for “let’s get Trump” have proven themselves to be delusional and desperate tools of the Left.
Boasberg never seems to know when to recuse himself. This seems to be a disease afflicting the judges of the DC Federal District Court. He should have recused himself from the Clinesmith case because, as the FISC judge who received Clinesmith’s falsified affidavit for a FISA warrant, Boasberg could be considered the VICTIM of Clinesmith’s counterfeit email. Victims frequently become witnesses in trials, yet there was Boasberg presiding over the trial about the time he was “victimized” by an email counterfeiter.
Boasberg should have been charged and removed from the bench for allowing falsified FISA against Trump by the lying FBI agent who only got a hand slap!!

Congress needs to limit the scope of the district courts. Democrats only need to go judge shopping to stop anything nationwide they don’t like. Then it’s 6 weeks to 6 months or longer before there’s some court resolution and even then some of the decisions are less than clear.
DC is like an old sweater ….. pull on one thread and it all just keeps unraveling…on & on & on …..

Daddy complies with an invalid court “demand” of the President of the United States. Daughter is just one of MANY conflicts of interest for the judge. Have any of these conflicts been used in the DOJ response? If Boasberg had any decency, he would cause himself to cease and desist after Laura Loomer revealed his daughter Katherine’s involvement with TDA legal assistance. Now there is so much to investigate on HER, you have to wonder where this guy keeps his brains. He AND Roberts shot themselves and our entire judicial system in the foot.
