The reason for the question is that, until entered on the Docket, a judge’s Order does not exist…

I suspect Boasberg is attempting is to calculate the location of the plane at the time of his bogus order, and if that plane was not over international waters at that time to then hold the president in contempt of court.

On Jan 20th, he issued another proclamation that he would defend the states from the invasion.

On Jan 20th, he also issued an order starting the process to name these cartels and gangs as foreign terrorist organizations, which brings a whole other bunch of laws and powers into the fray.
So, on day 1, President Trump declared an emergency at the border. Labeled it an invasion, evoked article 4 sect 4 for the federal government to defend the states from the invasion, ordered the military to secure the border, and repel the invaders. Labeled who the invaders were, started the process to declare these groups foreign terrorists and ordered all agencies in the executive department to assist in fighting the invasion.
Short of declaring war, he couldn’t have made a more legal and strong proclamation. He listed the laws and court cases he was following. His powers as CIC, chief executive, and chief law enforcement official.
The process was continued with SOS, formerly declaring these groups foreign terrorists who were invaders into the country and signing an agreement with El Salvador to house these invaders.
The kicker is that with all the federal lawsuits, none of these EOs, proclamations, and actions were enjoined because every action has already been decided by courts.
Fast forward. Now, after Trump secured funding for the process with the CR and all the other chips were laid down, he invoked the Alien Enemies act.
The left legal ground is he can’t use the AEA because we are not at war or being invaded.

Trump has already declared an invasion two months ago, which has never been questioned or enjoined, and has made numerous executive and military actions with his declaration. So, it is now official, the Chief Justice is owned by the 4th Branch and always has been. I could tell by looking at Chief Justice Robert’s head that he is a microcephallic idiot. As I recall, George W Bush selected him, so birds of a feather or whatever. I also remember that Dick Cheney found every one of George W Bush’s appointees to his Cabinet and White House Staff.
I think Cheney and the IC were connected at the hip from the beginning of Cheney’s tenure as the DoD Chief back in the late 1980’s. I think the connection to Roberts was planned by him in order to protect the 4th Branch’s sacred Patriot Act. Roberts could stop a lot of this nonsense by requiring that all injunctions or TROs with national application must be heard before a panel of three judges, including an appellate judge. (IIRC, this is how it used to be done.)

SCOTUS has the authority to enter such a rule. The rules of civil and criminal procedure, and rules of evidence are passed by Congress, but internal operating rules can be made by the courts themselves.

There are stories online showing both the wife and daughters of Judge Boasberg are making money, in jobs, funded by USAID (US taxpayers), one of those jobs finding ways to keep illegals in the USA.
Think it’s time for online sleuths to do a deep dive and see what family members of Chief Justice Roberts are making money from US taxpayers, because he just stepped up to defend a judge with obvious conflicts of interest.
The Congress can shut down the district courts, as a start, and they may want to look into impeaching Roberts.
I actually want an impeachment in the House if it means we can reveal to the whole nation what this judge did in the FISA court.
I also noticed in POTUS’ interview with Laura Ingraham tonight that POTUS surely told a fib when he said he didn’t know who this judge is.

In case it wasn’t explicit enough that the only two clauses of the left’s constitution were “thou shalt have open borders” and “All American money will be sent abroad.”

If these courts want to assert a constitutional argument that Congress appropriated this money, then let’s go all the way. USAID funding is not authorized by the Constitution.
