Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years
By the truths they stomp on shall they be known.

Curious minds wondered what was so special about the most-out-of-control, corrupt, treasonous agency in the Executive Branch that shielded it from the “transparency spotlight” that was being shown on all the other Executive Branch agencies.
After 3 weeks, during which they had thrown out the two boiler plate reasons: “protecting things that are under investigation” and “protecting secret things”, ….. those reasons didn’t hold water because they were so easy to protect and work around.
It appears that the reason patel / bondi were keeping D.O.G.E. out of the DOJ and the 3 letter agencies attached to it was to protect the biden carryover employees in those departments from being fired.
The patel / bondi team have done zero mass firings. There have been a few DOJ firings initiated by President Trump’s team, but very few firings from the patel / bondi team.
Perhaps 100 in total from the multiple thousands of Executive Branch employees over the past 8 years, who qualified for being fired, because they were involved in the weaponization of the federal government against American citizens, including President Trump.
It is day 56 of the 2025 MAGA / America First Executive Branch, the midpoint to “day 100” has been passed. There is no reason why the weaponization of the Executive Branch against the American citizens can’t be completely disbanded within the first 100 days and that includes the mass firings in the DOJ and the 3 letter agencies attached to it.
The time for the patel / bondi team’s cooperation with Elon’s D.O.G.E. crew is past due. Let them do their job to end the weaponization of the federal government against American citizens.

If a party challenges the federal appellate court, it goes to the supreme court, which can either take the case up or not. If it does, its ruling becomes the precedent.
If not, the court of appeals ruling is the highest precedent.
What has not often happened, and which should NEVER happen, is that a district court judge bypasses all of the above and makes a national ruling.
You could theoretically have 700+ bogus national rulings on the same claim or issue. At that point, the branches aren’t co-equal.

I have seen drivers that could not back up their rigs, could not walk with out stopping to get their breath to open the doors on the trailer. Being unable to speak or read English is just a small part of the problem facing the industry. This is a result of poor wages and treatment of drivers, The good ones leave if they can or work for outfits that pay and better hours etc. really a mess.
I think they should be made to drop their trailers at the Border and have the delivered by U.S. Drivers assigned at random. That would make smuggling a lot more difficult.
