The President of the United States is recognized in the U.S. Constitution as a person; the ultimate control authority within the Executive Branch of Government. President Donald J Trump is that person.
I am citing two examples below; however, the same approach applies to any information President Trump would want to release to the general public. There is absolutely no way for the Administrative State to block or impede this approach.
Dear Mr. President and White House counsel:
Understanding the ordinary process of declassifying documents or releasing information is a request and authorization to the executive officers and stakeholders of classified information. And understanding the current authorization or request for information is not ordinary because the intelligence community stakeholders and Washington DC are averse to the interests of the office of the president; here is a process to cut through the chaff and countermeasures.
The background here is that any unilateral declassification request, demand or authorization by President Trump puts him opposition to a variety of corrupt interests.
As a direct result the executive office of the president will be facing legal action, likely from unified democrats and republicans in the legislative branch. With that accepted, here is the most strategic approach.
In anticipation of litigation:
President Trump informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, that he wishes to have a full intelligence briefing on the following documents (more may be added), all documents are to be presented without a single redaction:
The full and complete records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The full and complete records relating to the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The President selects a date for this briefing and through direct orders to his chief of staff, Susie Wiles and National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz, informs the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, to advise and coordinate with all executive branch intelligence officials, who were/are stakeholders in the compartmented intelligence products as described above, of their request be present for the briefing.
The White House counsel’s office is not to be informed of the intent or purpose of the meeting; however, the Presidents’ White House counsel is requested to attend. Further, all of the compartmented intelligence is to be collectively assembled by the ODNI (Gabbard) into one volume of a singular Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB) although each set might be file boxes. There are to be eighteen printed copies of the PDB material assembled and secured for the briefing, post haste.
Additionally, the office of the president personally informs the ODNI (Gabbard) of the executives’ request to invite for the briefing each member of the legislative branch Intelligence Community oversight known as the Gang-of-Eight.
Immediately after the briefing by the executive level (cabinet) department officials, while remaining in a closed and classified session, the full and comprehensive content of this collective intelligence product will be discussed with the full assembly of the U.S. Legislative Branch Intelligence Oversight known as the Gang of Eight.
Therefore, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz is instructed to coordinate with the ODNI (Gabbard) for the attendance of the Gang of Eight: Speaker Mike Johnson, Minority leader Hakeem Jeffries, HPSCI Chairman Rick Crawford, HPSCI Ranking Member Jim Himes, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, SSCI Chairman Tom Cotton and SSCI Vice-Chair Mark Warner. [Topic “TBD”]
In order to facilitate the briefing. Each member of the participating group will be provided with one full printed copy of the material assembled by the ODNI during the briefing.
[Each of the participants carries the prerequisite clearances, legal and constitutional authority to engage with the classified documents according to their position and status. Only the executive can assemble the product for Go8 review and feedback]
At the conclusion of the briefing; and after hearing from, and engagement with, each of the participating members of the executive intelligence offices and duly authorized legislative oversight representatives; and after listening to their opinion as to the subject material discussed; the president announces to the fully assembled leadership of both the Executive branch (cabinet) and Legislative branch (Go8), it is his opinion the National Interests of the United States can best be served with the American people having a full, transparent and honest review of the material assembled and discussed.
The President, no-one else, only the President, [with his affirmed constitutional power and protection – as acting within his official duty] then collects the printed portfolios [or boxes] as they were distributed to the participants, exits the briefing, and walks directly into the James Brady press briefing room within the White House; handing each of the awaiting twelve members of the national media a copy of the briefing material to be published on behalf of the American people.
At exactly the same time as President Trump enters the briefing room, one copy of the assembled portfolio is hand delivered, by President Trump only, to White House communications director with instructions to scan and release the content to the public through the White House website.
Done.
The American people are aware…
And the corrupt Congress can impeach and remove him from office for doing this if it riles them up enough. Not as simple as Sundance thinks.

I like the idea but I wonder if this is a one time play? Let’s say he does follow through with Sundance’s suggestion on the assassinations. This gives the MSM about 30-45 minutes to QUICKLY speed read over the documents and try to figure out if “first one with the scoop and release” is the better option, or “Damage Control” is the better option.
My only thought is that once this method has been done once, President Trump probably won’t be able to use it again as the other players will have had time to make a future plan to mute it’s effectiveness if attempted to be used again, SO my thought would be to use it the first time for a LOT more than just one or two topics, but rather dump so much stuff that the MSM and DS will be so far behind the 8 ball that NOBODY in either the MSM or DS will have any strength left to mount any ohter attacks back. A good use of Presidential authority, but not how I would play it. I would start from the presumption that Gabbard will get very little cooperation, in the manner of Bondi and the SDNY. So, reach beyond the assassination files, and starting with low hanging fruit, go for it all. Get everything into the WH, and then go public with a new revelation every day. Any pushback from Congress will then be seen for what it is, and the threat of impeachment will wither in the wind.
What is the lowest hanging fruit in this very verdant garden? My choice might surprise people, so I’m going to sit on it and invite my fellow Treepers to run with it.

I’d like to add here that a lot of people don’t understand this. Anyone who has a clearance CLEARLY knows this. There is no law passed by congress that establishes or defines what classification is. It is ENTIRELY derived by Executive order that occurred in the early years of WW2, and has been refined repeatedly by every president. The President holds the ABSOLUTE authority over anyone. At any point, the President CAN merely speak classified information, and it becomes declassified (if he so wishes). He is the only one with that authority. Congress does not even have that authority without passing a law to do so. The reason is because all the information generated comes from agencies and organizations that belong to the executive branch. There is some limited authority for agency chiefs to declassify some information without having to ask the president, but it’s only for information that comes from their agency.
Increasingly I can see how this is going to be difficult to defeat.

Then I’m sure agencies and organizations outside the control of the executive branch have managed to pass laws and other impediments to the release of what they want kept classified.
No one except the Executive Branch has authority to classify material. What agencies and organization are there that fall outside the Executive Branch, do you see having classification authority?
Just to clarify a point: There is a world of difference between “national security information” and “Restricted Data” under the Atomic Energy Act. Restricted Data has the same classification markings (confidential/secret/top secret) as National Security Information but there is a world of difference in how it is handled. Since some amendments to the act there is also a third category known as “Formerly Restricted Data”.
That’s been my understanding also.
The President has the power to declassify at will. None of that process is needed. Trump just calls a press conference. Announces the JFK/MLK files are now by his authority fully declassified, and hands Alex Jones a memory card containing the unredacted files. Mission complete.

There is a way that the full disclosure of this can happen without it “injuring the potential future trials, indictments, of any potential criminals actitivity and violations”.
but there is no getting around consequences, no matter how you go about doing it. You see, regardless that the truth is a superior moral aspiration, the fact is that there are two main issues “guarding” this classified material.
they have been classified for reasons. We do not know these reasons, but we can assume they are not good reasons. protecting this information is obvious to me that certain people and perhaps even entire agencies consider the truth about these events so dire and consequential that the entire truth has been concealed. Regardless those reasons may be genuinely assembled for “the right reasons”, we must understand what the repercussions for ANYONE to challenge and then publish them…even if under the awesome powers of the Executive, THE PRESIDENT! There would be consequences. And they would not be trivial. It would likely create such a force of political firestorm that it could have the potential to setback and displace every single agenda that President Trump has promised and that he is currently working through. This has to be considered whether it is worth that risk. Remembering that in his first term, President Trump did not release this material, although under different conditions, that are clearly not present now. Regardless, the same risks, and arguably, a higher set of risks exists now than in the first term: Trump actually have a clearER path to accomplishing his agenda for MAGA than at any other time ever before!
second, even if the political risks are contained (impeachment, lawsuits that might involve judges ruling the release effectively injures any potential for a fair trial (and thus in a grand tragic comedy of strategic errors, the guilty walk free!), even if these things are contained, the release of this information would likely develop into the leading primary story and occupy the white house with so much attention, and resources expended, it might be very difficult to navigate or even progress the much higher priorities of agenda: getting the economy moving again, working trade and tarrif policies, ending this effing war, locking down the border, downsizing fedgov, investigating and prosecuting Russia Russia criminals, ending 702 (2026!!!!), forcing Congress to work toward a balanced budget and start reducing the size of the debt and the how to deal with the growing federal deficit (how to deal with the soon enormous costs of the servicing the existing debt interest payments!), fortifying our military readiness posture, and so on. All of those things could end up getting diluted as the agenda becomes throttled by a NEW risks..that comes in the form of taking the oxygen out of the room…and not just talk talk…but real resouces. Perhaps call it the band wagon effect. Team Trump would likely contract as they have to deal with a release of just one of these highly classified bombshells. Imagine (for just the sake of what if) the MLK assasination dump shows that the central government and perhaps event the POTUS was implicated in the murder? Even the mere speculation of it? I would imagine the kind of reaction on the street would be about as close to a race war in terms of the kinds of violent reactions that would result. I do not think THE PEOPLE would take this news very well. It would create the mother of all civil unrest. far more dangerous than antifa or BLM in my opinion. That is just a what if….the point is that we have to understand with publication of these “reports” has the potential for causing mayhem and will no doubt cause problems for President Trump to continue forward with MAGA AGENDA.
