I participated in a town hall telephone call tonight. They presented a poll for us to respond to. The question was how many of you approve of what DOGE is doing? 58% how many against 26%. My Mom was watching the Jesse Waters Show on Fox News this afternoon and she was extremely upset by the displays of violence toward Elon Musk at various Tesla dealerships.

One correction and apology, it was late when I wrote this. I got the dates mixed up … it was the Mueller Special Counsel Group (Lawfare Gang) who jailed Paul Manafort, not the Obama DoJ.
Something strange is happening with the DC Federal Court.
For the 2nd hearing in a row … 2 “Republican” Judges were assigned to hear the appeal case of the fired Head of the Whistleblower Office, Dillinger … the panel hearing the case consisted of 3 Judges … 1 Bush II, 1 Trump, 1 Obama. President Trump’s team won … which is now an OH CRAP result for all the other lawfare pending cases before the DC Circuit and possibly the other Circuit Courts as well, since nation wide Injunctions seems to be the flavor of the day why.n.o.t defeat in 1 Circuit = an OH CRAP in another District???
First, Trump Judge undid the TRO and now this “Republican” judge dominated panel denies the appeal.
Now for another kicker in the case … apparently Dillinger tried to withdraw his appeal, to avoid allowing a win by the Trump Administration. The 3-Judge Panel went ahead with the case despite the motion to withdraw the appeal. Something mighty fishy in this part of the story as well … did Dillinger’s lawyers get advance warning of the appeal panels composition so the lawfare bunch could forestall a bad outcome??

This after every case involving President Trump, always drawing the Obama, Biden or Clinton Judge.
Just for grins … I looked at the list of Judges for the DC Circuit. Ignore the 15 assigned Judges because the DC Circuit seems to make use of all Judges, assigned and part time senior Judges, who’s names have appeared on the case list vs President Trump.

5 active Biden Judges
6 part time Senior Clinton Judges
4 active Trump Judges
4 part time Senior Bush II Judges
If my count is correct … that is 19 democrat judges vs 8 republican judges … or
If one just counts 15 active Judges .. 11 democrat judges vs 4 republican judges
That’s a whopping 27 Judges operating in support of the city of DC.
It seems there is money, free office space and free legal staff involved if a “senior judge” keeps a 25% case load … something to think about.
Who is dirty?
Start with any Judge designated as “democrat” and the who ever is (or was) responsible for overseeing the scheduling of Judges in DC Cases brought AGAINST President Trump’s Administration.
