Two sources informed the Financial Times that President Trump paused “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine. In a follow-up another source told Sky News the “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine was paused, but the intel is still shared with the U.K.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo and confirmed President Trump instructed a pause in “intelligence sharing.” However, it’s a little funny because everyone is using the term “intelligence sharing” to avoid saying what is actually happening.
President Trump paused the drone and missile “targeting system” being used by CIA and Ukraine partners; that’s what the “intelligence sharing” factually consists of. Why don’t they use the term “targeting system”?… Because if they did, they would be admitting the USA has been the military/IC operation firing missiles and drones against Russia.
Within the Sky News report, they go right up to the edge in describing what the “intelligence” being paused actually consists of. “Asked whether it is correct that the US has stopped sharing intelligence, the source said: “Unfortunately, yes, but not completely. It is selective. On the possibility of damage on the territory of the Russian Federation”.

That’s just a 2-day stretch for something that happens many nights to non-adjacent regions.

But then you have the GPS as well because the missiles use terrain mapping and GPS, which is military grade, and the only people with access to military grade GPS encryption keys are US personnel, they’re never going to let Ukrainians have those keys. Which means every time there’s been a missile attack using ATACMS, HIMARS, StormShadow, Taurus, there have been US personnel loading in the targeting data.
If the UK does still pass this onto Ukraine despite Trump’s ban, both Trump and Russia will know, and it’s going to put the US-UK FVYE (Five Eyes) relationship at risk. So I doubt the UK would be willing to risk that.

The deep strikes are necessary to destroy ammo and artillery supplies/storage and bases of operation <(such as the Bristol Hotel hit in Odesa last month).
The front line advance is slow because Russia has to literally go house to house, basement to basement, to avoid killing civilians (and unnecessarily destroying their homes) and to make sure any of the Ukraine troops/supplies are not hidden in civilian homes and in the underground tunnel systems.

Everybody has been pretending, except for Russia. Vladimir Putin explained it when the Biden administration announced that it was allowing Ukraine to use ATACMS missiles to target Russia. President Putin said that those missiles could not be targeted by the Ukraine military and could only be targeted by NATO/US specialists using US satellite data.
I think that PDJT should not only cease sharing any Ukraine-related intel with the UK and any other European state invested in keeping the war going, but he should consider halting all intel-sharing with them. He should also politely decline King Charles’ invite for a state visit and not consider visiting the UK for any reason until after Starmer is no longer PM.

As I read the ruling…the monies released are for contractual work that’s already been completed but unpaid for. Unless I missed something, it did NOT unilaterally release monies to fully fund all USAID contractors for work currently in progress or yet started. THOSE funds are still frozen.
It’s ethical and correct to pay for work completed, to honor those contracts as completed, even if it’s for things inherited that one would not have started themselves.
As much as I detest Roberts, and distrust Coney-Barrett, paying for work completed is the right call.
Scrutiny of the actual work and if it was really completed would be in order IMO–was it actual work or just funneling monies into a labyrinth of other non profits ? An audit would be in reasonable before payment.
