Oh, and by the way, the Tesla charging stations charge most of the other brand of E-Cars that use the same Tesla NACS charging standard. It was opened up to other brands in 2022.

Following significant pressure by U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s Administration, for Panama to end any further cooperation with the People’s Republic of China, due to what it saw as growing Chinese influence over the Panama Canal and nearby ports; the Hong Kong-based infrastructure corporation, CK Hutchison Holdings, announced today that it had reached a deal with a BlackRock-backed consortium, on a $22.1 billion sale of its interests in a key Panama Canal port operator.
The sale will give BlackRock’s “Global Infrastructure Partners” and other U.S-based companies a 90% stake in the Panama Ports Company, which operates the key ports of Balboa and Cristobal on both the Atlantic and Pacific sides of the Panama Canal.
Additionally, BlackRock will gain control over 80% of CK Hutchison’s other interests across the world, consisting of 43 ports comprising 199 berths in 23 countries, while Hutchison will maintain control over its Hong Kong and Chinese interests.

The price of eggs has been a YUGE topic since President Trump took office. He vowed to bring down prices and yet the price of eggs has not come down. We all know the FJB Administration killed MORE than 100,000,000 chickens because of the “Bird Flu”. However, ridiculous state mandates are also to blame.

Eggs in California are approaching $10 a dozen, while the national average is just under $5 a dozen.
Most stories on soaring egg prices have concentrated on the spread of the bird flu since 2022 and whether any president can influence the price of eggs. Largely overlooked is the impact government regulations are having on the current price spike—namely, state-based “cage-free” laws that ban the sale of any eggs within state boundaries that are not laid by cage-free hens.
Since 2018, California, Massachusetts, and close to a dozen other states have adopted cage-free laws. Banning caged eggs is a classic example of a supposedly altruistic government policy resulting in detrimental unintended consequences.
One potential development worth watching is Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins’ recent announcement that the Department of Agriculture under the Trump administration plans to examine “the best way to protect farmers from overly prescriptive state laws” like California’s cage-free law. These state-level laws could potentially be susceptible to constitutional challenges on “dormant commerce clause” grounds, under the theory that these protectionist rules unduly burden interstate commerce.. However, a recent similar case involving a protectionist pork-production law was barely upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in a closely divided and heavily fragmented decision.

Obama Admin Ordered DEI Prioritized for Hiring Air Traffic Controllers
A new report has revealed former President Barack Obama’s administration ordered far-left “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) ideology to be made a priority in the criteria for the hiring of critical air traffic control (ATC) employees.
According to the Daily Mail, the best and brightest air traffic controllers were likely swept aside in the name of DEI.
Potential applicants didn’t need much in the way of aviation knowledge, but an emphasis was placed on those who “need a great deal of time to complete assignments” and “take chances very often.”
Making matters worse, emphasis and priority were placed on candidates who played multiple sports in high school and less priority on those who previously held ATC positions in the military.
“The 2014 entry test proved notoriously hard to pass for elite, mostly white college graduates who excelled in traditional cognitive tests.
“But race reformers said it paved the way for more ‘off the street’ hires – namely women and minorities – to land high stakes jobs responsible for the lives of millions of air passengers.”

If China had a 10% tariff, Canada and Mexico had 0% tariff,
then President Trump adds 25% to Canada and Mexico but only an additional 10% to China,
then it is cheaper for China to sell directly instead of through Can&Mex.

Overall, the GGRF is the single largest non-tax investment within the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act. The program was created by Democrats to act as a green bank, directing billions of dollars in taxpayer funds to intermediaries, which then finance green energy and environmental justice projects across the United States.
The GGRF was immediately criticized by Republican lawmakers and energy experts after it was established, with experts warning that its size and scope could lead to significant government waste and abuse. They also argued that, while massive, the program would have little impact on climate change.
“The system is corrupt in the sense that there’s an enormous amount of self dealing that’s going on,” Benjamin Zycher, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, said in an interview. “It really has nothing to do with climate as a practical matter because there’s no evidence of a crisis and, even if there was, these programs would make undetectable differences anyway.”
