I refuse to watch either Hannity or Levin so I am assessing the performance of Bondi from the comments below, sadly from a point of ignorance on my part. IIRC, this administration has been in office 42 days, Kash and Bondi fewer so. My inclination is to wait a little while and see what happens. Impatience and the demand for instant gratification are not admirable qualities.

The “masseuse” list is entirely redacted, but if they were the victims, why is it necessary to list them without their permission? Why not just ask them to step forward to make themselves publicly known? If the answer is that their fear of retribution due to their potential as witnesses in lawsuits prevents them from doing so, isn’t that also a good reason for NOT listing them without their permission?
Another reason other than fear of retribution for not wanting to be identified: media harassment and the usual problems that come with doxxing.

Alright, I read all of the comments before I took to the keyboard, so here’s my take on the Epstein SNAFU.
Anyone that hasn’t been living under a rock for the last few years knows that Epstein was using his girls not just for his own entertainment, but for leverage and blackmail potential on anyone he came in contact with. He cultivated relationships with many rich and powerful people as evidenced by his little black book of contacts. To ensure his hold on these folks he had all of his houses wired to capture those special Kodak moments which means the FBI has hundreds of hours of Fans Only worthy videos.
I can only speculate as to who he was working for, so I’ll leave that discussion for later, but my guess is some Intel outfit.
Now, given the fact that years of investigation took place and the FBI probably seized megabytes of data during their raids who in their right mind would believe that all of that information would be contained in these 120 pages?
If the Epstein files were sitting on your desk for review how long would it take you or any reasonable person to deduce that this was all BS?
As for me I gave it five minutes before I understood this and that’s counting the time it took to download the files. How could anybody including Kash and Bondi NOT know they were being duped? They had to know this was less than a nothing burger and yet they went on stage and declared to the world they had the goods and were ready to expose it all to the American people. I have to ask myself did she even look at it before she stepped up in front of a mic? Sadly, the answer to that has to be , No she did not.
A few strongly worded letters later and Kash and Bondi still look like fools to the entire world. If this is the kind of sh*t show we have to look forward to Heaven help us all.

there is another theory….unproven…but worth considering. and no, this one does not take injecting hopium to understand.
actually, two theories.
I’ll lead with the least probable:
the “Epstein files” contain embarrassing, but not legally concrete evidence of actual criminal activity…some of it does, but for the most part, actors in the list appear to have traveled or have done some kind of business, but there are not direct connections to sexual things with underage females (males? who knows these days…sigh). So in this theory, the reason for not releasing the Epstein files in full form is that it may contain information that is derogatory (although not sufficiently probably criminal) about person who may or may not have worked for, have worked for, done business with, or whom are currently working for or associating with President Trump and / or his team. It would be a tragic mistake in this situation to release the “Epstein files” fully and then have the media and the public draw inferences that can be distorted and narrated as some kind of problem for President Trump. Or any of the people who may have had some kind of connection to Epstein. If we go on the presumption that Epstein was in the spook business (I believe he was an asset, direct or indirect), then there would indeed be some kind of information in those files that would ELUDE to wrong doing. It’s what compromat is. If you can’t catch the sex on camera, then you make sure the information contained shows key contacts, parties, associates, business dealings, flights, visits, etc. This also served to protect Epstein, as we have learned with the Maxwell trial. There were zero people coming forward from the “former list” to weigh in on his dirty deeds. No one wanted to touch it…kryptonite, even if innocent themselves, no one wanted to get involved, even if it meant someone like Epstein and maxwell were not punished.
the second theory which is more likely (although unproven), is that there is credible evidence of crimes and investigations are being made and this explains the reasons why the files are not to be released. It’s the easiest way to lose a case by broadcasting what you know about a criminal before a grand jury. And in some ways, it can backfire and you wind up losing the judge who may rule you cannot use the evidence in the files because “rights” were not protected. SO you might be asking, why bother publicly announcing that they would be released. surely, Doj went through the files and would have at least made a decision whether to investigate and thus not publish at this time…so what happened. Ah, now we get into non legal strategies. Sometimes, you need to make the criminal JUMP…phone calls, emails, flights, bank transactions. So you announce something very public and then you wait. You never have any intention of releasing anything. It’s simply a way to force MOVEMENT> In this theory, if there are criminal evidence, I would expect that DOJ has wire and trap on various targets (this is legal btw and does not involve FISA/702). That is done in secret, under seal. A federal Judge can authorize this. But also the AG DOJ has the authority by executive power, to also do “other things” absent the authorization of a judge. In fact, some of these methods allow for up to 90 days before a judge has to be informed. (we learned some things during the Russia Russia didn’t we?). In this case, it makes sense to make a big public statement about the files and that they will be released, and then not actually doing it ….but during that period, and after you are surveying …taking notes…recording evidence.
I said there was two theories, okay, no, there is also one last theory…this one is just as likely as the other two…unproven at this time. but based on how politics actually happens in DC and how DOJ has acted in the past (as well the FBI), I would not be surprised if this new administration isn’t above using some of those methods also. In this theory, there isn’t anything in the Epstein files or a criminal nature that isn’t already known publicly. BUT THE CRIMINALS DO NOT ACTUALLY KNOW THIS> THEY ALSO DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN THE EPSTEIN FILES. Now examine the kinds of vile and awful people that are still holding power in DC…these are people that still threaten to create problems for the Trump Administration…For MAGA. There are plenty of these people still riding for free, and carefree to say a LOT of bullshit things and cause lots of problems…How do you get these people to shut up and convince them it would be in their best interests to do silent and even perhaps start to cooperate with the MAGA/Trump agenda? The power of suggestion…the mere hint that the Epstein files contains something quite bad about them or a family member, or someone they associate with, have business dealings, etc. It really doesn’t matter if what you hint and suggest is truthful, but that it can be made to sound credible. (btw, I don’t actually support this kind of strategy, but it is in fact a very useful law enforcement tool that is used to get witness statements, cooperation and other kinds of evidence. We also know the DOJ is not above this kind of behavior…we are not uninitiated to that activity). In this theory, there is substantial “hints” that are trafficked privately, gossip if you will…a hint here, a hint there. Nothing that would injure the law, but would be effective to getting some of the people who have made life miserable for President Trump, who have consistently attacked him on baseless whole cloth lies. (shiffforbrains, Goldman, nadler, pelosi, Comey, Mueller, barr, Durham, Smith…and the list goes on and on and on). Let say some of these people who did work on the Epstein “case”…the hint might go like something like this: you might want to be thinking of taking up private practice…there is information in those files that you worked on that shows clearly crimes were committed. Do YOU want to really be around when the shit hits the fan? It doesn’t have to be true. It just has to be persuasive. (some of this might actually be happening in the DOGE department as well…we have no seen any indictments…yet…I would imagine there are some things in those files that are not going to be released…for sort of the same reasons.
anyway…all of this is just theory…not trying to spray paint over the nightly pam blondi show. But there might be other reasons why the files were not released in full. (this might also help to explain why the jfk files were not released…or the Wuhan lab report was not unredacted for public release).
remember…leverage only exists if you still hold the ace card. if you release the info, you are throwing your card on the table…it no longer has leverage. it’s a one time use case. On the other hand, you can win a LOT OF GAMES pretending you hold an ace. And sometimes, you actually do.
I just explain in a simple way how DC operates. It’s mostly gossip and compromat…real or imagined, players know either can be equally damaging…and losing in court is the last thing they fear…losing power and a seat at the table is what they fear the most.
Anyway, I wish this was not the world we live in. In my dream world, the moment that the new AG took office, I would have like to see indictments for all the major players of the Russia Russia hoax and an extradition order to the UK for Steele for his criminal activity. But, that may never happen.
