The broader ‘western’ intelligence actors have been in control of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s activity in the conflict with Russia. The outline of their plan is within the statements delivered by the Ukrainian leader, we just have to accept them.
The people who control Ukraine, Intelligence Community, CIA, elements of U.S. State Dept., NATO, EU Commission and the private sector banks and World Economic Forum investment handlers, do not want to accept a Ukraine-Russia ceasefire or peace agreement.
This aforementioned network of influence agents specifically does not want President Trump and President Putin to come to terms, because they well understand the regional territory of Ukraine will not return. However, if you look closely at the demand by Ukraine for U.S. troops as the contingency for “security guarantees” the outline of a scheme is clear.

It’s a trap!
As soon as U.S. troops enter the equation on the ground in Russia, particularly as the buffer force in the point of conflict between Ukranian and Russian military, there will be some intentional event created to harm U.S. troops and thrust the USA NATO alliance in direct combat with Russia.
This is the element of Zelenskyy’s greatest need. If U.S. troops are killed or drawn into combat, an escalated war against Russia becomes the tool to get all the captured territory back. The outline is clear.
It doesn’t need to be Russia attacking U.S-led NATO troops, it only needs to be the impression of Russia attacking to create the horrific narrative. The global intelligence network is very skilled at creating the optics of conflict and assigning blame to the wrong actors. This is what they have done in the past in various regional conflicts in order to achieve the result.
One immediate way we can tell this is the objective would be for various media to finally begin broadcasting directly from the line of conflict, the militarized zone that would divide Ukraine territory from Russia-controlled territory. Currently, the Ukraine war is the only regional warzone where there is literally no on-the-ground reporting by western media; that would change as part of the IC approach.
President Trump instinctively knows the Zelenskyy demand for U.S. troops as the security guarantee is dangerous; it pulls us deeper into the possibility of conflict. The U.S. industrial military complex would love to see our military involved in Ukraine, and the overwhelming membership of the U.S. political deep state also support it.
Without the USA, a false flag operation to frame the Russians for attacking EU troops does not carry the same weight. It is both alarming and maddening to accept this likely scenario scheming through the minds of those who have controlled the Ukraine mess for the past several years.
Thankfully, President Trump appears to be fundamentally against the proposition for U.S. military involvement.
We should be clear-eyed about what Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the bad actors are trying to create.
Why doesn’t Trump just come right out and say what is really going on? That would be really something, because it seems that many simply don’t get it.
Because when you get to the bottom of it most Americans, even modestly informed Americans cannot believe that our own CIA instigated this war and provoked Russia, then created the sympathy for US to support Ukraine and as a result more than a million are dead and cities destroyed, and they want US in the war with boots on the ground.
It is much better if DOGE tracks the communications and money flow leading to not only fake “humanitarian aid” that has funded this, but also the massive amounts of money going to our own politicians and bad actors. Cause the US people to ask questions for a while with the dots easy to connect right in front of them and the bad actors obviously squirming to avoid sunlight. They won’t be able to hide or deny.
We should also not forget who gets the contracts to rebuild Ukraine cities and infrastructures leading to a whole new level of grift and money laundering.

But if NATO aligned countries commit troops, and especially if US troops are deployed it will change the whole dynamic and Russians will flock to the Russian Army to protect the motherland. The only solution is Trump’s minerals deal that creates a cease fire and inserts minerals extracting companies with American civilians becoming a deterance to future Russian aggression. This plan would outlast Putin’s lifetime and likely preserve peace.

…Zelensky repeatedly declined opportunities to sign the deal in Kyiv and Munich, and requested the meeting at the White House. It later came out that Rice and Tony Blinken, Victoria Nuland, and Alexander Vindman may have been personally advising Zelensky to do this meeting in the way he did — that they recommended him to be hostile and to try to goad Trump into blowing up. Even though he didn’t, and even though Zelensky’s actions horrified many normal Americans, the Obama team went on the airwaves to falsely characterize what happened.
I think their goal was to have a wonderful performance by Zelensky, an angry Trump appearing to scuttle the deal, and the support of the neocon portion of the GOP to start applying pressure on Trump to have US Troop commitments as part of the “security guarantee.” It was a set-up, in Susan Rice’s interesting choice of words.

There is no possible way US soldiers will ever be part of a security buffer force between Ukraine and Russia, if one thinks that is possible one is living in an alternative universe.

While Biden was still pretending to be POTUS he was allowing US weapons to strike inside Russia. UK and French weapons were also used to strike inside Russia. Other EU countries were going to allow their aircraft to attack Russia. All that was already putting us on the path to a direct US-Russia shooting war.
All those other provocations would have ended if the war ended. The only way the warmongers had left to keep provoking Russia into attacking NATO would be to put US and NATO troops inside Ukraine and/or to let Ukraine into NATO.

PDJT’s interest in the minerals deal. That’s been the attack vector — the hook to get Trump to support some kind of security guarantee. Even with U.S. troops out of Ukraine, U.S. weapons would continue to flow, even more if Ukraine false flags a Russian attack on EU peacekeepers.
But in the end the issue of security guarantees as a Ukrainian precondition will likely backfire. Western security guarantees are anathema to Russia. It will keep fighting until western security guarantees become a moot issue. Because the Ukrainian military has collapsed. And Zelensky is in Paris, Dubai, or hell.
This is a European problem, it should be solved by the EU. Too bad they have not been putting the suggested 3.5% of GDP into their military budgets. It is nice to have all those social safety nets, enough to give third world migrants (funded by USAID!) a generous handout. But if you need to defend your borders and not virtue signal, your poor investments and bad decisions come back to bite.

There have been at least 5 or 6 times that the Russian intelligence FSB has uncovered and publicized widely provocations that the Ukrainians (read that as CIA, MI6, etc.) were planning to create an event that would be blamed on Russia. Several times, Ukraine (read as CIA, MI6, British Naval intelligence) have actually done things that were immediately and loudly blamed on Russia or on terrorists.
What you have described is exactly the scenario that I would expect from the CIA, MI6, armaments manufacturers, multinational corporations, Congressional grifters, and intelligence branches. So why can’t Zelensky make a peace deal?
1) He will lose power.
Zelensky cancelled elections in Ukraine and remains in power through martial law. Despite what USAID propaganda polls may claim, Zelensky is unpopular in Ukraine and would likely lose a fair election. That could leave him vulnerable to retaliation from political opponents he has imprisoned or seized assets from. In short, Zelensky needs the war to justify his continued rule.
2) The gravy train will end.
Ukraine was widely acknowledged as the most corrupt country in Europe before the war, and there is abundant evidence that Ukrainian elites have been hugely profiting from the billions in Western aid. If the war ends, so does the gravy train. A post-war audit of where the money went would also be disastrous for Zelensky’s supporters.
3) He fears the ultra-nationalists.
Most Ukrainians say they want the war to end, but the ultra-nationalist faction (a relative minority but well-armed and willing to use violence to achieve their ends) refuses to accept any territorial concessions to Russia. If Zelensky signs such a deal, he has reason to fear for his safety.
4) He’s psychologically committed.
Zelensky’s belief in ultimate victory over Russia has “hardened into a form that worries some of his advisors,” according to a report by TIME Magazine, which described Zelensky’s faith as “immovable, verging on the messianic.” According to one of Zelensky’s aides, “He is delusional. We’re out of options. We’re not winning. But try telling him that.” Zelensky may be in too deep to see the situation objectively.
5) History will judge him harshly.
Zelensky could have accepted a draft peace deal signed in the first month of the war, the Istanbul Accords, under which Ukraine would have kept all of its territory in exchange for neutrality. A deal now will likely be modeled on Istanbul but require Ukraine to recognize realities on the ground (ie loss of territory). Acknowledging that hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have died only to get a worse deal may be too bitter a pill for Zelensky to swallow, now or ever.
In summary, Zelensky has powerful motivations to reject a deal, no matter how bad the battlefield realities get. His incentive is to continue a doomed war even if it leads to the complete destruction of Ukraine.
