She has already been working on some important lawsuits to try to strike down sanctuary city/state laws which is far more important than releasing the Epstein client list. NONE of us knows who exactly was on Epstein’s plane or what they did once they arrived at the island, including you. Unless Epstein’s “guests” can be proved in a court of law to have committed crimes, the chance of which is around zero, this list thing has been and continues to be a “LOOK, SQUIRREL!” exercise that will never amount to anything concrete. I don’t give a hoot whether the names are released or not, but given the very unlikely probability that anyone will ever be proved guilty of crimes and punished, I consider it a distraction from other, vastly more important swamp draining business.

For as long as the list sits on her desk and she’s reviewing it, the bad boys who don’t want their truth revealed squirm, lay low, and start to plot and scheme their next move: dodge, deflect, deny, diminish, dismiss, shift unreasonable burden of proof to the accuser and step out of the spotlight – play the “By now what difference does it make?” card, etc.
When the list is revealed, AG and DOJ lose their leverage. When it’s the other side’s turn at play everybody listens to them, and the media plays along with them.

That’s a good place to have them… When the time comes to take them down, as in midterm election season, perhaps, start with Epstein list as first blow in a combination of punches intended to win by knockout. As for me, I really don’t care about “Epstein’s List,” because I’m probably not going to believe most of it.
Fundamentally, Epstein was a blackmailer. He would maneuver high-profile people into “compromised positions,” then extort them for money. However, to him, it really didn’t matter if they in fact were put into such a position, or if Epstein could simply say that they were. He was a liar above all other things.
His “list” would have been a fundamental tool of his blackmail. Which is why I don’t believe it, and am not in favor of publicly releasing it. It would be “scatological,” but of dubious authenticity.
Unfortunately for him, even hardened criminals and prison guards have daughters. Rudy-G, who once ran that prison, said that Epstein was “who everybody in there wanted to kill,” and with very good reason. So, he wound up “taking a ride on the [Dame Agatha Christie’s] ‘Orient Express.'” And nobody cares exactly what happened . . . sometimes, Justice is efficient. He is now in Hell where he belongs.
