Moments ago, 900+ career DOJ lawyers signed an open letter in support of ongoing Lawfare operations against President Trump and the American judicial system.
[SOURCE – w/ pages of signatories]
Put another way, 900 career DOJ lawyers, who used Main Justice as their platform to participate in corrupting and weaponizing the American judicial system for their own financial benefit, have now publicly self-identified.
These are the legal abusers within the system. The professional gaslighters, Lawfare activists and legally trained abusers of trust, who twist, distort and tear at the foundational fabric of our constitutional republic, while claiming moral superiority and cloaking their efforts under the guise of victimhood.
They are self-identifying and self-deporting from the system. America is winning again.

What department was it that allowed DJT’s Bank Records to be made Public?
Being intelligent doesn’t always equate with being smart.
Hahahaha. Thanks for playing.
Intelligence is not the same as wisdom.
Intelligence means nothing if you have no common sense as a foundation.
And that’s 900+ Ancien Régime Dancers standing on the skyline at dusk doing the Lawfare Boogie with the setting sun at their backs.
It reads like the letter the fired FBI Director Comey sent to the operatives in FBI modified for a different set of criminal actors in the DOJ.
Left wing activists are incapable of introspection and candor.
MAGA!
Correct. The letter states that they pledged to “uphold” the constitution. Pls point to anything President Trump is doing that is in violation of the Constitution! He is the nations chief law enforcement officer. It is his JOB and sworn duty to seek to enforce the laws of the land. Sorry if that means you get prosecuted!
That letter needs to go viral so all Americans can see who is working against us
Know this Dee,
These are not accusations.
These are confessions.
And every single one of them is at the mercy of AG Bondi.
And AG Bondi is a FL girl…
And FL girls are tough as nails…
These things I know.

Fear not

And…East coast girls are hip 🙂
Bondi will do the usual GOP response, Nothing. That is why she is their
Another poo-butt, negative nellie,…making assertions with NOTHING to back them up.
Dutchman,
When I see Pam Bondi comments like that I think about Rubio.
I believe Our President gave them both a choice.
Do you want to be part of the solution or do you want to be the problem.
I’m in the belief that people can change.

And the mid-west farmer’s daughters…
As my Great Aunt Ida ( born in 1873) used to say, “Oh for pity sakes!”
Ha! I am so glad they have put themselves out there. I hope Pam B and company take note. I would check cases and I know for a fact that they have broken the law. Please prosecute them to the fullest extent. Let’s not forget all of these clowns that were hiding their email or holding on to private documents. Go get em!
Bondi is not going to prosecute anyone especially a politician
Broken record, no foundation..
“I know for a fact that they have broken the law”
They do too. I suspect that’s why they wrote this letter. How many of them were involved in railroading 1,500 jsixers? Inquiring minds want to know.
“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.” *Frederic Bastiat*
We have put sunlight on Norm Eisen for his lawfare but when will we get to Mary McCord,
Are they going to let her hide forever.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/02/what-are-you-trying-hide-norm-any-that/
McCord is nothing but a functionary without Eisen, Elias and Weissman!
But still guilty!
Sundance has put lots of Sunlight on McCord. I suspect her time is coming.
time t follow their money trail and send the real DOJ after them…they are part of the deep state hacks trying to destroy this country. I’m gladly fight them 1 by 1 and kick their as- even though I am 70. Bring it on POS commie buttheads.
cc: this list of names to the IRS. Let the audits begin, for the sake of justice.
No audit is necessary! The letter is a public act of insubordination against the Attorney General and President of the United States and justification for immediate termination of employment!
Fire every one of them!
How did Obama go from “poor as a church mouse” in college to a net worth of tens of millions today? I hope prison space is being readied for the thousands of government “workers” who will be accused of gross fraud when this stuff finally hits the fan. From several “trillions” that moved unmarked through the Treasury to the unbelievable misuse of our tax money and debt, it’s enough to make a cool man’s blood boil. And now we have the “ball slapping piano player” from Ukraine upset because his graft is about to end. The Libs are worse than Communists.
He did write an amazing book 😉
His ghost-writers did. Just listen to B. Hussein speak without a teleprompter: there’s no way he could have written those books on his own.
Writing books is the best way to get laundered money.
Obama’s financial corruption is long and deep. Go back to his time in the Illinois Senate and connect the dots between his associates. There you will find who paved his way to Washington.

Biden SDNY Judge refuses to dismiss Eric Adams case…
Note: Lawfare always gets a “RANDOMLY” selected friendly judge.
New York Post
“The judge asked the DOJ to explain its reasoning for wanting to end the case — a move that came as the Southern District of New York was preparing an expanded indictment that would have charged Adams with destroying evidence and lying to the FBI.
It’s unclear what would happen if Judge Ho were to deny the government’s bid to toss the case, but one proposal floated by outside lawyers would call for the judge appointing a third-party “special prosecutor” to continue taking the case to trial.
Acting Deputy Attorney Emil Bove, formerly one of President Trump’s lawyers in his infamous “hush money” case, wrote in a memo last week that the prosecution has “unduly restricted Mayor Adams’ ability to devote full attention and resources to the illegal immigration and violent crime that escalated under the policies of the prior Administration.”
Unprecedented but for the bizarre actions taken by Judge Sullivan against General Flynn. TDS is creating increasingly outrageous behaviors.
Just what I was thinking, and Sullivan SHOULD have had to pay a severe price for his insane behavior on the bench, by now.
DOGE is uncovering a lot more than wasteful spending: Rep. Tim Burchett (VIDEO)
Buh bye.
the de Nazification of American blob begins
Oh good, we have a list of these enemies of our Constitution.
Scooby Dooby Doo where are you?
Rips off mask..
That’s right! I did it! And if it wasn’t for you kids and your meddling dog, I’d have gotten away with it too!
So they are not quitting?
My mistake..it turns out most are former employees…
I didn’t realize how foul was the stench the government users and abusers were forcing me to inhale until MAGA allowed me to breathe fresh air again!
It was like a smog that all Americans were forced to breathe, all day, every day for the last four years!
There is a scene from Rob Roy where Rob is forced to hide from the Redcoats searching for him inside the body of a rotting cow that captures what I’m talking about.
The 900 career lawyers who outed themselves is just the tip of the iceberg!
It’s as if Trump, Musk and DOGE have fumigated the most fetid recesses of DC, forcing the Morlocks out of their holes and into the sunlight they fear and despise!
Suddenly, there is a litmus test that all of America can see!
All the politicians, news networks, lobbyists and bureaucrat who are attacking DOGE instead of the corruption DOGE uncovered have outed themselves!
Every Senator and Representative who mysteriously became rich while serving in Congress will soon out themselves too!
They have no choice!
Their smokescreen is blowing away and the investigations have only just begun!
Soon, the most prominent stench in DC will be the smell of cold sweat!
Firing all 900 not good enough. Do what we use to do to people that committed treason. Then no problem. Screw them! Rot in hell sorry bast$&rds
.
Look at the signatory list. Mostly retired oldsters.
.
Yes, that’s what I noticed after I made my comment above.
On a quick initial glance, most of these guys are timed out. Some by a lot. The people that I could take this list to, and would know many, are passed.
There are a few obvious take aways. Mostly the absence of certain jurisdiction or little representation.
Few with skin still in the game, signed this.
It is the legal version of the 51 former Intel “experts”.
Yes this is good in the sense, the people who did sign, were likely a cartel chapter king maker’s lap dogs. Just like one or more of the judges they argued in front of.
Look for the retired legals replacement. Every federal jurisdiction has a confidential flow chart of power brokers.
So this is their defense.
What do you call 900 fired government lawyers?
A good start.
If you look at the list, these are just people who worked at DOJ at some point in the past 50-60 years.
I’m not satisfied with 900 lawfare operatives self-identifying.
I want justice.
I want 900 firings…not reassignments.
I want firings.
Drain the swamp.
I want prosecutions.
That too.
Jail time is justice.
How could I forget.
I see dirty Jack Smith even had the gall to sign this letter. Amazing.
“James Madison and Alexander Hamilton understood human nature. They saw that some human beings would always resort to force, deceit, war, stealing, and killing to get what they wanted. Thus, there was an obvious need for government – legitimate, just government to carry out two main functions:
(1) protecting free people from foreign enemies and invaders;
(2) protecting honest, self-responsible, hard-working citizens within the nation from domestic lawbreakers who would use coercion, fraud, or force to deprive others of ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.'” https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2009/03/23/against-all-enemies/
While the signatories appear to only list certain prior government employment:
i) declare them each “enemies” of the People and freeze all of their assets wherever located (or require bond be posted) until resolution of the following;
ii) use FISA 702 to identify known foreign agents associated with each;
iii) after individual trials strip each convicted of their US Citizenship, Right to remain in the territorial US, and entitlement to post employment benefits;
iv) identify for all their post government employment;
vi) investigate whether any improprieties occurred during post employment careers and if so who was injured; and
vii) all need wear tracking bracelets until resolution of the aforementioned.
Or a “quick trial” followed by hanging.
“They included upholding a set of values that have guided the United States Department of Justice for decades.”
On that USDOJ “set of values” thing, does that mean a bunch of bureaucrats conducting lawfare for political reasons against THE BOSS of the USDOJ and the only official in the entire fedgov elected by ALL of the people?
What a load of BS for the alphabet fake news media to quote in order to continue bashing President Trump.
The list of DOJ/FBI crimes is long. Here is just one:

How long until AG Bondi fires all 900 and more? President Trump’s US Attorney Ed Martin says that “If people are discovered to have broken the law or even acted simply unethically, we will investigate them and we will chase them to the end of the earth to make them accountable.” Is Martin saying that he is going to prosecute former AG Merrick Garland and former FBI Director Chris Wray and their henchmen, plus the 5,000 FBI agents who persecuted the J6ers for violating their oaths of office and violating other federal laws, such as malicious prosecutions, violations of 18 U.S. Code § 241 (conspiracy against rights), 18 USC §242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), 18 USC § 1001 (prohibiting the knowing and intentional falsification of information), and even federal criminal RICO laws? Can Martin win a case in the corrupt DC courts?
Fire all that are currently employed. Insubordination.
I read that sanctimonious statement and think, “And yet, you did it anyway…”
If I was Bondi and Trump, my response would be, “I accept your letter of resignation. We will make it effective the date on the letter. The hubris and complete lack of self awareness necessary to author and sign your name to this letter makes your continued employment by the Department unnecessary.”
Looks like a list of terminations.
The lawfare operatives have been selected for and trained since law school to be true believers. Were they not, then they would not have made it this far in their careers. CK interacted with a lawfare operative for over two years in grad school who taught him lesson that, as a normal American, he would not have believed.
“… in the finest traditions of the Department of Justice.”
The signatories are doing their part to fuel the “constitutional crisis” narrative. The judicial vs the executive as a preliminary step to impeach PDJT … again.
“Although we dutifully carried out the lawful enforcement priorities of the Executive Branch irrespective of who headed it, the oath we swore was to the Constitution-not to the President, Attorney General, or any other individual.”
“Noble-cause” corruption is still corruption.
Laughable. List of people who worked at/around DOJ in the past 50 years.
I have to wonder if the following name is any relation to one Miss Joy Behar . . . makes one understand her bias against Trump
Stephen M. Behar, Sr.
Trial Attorney, Antitrust Division, 1968-1971, Assistant U.S. Attorney,
Eastern District of New York, 1971-1975, Chief Assistant Special Prosecutor,
Suffolk County, New York, 1975-1977, Judge District Court and Acting
County Court, 1997-2010, Acting Justice, New York Supreme Court, 2011-
2014
.
Looks like these names were solicited from a retired DOJ lawyer listserve. The text is quite vague. Was this what they “signed”?
What false nonsense was sent out preceding the request for signatures to the many who would have to include people in their 70s and 80s, a number who now would have to include your out-of-the-loop MSM tv watchers. What “recent actions”? What does “recent” even mean.
.
My advice for these fools would simply be “Y’all better go hide.”
Treepers who’ve been paying attention will see a familiar message at the link posted below, first heard here, and which we’ve heard many times and in many ways from Sundance.
The stuff is hitting the fan, and the arrogant signatories to the above have just put themselves directly downwind.
Per independent reporter Michael Shellenberger:
“The evidence suggests that USAID, along with the CIA, were behind the 2019 impeachment of Trump — an illegal regime change effort at home,” Shellenberger explained. “The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration,” he said.
In turn, “the CIA analyst relied on reporting by a ‘news’ organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, which effectively operated as an arm of USAID.” The Deep State-funded OCCRP has “probably been responsible for five or six countries changing over from one government to another government … and getting prime ministers indicted or thrown out.”
Cut-outs. CIA → USAID → OCCRP → CIA Whistleblower → Impeachment.
“As such,” Shellenberger concluded, “it appears that CIA, USAID, and OCCRP were all involved in the impeachment of President Trump in ways similar to the regime change operations that all three organizations engage in abroad.”

Come, justice. Come.
Take away all of their clearances
Where were these folks when charging decisions were made against VSGDJT to serve solely political purposes? Where was the outcry then? Just a bunch of hypocrits.
Buh-bye losers. Apparently you weren’t smart enough to take the buyout. Enjoy unemployment!
Here we are again, the elites pretending to protect their precious democracy. Out here in flyover country we call it racketeering,
Is it my imagination or is the air losing its foul smell? This keeps up those visiting DC won’t have to wear high boots to protect from the debris.
I read the list. These aren’t all attorneys – they have FBI agents and other investigators. The list also has a noticeable amount of non-criminal attorneys and support personnel listed. I checked for names I know in a professional sense. I only found 3, which was surprising to me. Oh – DOGE or someone should cross reference this list with current federal judges, because I saw at least 1 on the list.
“They are self-identifying and self-deporting from the system. America is winning again.”
Sundance, are you sure about them self deporting, I didn’t see where they wrote that. I thought they might be regrouping to unite and explode the lawfare again. I don’t want to jump up and click my heels in celebration too soon, been disappointed too many times.
I could almost vomit reading their words where they describe themselves as completely opposite to what has been obvious for at least the last 10 years. I don’t remember the saying exactly but basically when they talk about how “honest” they are we better check our pockets.
Something like “the more they talked of their honor, the more we counted the spoons” or something like that,…also Shakespeares “Me thinks thou protesteth a little TOO much” comes to mind.
yes, the spoons, thanks, thats it,
Thanks for the list. Now send out the pink slips, USAG Bondi.
I cannot get the list to populate.
