Once accepted, the buyout offer could be considered a contract.
At last count there were about 65,000 federal employees who took the offer. Rescinding the offer at this point might be construed as a breach of contract or worse, bad faith.
At present there are 2000 suits or arbitrations involving Twitter employees who took the “Fork in the Road” offer but were not paid. A similar situation might occur with the federal buyout offer, if rescinded.

I told everybody that Vance was going to meet with Zelensky in March, which meant the peace process was underway, and someone bashed me for spreading false narratives.
A “peace process” (sic …) in Ukraine is not going to occur with Putin suddenly walking away from two years’ fight because Donald Trump suddenly showed up again in the White House. Russia spent many years believing in “Minsk 1” and then “Minsk 2” before being rudely told that it was all a bad-faith ruse. American investors are prohibited from purchasing or investing in securities of companies on the NS-CMIC list. So, if SPT is really a front for Fengfan/CSSC, its owners are in violation of a number of federal laws.

Georgia political update-IMO
Governor Kemp is sending out almost daily text messages about all the wonderful things he is doing for the state of Georgia. I think he’s positioning himself for a Senate run, but we/I haven’t forgotten how he stood idly by while GA elections went in the toilet. He’s listed the many things that need to be done in GA. Election Integrity was not mentioned.
Chris Carr, the current AG, is running for governor. He doesn’t mention Election Integrity and did nothing when the 2020 election and specifically Fulton County were corrupted in so many ways.
Raffensperger, current SOS, was instrumental in working with Democrats in 2020 to change election laws to make it much easier to cheat. He is a continuing supporter of using Dominion voting machines that have been shown, in court, to be easily hacked and votes changed. Not sure what his political ambitions are-maybe stay out of jail.
Then there was Lt. Governor Duncan, now banished from the state Republican Party, came out for Biden in 2020.

I daresay that all Government agencies could operate for many years on their existing appropriations, if those monies were only spent in furtherance of the American People …
Government Agencies were created to enforce the law, not make it. Since these Agency rules and regulations don’t make law, DOGE helping to change rules and regulations doesn’t either. Furthermore, the Agencies are under the purview of the Executive branch not the Legislative. In other words, bend over Establishment Congresspeople, “whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap”.
