To be DACA, you must be illegally present. DACA confers no legal status, it merely defers action (deportation). By fiat OBAMA dictated immigration officials pretend DACAs were legal.

It’s just the second part of the scam.
Responding in October 2010 to demands that he implement immigration reforms unilaterally, Obama declared, “I am not king. I can’t do these things just by myself.” In March 2011, he said that with “respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case.” In May 2011, he acknowledged that he couldn’t “just bypass Congress and change the (immigration) law myself. … That’s not how a democracy works.”
Yet in 2012, he did it anyway. He put DACA in place to provide pseudo-legal status to illegal aliens brought to the U.S. as minors, including as teenagers. He promised them that they wouldn’t be deported and provided them with work authorizations and access to Social Security and other government benefits.
And he did this despite the fact that the immigration laws passed by Congress do not give the president the ability to do this. Indeed, Congress specifically rejected bills to provide such benefits.
Since ICE is primarily concerned with the higher-profile crimes among the illegals crowd…anyone getting apprehended from a school, church, etc., must have gotten on the ICE radar by being associated in some way with the raping, murdering, gang, and/or drug/human trafficking crowds.
I get that since the pendulum has swung ferociously against illegal immigration, there will be quite a few heart-throb stories abounding.
I just have to ask, though….coming into America in defiance of immigration law, and accepting to be exploited for votes and low wages while simultaneously consuming the welfare aid and dollars that ought to be going to our own indigent and veterans – is it really a “victimless” crime?
Just because the government permitted it to be done, doesn’t mean it was ethical or moral to accept that offer to come in illegally…
The only DACA people I personally know of have traveled back and forth freely between the US and their home countries.
They always seem to have money for travel, too.

All of these cases involve Separation of Powers and the Authority of the President to Exercise his Constitutional Authority in managing the Executive Branch of the Government to implement BILLS passed by Congress.
Plenty of precedents in terms of Court cases and past Presidential EO’s, especially the most recent regarding the President’s Authority v/v the Executive Branch.
With the exception of the 14th Amendment challenge regarding “citizenship” … it would be worth exploring bundling all these challenges into a single decision to shut down all this BS.
In a “neutral” court the President should prevail … but with the roulette wheel called the Justice Roberts court who knows.
Humphrey’s Executor is the key Supreme Court case addressing the following question: Can the President fire anybody and everybody in the federal bureaucracy whom he wants to fire, effective immediately, no questions asked?

I am currently on dialysis for kidney disease. This is why I have never asked for a transplant. I guess if I live long enough I can ask when this happens no more. Although I doubt it at 68 already.

Ben Stiller is setting the record straight about his humanitarian trip to Ukraine … denying he ever received any payment from USAID to visit the war-torn country.
Elon Musk pushed out a purported E! News video on X yesterday, which alleged a number of celebrities — including Stiller, Angelina Jolie, Orlando Bloom and Sean Penn — were sent to Ukraine, paid for with American taxpayers’ money. The video has been proven fake.
But the fake video picked up steam on social media thanks to countless retweets from Trump supporters, including Donald Trump Jr. and Scott Baio
So, the “Zoolander” star spoke out to make it clear it is “totally false” and “untrue” that millions of dollars were spent to send him to Ukraine.
He wrote … “These are lies coming from Russian media. I completely self-funded my humanitarian trip to Ukraine. There was no funding from USAID and certainly no personal payments.”
Stiller visited Ukraine in 2022 amid its ongoing war after Russia invaded the country in 2022. He met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who Stiller called his “hero.”
