Former vice-presidential running mate to Robert F Kennedy Jr, Nicole Shanahan, has released a video threatening to personally fund primary challengers for those Senators who do not support the nomination of Robert F Kennedy Jr.
Saying, “Bobby may play nice, I won’t” Ms. Shanahan is vowing to target Senators, many of them she funded, if they cower to Big Pharma and Big Agriculture. Additionally, Shanahan provided a list of key Senators and their contact details for a public pressure campaign. Robert F Kennedy’s first confirmation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00am EST.

I am very confident that within 12 hours of her declaration, Big Pharma and Big Ag assured those who may sink the nomination of RFK Jr. that they will provide campaign funds in excess of her contributions to any of their primary challengers.
It will take crushing pressure from constituents, not a financial threat two-years hence, to successfully intimidate the usual cast of bad characters and secure their affirmative vote for confirmation.

The lobbyists certainly will do as you say, but they lost the last round to the time of something like 2.2B. So there’s no reason to think their larger pockets can beat the much larger population base when that base becomes continually better informed. Trump proved that well placed funds can beat substantially larger money when it’s done well.

They are incapable of learning from their mistakes and seem oblivious to the fact that not only are Nicole Shanahan and Lindy Li, two of their major Dem fundraisers, now supporting Republicans, but even more incredibly, two of President Trump’s Cabinet picks, Bobby Kennedy, Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, used to be mainstays of the Democrat party!
If the DNC wasn’t so irredeemably corrupt and terminally stupid they’d understand that a Democratic presidential ticket of Kennedy and Gabbard would have been an infinitely stronger ticket than Harris/Walz!
But they ARE that corrupt and we may all be sure the Democrat Senators in this confirmation process will save their most acidic vitriol for these ex-members of their party! They may even succeed in sinking their nominations.

She is savvier and has a lot more depth than I previously thought.
I suspect I may not align with her on a lot but I welcome her funds and voice in this endeavor.
Her videos right before the 2024 election and her speech where she proudly said that even though her name was on the ballot she would be voting for Donald Trump, were top notch.
She is a believer in change and we need to ally all forces trying to bring sunlight and rein in governmental overreach.
